Recomendado 100%, Carolina y Fabiola son muy buenas anfitrionas

La ubicación, excelente para conocer toda la Zona Colonial Departamento muy limpio, cómodo y seguro, nos sentimos como en casa.

Céntrico aunque dormimos poco.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, aunque la calle está muy abandonada.

Los gallos del gallinero a unos metros de las ventanas te despiertan a las 4 am. Imprescindible tapones, y ni por esas.

Mucho mosquito bastante humedad que a mi pareja le produjo alergia el aire acondicionado botaba mucha agua hasta mojar la cama.

Cómodo , privado y confortable

Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo tiene espacios para todo y lo mejor de todo que tiene dos baños , cuenta con privacidad que es lo que más se busca y es independiente

Los aires acondicionados ya tienen que cambiarlos y poner unos más grandes, ellos enfrían pero ya están muy viejos y dejar por lo menos agua potable, y rectificar las filtraciones

The location was great even though the location was slightly different to that shown on Booking.com. Carolina was so very helpful and answered questions on whatsapp very quickly The security was very good especially as I was travelling as a single female made me feel very safe. Kitchen was very basic you would not want to prepare anything but a simple breakfast but I did not want to cook anyway so no problem, the fridge freezer was amazing. Could have done with a toaster though. In general the apartment was simple and clean and had good wifi would decinitely go there again

It was up quite a lot of stairs and I would have liked a little balcony maybe to sit out on

The host carolina was very nice and helpfull

Temperature heat in Santo Domingo is very hot, Lost of Electric power often they use a generator as a back up but AC will not work while using the generator. Fans are not enough for the extreme heat in santo Domingo

Very good

Host - Carolina is a great and super helpful person. It was a pleasure to communicate with her. Helped with a lot of things unrelated to our stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, 5 gallons of water was included, so no need to worry about it. Air conditioner works well.

I'd say it's not about the property, but area itself: - electricity is off really often (there is a backup generator in the yard - super noisy :) ) - air is too humid, so you can't have your clothes dry after washing even if you put them outside - the street is not fancy. The main pedestrian street is just one block to the south but you have to bypass trash that local business puts outside to get there

The place was amazing. Everything was provided. You just have to buy your own groceries and whatever

There was no breakfast. It was an appartement where utensils are provided. You buy your own groceries to make your own food.

I have no complaint. The place was cleaned and comfortable.
