Friendly host, location was quite comfortable, pub, restaurants, fastfood places, malls around, reachable in 10 min on foot

I stayed here for week for my work in London

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff/manager was amazing and very kind person and always helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Amazing , great management

The structure is really nice, the hotel is very clean. What I have appreciate most is the Manger Ali. Ali has been very kind, helpful and very customer oriented I raccomand this hotel

Friendly and helpful greeting at reception upon arrival and good facilities

There's nothing I didn't like. It would of been helpful to have had a hairdryer in the room.

Good stay overall

The location. Helpful and cheerful staff. We arrived early and it was not a problem to leave the luggage there.

Only the fact that the room was cold during the first 2 days. On the third day, the reception guy switched on the heat and then was fine. The room is kinda small but good for a short trip.

location, cleaning , comfy bed and of course staff nicely decorated room and room was spotless with exceptional staff service

Nothing in this hotel was likeable.

The room was very small, there was just enough space to accommodate the bed. The washroom shower was broken. The images shown on the internet do not show the actual picture . Upon arrival he asked for more money to update to the family room. There was no lift,no porter to carry the luggage. The washroom sink was so tiny that water would spill out every time you wash your hands.

I didn’t like this property. Not worth for money I paid . Look like showing different picture in web site and original not at all matching .

if you have guest for more than 20min, don't go there

Wifi is good, no need of any portal or limitations.

- Found hair in the bathroom. - Cracks on the floor of bathroom - The white pillows are actually very cheap, they are not firm and pretty small. - You can easily hear the alley and people, but it’s a pretty quiet hotel - Found a bottle cap and a chocolate that were under the bed but came out with the long bedsheets. - There is a fan that doesn't stay straight, first time I entered it felt down on me. I had to put it in a different corner. BE CAREFUL : I doubled checked, it's not written that if you have a guest for more than 20min you will pay!! 20 to 30 pounds. we had an argument with the owner. he made me pay even more, then refund me. I should have shown him the booking.com and his messages that we're not stating about the guest prices. never had that before. his excuse was "people abuse the room when they have guests." then why not taking a deposit? instead of charging everyone?

The member of staff that checked us in was really friendly and helpful The hotel was within close walking distance of everything we needed The room was a good size Bed was comfortable
