Hi hôtel is really bad we booked three rooms but they give us only tow with 1 extra bad they Told us they will pay back for 3rd room but on checkout Time they told us manéger is not here we cant pay you back’ Bed was broken cacorege and rats in thé room’ room door is unabel to looked toilet door also broken ´´´ i Think booking.com should remove this hotel from tour site because this hotel realy damage thé booking.com réputation.pls contact thé hôtel management to ask our 3rd room payme return’ you can call me for more details’ Thanks

Great if you need a cheap place to crash.

Really good value for money. We got a cheap room with 3 single beds in. That is very hard to find in London. Very close to the tube station and a good amount of shops and cafés/restaurants about. Free WiFi.

Due to the cheapness you miss out on somethings such as an ensuite bathroom. Although the place was clean it did feel a bit old and slightly run down.

Complete waste of money for 2 mins stay

First once i checked the hotel it was completely full of cigerate smell and i came to know that the room what i booked in sharing one. I really not comfortable with sharing room and i was enquired to change the room to something else. But the receptionist denied due to unavailability. I have conveyed that the room was really not upto what it was shown in booking.com. but no use. I just denied it and went to different stay with same money what i really paid for this hotel. I checked and explained my situation to return my money atleast some half amount. But no use, he didn't give any money even a single penny. Just complete waste of money for family person. Same i conveyed to him as well and of course even after written this booking.com also won't consider this and i won't get any refund for just 2 mins stay. Never ever book any stay in booking.com going further.

Nasty scam.

It was really close to a tube station and... At least we weren't sleeping on the street?

The whole place was filthy and falling apart, no access to a kitchen or even a cup of coffee in the morning. Children playing up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. SO MUCH noise and shouting until late into the night / early morning. The beds were extremely old, dirty, lumpy and rock hard. The water pressure in the shower (which didn't even have a door!) was so poor, I'd have gotten cleaner just standing outside in the rain. Kept getting locked outside on the street whenever we went to have a smoke. Definitely not a "hotel", as the name claims. We weren't expecting much for the price, but holy cow that was awful.

polite, welcoming but unfortunately very poor facilities and room

the owner / manager was very kind, welcoming, helpful, gave directions, was kind and polite to me and my family but unfortunately the facilities and property were just very poorly maintained. It was a shame as the service honestly was very good from those who met us and dealt with us as guests

the room, toilets, no loo roll, broken window in the room, dirty floors, walls, windows, broken door handle on the room, broken soft close on the front door

Emily was a star, received welcome food and a gift from Emily thanks so much.

Bed was clean lovely didnt check beyond the sheets, sink was bonus as couldnt use shower, room generally not fresh.

Breakfast? There wasn't anything apart from some instant coffee and teabags, but no milk

Why take a security key deposit and then have no one to give deposit back in the morning when checking out

disgusting, uncomfortable and embarrassing to actually of stayed there!

it is definitely a brothel!!! could hear people discussing prices for sexual favours, 2 girls meeting men in there! dirty cold old man in a garden house thing looking into our room no tea/ coffee boiler in our room so noisey people coming and going all night long when we went into the bathroom the bin was full with bits off tissues confirming what we knew was going on there! disgusting!!!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

No reception, no attendent on arrival, it is not a hotel, it seems like a residential building converted into lodging of a poor quality. Room ambience was so worst that I was scared of even sitting on the beds. Room entrance door had to lift to close/open everytime. Room flooring was destructed and had bumps in some places and carpet was full of strains. It was stinking very badly. Always felt as if the place can be raided by cops anytime.

Appalling, booking.com shouldn’t associate themselves with this place

The sheets were clean (the only thing in the room that was though)

The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned except for the sheets being changed (greasy handprints on the wall, a throat sweet and hair all over the floor and dust everywhere), the shower didn’t drain and there wasn’t even any sort of plug covering the drain, the bed slanted down on one side so was incredibly uncomfortable, the location was awful and there was a bin right outside our window, ridiculously overpriced for what you get and the owners children were up making loads of noise until 2am and then up again at 7:30am
