About this apartment rental
This three bedroom, two storey townhouse has recently been renovated and is located in the Calinda Sol complex and features a swimming pool, half size tennis court, and BBQ. This fantastically located unit is just a few minutes walk to Clarkes Beach, The Pass, and Tallow Beach. A perfect getaway for families and small groups.
This tidy and bright unit features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area with a flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a queen size bed, small flat screen TV, and sliding door which opens onto a sunny patio. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and sliding door to the patio. The third bedroom contains two single beds and is ideal for children. This unit has one full bathroom with a bath tub and shower and one half bathroom with a toilet and sink. T

Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Caf right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Caf just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. Our holiday houses in this area offer great beachside location and a supportive base for all your holiday needs in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
Please note a security deposit is required. This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food. For cot hire, high chairs or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire
If you would like to book this property for the Schoolies weeks, the correct tariff and bond will not have been quoted. You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests.

We loved our stay. The location is a quick walk to Main Beach. A bit far to walk to town but we didn't mind driving. Nice and spacious. Our only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. It was rock hard so we didn't sleep great. But everything else was fabulous!

No. 9 is at the rear of the block so very quiet. The accommodation is perfect for a family stay. Walk to beaches, town, cafes. Thoughtful touches include tennis racquets & balls, beach toys & fully equipped kitchen. Well presented, very clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Property was in a great location - walk to beaches, town and lighthouse . Our kids loved the mini tennis court but was a little disappointed with the pool - wasn't very well maintained the week we stayed but perhaps this is not always the case. Would stay again.

This townhouse is great for families. Walking distance to Clarke's Beach & two good coffee shops. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower works well & bath for littlies. Webber Bbq & outdoor seating great. Pool is shaded to escape arvo heat.
