The breakfast is incredibly good and the presentation is fantastic. Modern, clean and confortable facilities. The site is also beautiful near the lake.
I think the staff should know some other language besides Polish.

Breakfast was just OK, but in the evening I ordered a hearty meal of potato pancakes with a meat sauce, and that was delicious with Polish beer. The huge lake nearby is very beautiful, and you can walk to a pier for an expansive view. It seemed you might be able to rent boats, and although I didn't rent one because I wasn't there long enough, it would have been very nice to do that. The weather was great. The hotel is very good value for money in my opinion.
The hotel is near the water, a short walk down a gravel path. But the small "beach" area was full of parents with kids, and there were portajohns nearby. It didn't look like a place where I wanted to jump in the water, and there was an occasional smell. I felt fortunate that the weather was OK, because there is no air conditioning. The rooms upstairs (including my room) have loft ceilings, and you open the window and pull a screen down. It works to keep the room cool and free of bugs, but I wonder what it would have been like if the weather had been unseasonably hot.

The hotel is located in a beautiful city. The city is very convenient to stop on the way to Estonia.
A few days before arriving at Azymut, I asked Booking.com to reschedule my booking a week later. I was refused, although there were empty apartments. I called Azymut, they told me that the cost of rent had doubled. This was a lie as the price on Booking.com hasn't changed. Thus, Azymut does not care about his clients. I will never book at Azymut and I do not advise anyone to book.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast were great and the restaurant dowstairs had good food.
The lake Wigry and a beach are just 100m from the hotel.
Bicycle trail around the lake is great and it starts just outside the place.
We were in June - outside it was around 22C and sunny and it was rather hot in the room (top floor / attic)
Sadly there was no air condition.

The hotel is some kilometres from Suwalki, in a quiet and naturally beautiful area. The staff was helpful, the hotel does not have 24 hours reception, but it was not a problem as they left the key for us. The breakfast was good, with plenty of everything and healthy options (salads).

everything was very clean and the room was comfortable. the environment was beautiful.
the staff did not speak English which i find pretty weird for a hotel. the breakfast time started at 9am which is very late. also the check out time was from 9:30-10.00 which means we did not have much time for the breakfast.

The dumplings were nice at the restaurant.
The nearby lake.
The bathroom looked rather clean and nice as it was recently renovated I guess.
The room had enough space.
1. The staff does not speak a lot or any English so there is a big communication problem.
2. The room - otherwise okay but at first smelled like cat urine and we had only one towel. Thankfully we could open the windows and get rid of the smell.
3. Sleeping - as there was a party at the restaurant we were pretty much part of it, only that we were in bed and wanted to sleep from 12h of driving. Our room was ontop of the restaurant. If you know you have a party, then why on earth would you put your guests ontop of the restaurant?! Thankfully the party ended around 22-23, but still- if you are providing a hotel service you have to make sure that people get to sleep when they want and need to sleep! As I saw from previous comments, the partying has been an issue for a long time and you have done nothing about it! You should really consider whether you provide accommodation or a party place.
4. Breakfast - at 8 the breakfast was half served and it seemed like leftovers from last nights party!!! Do i even need to say anything more- you are serving your clients leftovers for breakfast!
5. The ventilation needs a super renewal as all of the building was full of cooking oil smell.
The experience was so bad that even I myself am sad.
