About this house rental
Enjoy the "Million Dollar" view at Paradise Point, Our home is at end of Perrin Cove on the site of the original Perrin Rod and Gun Club. We have over two acres in a very secluded area off the old North Perrin Cove Road now called Fulton Rd. We have completely renovated down to the studs the old cabin and added a beautiful addition facing the lake so every view is a lake view. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our unique layout has two masters that face the lake with french doors that open to the screened porch, where you can enjoy the lake and that first cup of morning coffee. The Kids room has six custom built-in bunk beds with plenty of space for the younger ones. We have added custom glass showers and wall to wall tile with granite counter tops in both bathrooms. The open kitchen has all the room needed to cook, entertain and gather all with the view of beautiful Lake Burton. The family room boost plenty of seating to watch the game or to enjoy a movie all centered on a large stone wood burning fire place. The screened porch runs the length of the house and is the perfect place to sit and relax to watch the kids jumping off the dock or playing around the property. The cabin also boosts an open deck with a gas grill for burgers and steaks or maybe for that fresh catch. In the evening sit around a roaring fire at our fire pit and enjoy just being outside and the view of the lake. Bring your boat and all your water toys and enjoy all that Lake Burton has to offer.

My husband and I along with our two girls and our pup had an amazing week at Lake Burton. The house was exactly as described (actually even better)! The large kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need! The location is wonderful and my girls were able to kayak back and forth in the cove without having to worry about other boats speeding by. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back!

Such a cute cabin on the lake. Sandy beach with a good sized water access in a quite cove. Perfect for swimming, fishing, camp fires and water sports. The cabin had lots of room with all the features you could hope for. A+++

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay! The home is so beautiful and filled with all the cozy comforts for a vacation. The swinging bed on the back porch is the best place for taking in the views and relaxing. Of course Lake Burton itself is so lovely and the little cove this house is on is so quiet and peaceful- flocks of wild ducks came in each day to swim with their babies trailing behind the mamas. The views of the lake are gorgeous. The location is perfect with Clayton a few minutes away. We brought our boat and tied up at the dock and had the most memorable getaway with our adult children and our grandson. Th entire place is so well thought out and well supplied. We will definitely be going back. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was for us. It’s our new favorite of all the rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful time at this lake home. It had all of the amenities we were looking for, and the location and setting were perfect for our family of 4, plus our dog! The kids loved playing on the swim mat, we enjoyed coffee on the cozy porches, and the unique location at the end of Perrin Cove was perfect for privacy and swimming. We hope to return in the future! Thank you!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 7 and our dog. The location on Lake Burton was beautiful. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to relax and recharge. There are plenty of sights and activities to visit nearby and this area of the country is a great place to visit.

The home was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. It is nestled in a quiet cove with lots of trees, but the location is close to Clayton and some great hikes. We enjoyed our time here.

We had such a wonder, relaxing time at the cabin. The screened porch was fantastic and the cabin was well stocked with any amenity one could possibly need. We will definitely return!

We fell in love with Lake Burton during our stay! The house was in excellent order and is incredibly well located on the lake. The cove is quiet but right off the main basin. We rented a boat and docked it at the house, which was lovely. Overall wonderful experience :)

Our stay was just what we needed.. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the ‘floating island’. We definitely would recommend staying here. We’ll be back next year!

This was our first time staying on lake burton. I knew a little of what to expect from some family who’s stayed on the lake and lives in Georgia. We were so happy with our cabin and can’t wait to return. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week on the lake. We rented a boat and we were able to keep it right there at the cabin. The kids had so much fun swimming off the dock. The kitchen was big enough for us five to move around and cook and eat at the large dinning table. Our dog loved the water and was sad to leave as were we. James was very easy to communicate with and was very kind and helpful. There are very large homes on Lake Burton…this might not be one of those but you don’t feel like it’s any less impressive. The fire pit, the view, the porches, and the comfort are top notch. We would love to return.

Relaxing Spring Break
Based on the online photos, we anticipated we would have a great time, but our experience was even better than expected.
We have pretty busy lives, and this property was the perfect place to relax and recharge over Spring Break.
The Lake house is beautiful and has everything you need or want. The location is great and very private, but with some very friendly neighbor dogs that like to visit. There are some great family-friendly hikes nearby as well.
The weather was a bit cold this week, so we didn't get as much lake time as we wanted, so we hope to visit again over the summer!

Fun Lake Burton Getaway!
We loved our time at this adorable cottage on Lake Burton! The house was nicely updated, very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the bunk room. Great view of the lake from the back deck and screened porch, and the dock offered an amazing view of the cove. The splash pad in lake kept the kids entertained for hours. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent Stay
What a treat to stay in this fantastic house on Lake Burton. Our family loved spending time on the dock. We swam and kayaked in the quiet cove. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed grilling on the back porch and eating at some local restaurants, like Universal Joint in downtown Clayton. The home was clean, communication was excellent, and we hope to return someday soon.

Location is the very back of a cove as you can see in the pics, but there was plenty of room and depth for our rented 24” tritoon, and the kids loved the water mat.

On the lake, quiet little cabin, Well appointed and comfortable. Nice little dock to fish and quiet cove to enjoy the birds and stillness of the lake.

Thanksgiving at the lake
There’s no better place to cook thanksgiving dinner than a house with a lake view from the kitchen! The owners have done a great job of maximizing space and adding cute comfortable style. One odd feature was the two “masters” shared a bathroom. This wasn’t obvious to me in the listing. It ended up working out fine as there is another full bathroom but we felt like with.4 adults and two kids you couldn’t have too many more bodies in this house. We loved the porch area when it was warm enough to sit out there!
