A newly constructed 2-story boat house with covered pavilion offers covered boat docking.
The main house has multiple public spaces to spread out for relaxation including an expansive screened porch perfect for al fresco dining. A 4-season all windows sunroom for board games or sipping morning coffee. Outdoors offer stargazing by the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub with a separate covered recreation area with table tennis, hook and toss and cornhole.
Inside, a well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, complete with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker to jumpstart your mornings. Gather around the spacious 10 top table for laughter and shared meals, then retreat to one of the four comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath and working desk. There are 2 additional king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A detached large bunk room house with 2 queen beds and 2 loft twin beds with double vanity baths.
