Good location and very convenient.

Close to all amenities. Very central location. There was allocated undercover parking. Ease of entry and exit. Host was accommodating and gave us a pedestal fan as the bedrooms were warm. Has a self contained kitchen with kettle, micro, fridge and even an electric stove to cook. Apartment also has all utensils to eat and even cook. Pretty much a self contained apartment.

Would not be suitable for summers as it has no Airconditioning. The tap in the bathroom sink was very hard to turn on and off.

Uwaga dojazd do budynku bardzo utrudniony, poruszanie się po budynku by poszukać wejście do apartamentu raczej wymaga mapy lub instrukcji dojścia. Budynek jest wielosegmentowy i wielopoziomowy.

Great pontetial but needs a bit more care

Great location walking distance to town. The property has a nice outdoor area with bbq. Quite pretty that I believe all apartments can have access to it. Kitchen is good. Nice and warm apartment. Very sunny position. Easy car parking

The 604 apartment is very dated. Needs a bit of maintenance done around bathroom as vanity is very damaged to water spills. A few big pumps on the walls that were poorly repaired. Carpet needs a good clean. The duvet inner is very thin but think blanket is provided.

Very disappointing, uncomfortable ,poor quality of furniture and bedding for the price.

The position for easy access to Queenstown attractions good , the area outside of the unit very pleasant

No ventilation only open window at the door ,dark . Very Poor quality of bedding, sheets uncomfortable ,pillows need replacing . Well and truly needs an upgrade . Access to coffee poor ,due to only instant ,poor quality , when outside it was obvious this was the worst unit on the property so very expensive for what it was . Disappointing as the outside photos are not of this unit .

Our stay was conveniently located and budget-friendly.

The location was fantastic, just a brief 5-minute stroll to town. The apartment was impressively well-equipped, providing us with all the essentials we required. Spacious and comfortable, it offered plenty of room to move around for 4 people. Plus, it seemed like it could very well be the most budget-friendly option for booking accommodations in the area.

The cleanliness of this unit fell far below even the most basic expectations. At the outset, it exuded a sense of luxury with its high-quality furniture, carpets, immaculate, and cabinetry. However, we felt it has suffered from a severe lack of maintenance. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in what could have been a truly exceptional accommodation. Even someone with minimal cleaning standards would find it challenging to tolerate the current state of cleanliness. It's evident that the unit urgently requires the attention of someone capable of executing a thorough and effective cleaning regimen. With proper care and upkeep, this space has the potential.

Great location, fantastic views

The apartment has the best views, it was clean in 90 % of the property. It had a small kitchen area for tea coffee, microwave and small fridge. With a great BBQ area straight outside the apartment. The location was sooooo great close to town, easy to walk in if I wasn't on crutches. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Owner of apartment called when we needed help for parking issues.

The bathroom shower hadn't been cleaned. It had black mould on the ceases which we could rub off with a cloth so just wasn't done when apartment cleaned. Could have done with a few tea towels as one wasn't enough. 4 plates 4 bowls. Would have been nice to have a few more for visitors on our BBQ night. Internet was ok 50% of the time the rest it kept dropping out and starting again. Gave me a head ache. Parking spot kept getting taken and hotel said park anywhere, then we got a note on car next morning warning us to park in our spot or be towed. Master bedroom kept smelling of strong cooking scents eg curries, etc. At all times of day and night.. Maybe came thru the ceiling vents.

Great location, fantastic views, comfortable & warm!

This place was soo much better than I could have expected. It was spacious and had everything I could have needed! My daughter left her bunny that she’s had since she was a little girl, and left it behind in the bed. The hosts offered to send it back to Australia! The walk into town was so easy, you step outside the door and met by breathtaking views. Shower pressure is great! Kitchen is well stocked.

Not remarkable in any way.

The location is the main reason we booked the property. Short walk from the main streets and food areas in Queenstown. The location has great views from front & only windows.

The apartment is a privately owned room within a Peppers Complex. The rooms are tired and in need of updating. Lounge and single armchair, are uncomfortable at best. TV service is limited and difficult to use. a 2 bed property with 1 Bed rock like in hardness & 2nd bed a marshmallow. The bathroom, very small, broken toilet seat, dirty shower, water damaged vanity. Definitely the "Unremarkable Terrace at 604 The Beacon"

A great place to base ourselves as we explored Queenstown on the first leg of our journey around New Zealand.

Great location

Not fancy but had everything we needed including iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. Convenience store not far away for milk etc. Location was great, an easy flat walk to the Centre for lovely cafes like Vudu and Ivy & Lola, Yonder. Queenstown has excellent cafes and restaurants. View nice with a wee peak of the lake, as well as The Remarkables. Lake Wakatipu just across the road for lakeside stroll. We had gorgeous hot sunny days and blue, blue skies. 💙 Being South, its very cool in the morning and late evenings (compared to humid Northland) so you need a warmer layer even in Summer. The sun sets around 9.30pm.

Nothing much, it really suited our needs but I noticed the bathroom vanity was old and water damaged. No face cloths supplied.

Beautiful lakefront apartment, in the heart of Queenstown

great lakefront location that is only a short 3-5 minute walk to central Queenstown. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to be a quiet place to stay. easy check in and comfortable beds. Smart TV in the living area and the apartment had everything we needed during our stay.

The shampoo, conditioner and hand soap had all been watered down. I always find this annoying. You might like to bring your own products if you also find it frustrating.

Location, Location, Location!

The location is amazing! The property is very well equipped and quit. There was a group of golf people in the resort who were very noisy but you didn’t hear them once the door was closed.

It’s a very dark unit. Luckily there is an open space to sit outside. It’s not serviced by Peppers but in saying that the staff were very helpful but stern in what they would and wouldn’t help with. The late check in (4pm) was hard due to arriving earlier than midday.

A relaxed stay in Queenstown

Awesome location. 5 minutes easy walk to center. Private secure underground parking. The property has everything you need away from home. It has 2 bedrooms (really comfortable beds) and a good sized living space, kitchen and bathroom ( Great pressure in shower too! ) and easy access to outdoor courtyard. Owners of the property are great in their communications and leave clear instructions upon arrival. Highly recommended this property to anyone.

Location is great, easy walking distance to everything.

Shower needs a good clean. Very dark inside as no windows in either bedroom. One very hard bed and one very soft bed.
