#1, the service was outstanding. We loved our room. The food was excellent. The Dead Sea views were spectacular. The spa facilities and gym were perfect. In short, we enjoyed a very relaxing vacation.

Enclosed pools, two stories only, private patios
The air conditioner made a very loud motor noise preventing a sound sleep!

Excellent location a stone's throw from the Dead Sea beach. Lovely promenade for an evening stroll. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Dinner buffet was excellent and really appreciated the traditional live music afterwards. Unpretentious and authentic feel despite the Greek-style decor.
Reception welcome was quite abrupt compared to other hotels we visited in Israel, and some of the reception and maintenance staff rather rude.

Lovely hotel, beach 30 seconds from hotel lobby, nice pool, great bar area you can drink on the terrace overlooking the pool, breakfast and dinner buffet both good, has a spa, and Sulphur and Dead Sea pools next to the swimming pool.

The place is truly beautiful, the pools are large, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is massively varied and their coffee is great.
The check in guy was quite helpful. The water pressure was fantastic and great heating as well. The only thing I regret was not having a longer stay.
Next to the door to enter room 304 there is a bit of a step drop of about 1 foot height. Travelling with a 3 year old made me very uneasy as I think a small child or an elderly person could easily misstep and fall.
Another thing to watch for is in the children's pool the devices that put out a water current or bubbles (I'm not sure what they do) they are plastic and sharp and they protrude. It is worth mentioning my son doesn't know how to swim so he wasn't alone he was with three adults inside with him playing all the time and he cut himself on this. So did I and my mother so it wasn't just him not being careful. (thankfully it wasn't anything serious but it is worth noting) I did mention it to the staff and they seemed to be interested in fixing it.

The food was very good.
The rooms are too close each other. The whole time we had the curtains closed, if not everyone can see you. It gave the feeling of staying in a closed box. The mattress is not comfortable.
The area of the rooms feels very closed. There is no feeling of spaciousness inside the hotel. The sea can only be seen when approaching, unlike other hotels in the area where the sea can be seen from everywhere and that's what's beautiful.

I think this is the best option you can get in EinBokek - unless you are a fan of those big soul-less hotels around. We were upgraded from a ground floor with small garden to a room on the first floor with terrace and private swimming pool and it was amazing. There is a hotel, people around, but you have your own space. Located next to the Dead sea with it’s own private beach. Lovely spa and massages (Casmara facial is brilliant..) Enjoy!
When we arrived, the car park was full. Had to leave the car outside hotel territory and although we were told the car park next to the shopping mall is free during Shabbat, the next day came with unpleasant surprise in form of parking ticket. You cannot be sure there will be space for your car. However, the hotel was great and it is only a small unpleasant detail.

Small hotel with Greece atmosphere and proximity to the beach.
The lobby menu can be improved as it is the only restaurent in the hotel.

Breakfast was plentiful with big choice of food. Room was very comfortable and we really like the setting of the hotel. It has a more fun environment than most other hotels at the Dead Sea.
The indoor pools were very noisy when there were more than a few people. It is an area where you want to relax, but realize this is difficult to contain.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location.
When we rolled up to the hotel there was no parking and their seemed to be confusion from the staff about if I was staying there. I showed them my confirmation email in Hebrew. They then told me I could park at the mall across the street.
Staff was very unhelpful. We asked how to get to our room "take 2 lefts" this was nowhere near our room the hotel has a confusing layout. A waiter from the restaurant ended up showing us to our room.
My room had a locked thermostat stuck on heat that made my room stifling. I called staff and they told me there was no technician available to adjust my temperature. "Just leave the door open to cool the room" this was some bizzarre advice. Yes leaving the room door open would cool the room but then anybody can walk into my room at night.
Very expensive nice hotel with lousy staff.

Hotel is right on the Dead Sea, a very convenient location. The indoor Spa facilities are great.
I agree with other reviews that food could be of better quality, bearing in mind that the Hotel is rather expensive.

the location was really great, the receptionist margo was super nice, the decorations of the hotel it self makes u feel in Greece.
on the other hand the other receptionist old lady was a bit uncomfortable, and above all that the rooms where not clean full of mud and sand from the beach, as well as the sheet’s on the beds where dirty and half of them covered with dry dirt (urine/dry blood from wounds)
