חופשה קסומה בירושלים

המלון בעל אוירה קסומה. מיוחד מאוד. נוח מאוד. הצוות היה אדיב ומהיר, המלון היה נקי. יש חניה בחינם לאורחי המלון. מרכז הספורט נפלא. המיקום ממש מושלם.

הכל היה מעולה. אין שום ביקורת שלילית.

That is why it is necessary to wait a long time, and unbearable for the elevator. The door of the elevator is the width of a room door, so luggage can hardly enter and the elevator is small, i.e. 3 people do not enter with luggage. Room service is not available. They don't answer at night. And the great shame is that at the reception desk at 12 o'clock at night the clerk is asleep, so he answers the phone, so you have to go down to wake him up, It's very cold in the room and I asked to turn the air conditioner from cool to warm, which is crazy - they told me there was nothing to do as they don't know how to turn cool to warm at the moment. Гостиница цена качество . Завтрак очень вкусный ни чем не отличается от 5 звездочной гостиницы. Классный бассейн . Тренажерный зал. Баскетбольный зал. Гостиница в стили как у бабушки.

Unique atmosphere, great location

Excellent location in the center of the city. The staff is very helpful. The building itself is beautiful, the room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very quiet, probably since the hotel is less suitable for families with children.

1. The breakfast was very scarce. We booked the hotel hoping that since it is not kosher, we will have sausages and more meat for breakfast. There was nothing like that, and actually it was significatly worse than average Israeli breakfast - no tuna salad, no pancakes. 2. The matrasses were very uncomfortable. 3. There is only one elevator which is extremely slow, and it takes a long time until you finally get in.

Worth the price! Would stay here again.

Location was a catch, it was 2-3 mins away from Mamilla mall and few minutes away from the old city. The hotel architecture was really beautiful. Everything was picturesque. They served us welcome drinks too!! Good food & Nice Staff.

The CR had low maintenance causing the shower head to fall off. Lift can only accommodate 3 persons. If you have more than 2 luggages, you have to be patient. Luckily, waiting wasn’t a problem for us.

I would not stay here again - I would find a different place in Jerusalem

The building is beautiful - just stunning

The rooms are old and we were given twin beds even though I requested a queen. When I asked for a queen the man would not give me one - it was strange the rooms are small. The breakfast is ok - zero service yet the bill asked for a tip - I encountered much better in Israel overall. Thankfully it was only around $17.

Very pleasant stay, I hope to come back in a too long time

The hotel is in a place of peace and tolerance, I liked the architecture and furniture of the hotel, stylish but not pompous, the fact that it was quiet although it is in the center of Jerusalem. It is close to many interesting sites I wanted to visit. The coffee and breakfast food was very good and the staff was pleasant, efficient and helpful.

A good receptionist

Francis at the reception desk was very helpful and reliable. He supported us with all our needs, and the restaurant he recommended was really nice. Because of the timing of our travel (Shabbat), it was a little difficult to reserve a taxi to the airport, but he managed to get one for us. We are very thankful to him.

Stunning building. Comfortable room. Friendly Staff. Great price. Loved it.

You drive up and say "wow". I loved this place. Such a beautiful building! The perfect area (across the street from the King David). 10 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate down Mamilla street. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a triple room for the 2 of us (which was just the right size). This is not a fancy 5-star hotel, but it is so awesome. We went up in the bell tower for sunset, and swam at the Olympic sized pool. The outdoor eating area was just beautiful. Maybe my favorite hotel of a 4 week trip through the middle east.

Oh... the elevator is pretty tiny. We took the stairs most of the time.

A beautiful, historic hotel, with free access to a great gym, close to grocery and eateries, excellent breakfast buffet 1/2 mile easy walk to mamilla mall and old city.
