Pro & Con

great location, room is clean

There is glitch with the room card where the electricity requires many tries to turn on by inserting the card into the cardholder. No one is actually able to assist on site that time at around 10pm. We tried for more than 30 mins until the electricity finally able to turn on. Till now there is no answer to why the card is not working. We are staying in room 401.

The hotel seemed a tad overpriced considering the facilities and overall environment. It leans more towards a budget acc

The room was clean and the receptionist, who I fondly referred to as "uncle," was friendly and welcoming.

Despite setting the air conditioning to 16 degrees Celsius, my room remained uncomfortably warm, with the air feeling more tepid than cool.

comfortable and spacious room.

the location is very near stadium axiata. we came for a concert. easy to get food and parking.

the piping system. could here water from upper floor. hahaaa..

Near to my workplace and thx for the upgrade Mr Steven . Very good security area . Thx for taking care of my luggages after check out

Economy hotel with good price/quality ratio

Good location. Easy access from the airport. Restaurants in the area. 25 minutes walk to the Bukit Jalil stadium. The hotel got electric adapters for the guests. The room was very basic, but I had all I needed (electric pot, bed, shower).

The receptionist intended to picture my bank card in order to save the number and expiry date in the hotel's system. I did not allow it. The noise easily comes to the room from the hallway. You might want to use earplugs or smth like that.

Very poor

No breakfast at hotel and the staff not available all the time, I checkout by my self around 10am door of of the lobby was locked I call to the management he say after 30 minutes I will be back, and I need to go to the airport Imagine I leave the key by hanging in door lobby and I leave the hotel also still my little balance with them.

Short stay

A good place for short stay. Room was good, clean. Bathroom was.clean too. Friendly reception staffs. Got cafe too. Easy. There is a basement parking with affordable rate

Terrible and Unsafe Experience

Room was very clean, AC was cold, and hot water in shower lasted.

When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby and front desk were literally CLOSED. There was a note on the door for me to call a local number. I didn't have a local SIM card. It was very clear by my contact number I was a foreigner to Malaysia. My original arrival time I noted on the reservation was 9pm. My flight was delayed and I did not arrive until around 11pm. I have NEVER been to any hotel where they literally closed the front desk. I was a woman traveling alone in a foreign place, and I had to go on the street and find a stranger in the dark of night to ask to use their phone to contact the number so I would have a place to stay! Then, I was yelled at about not paying up front when I had apparently selected the option to pay at the hotel when I arrived. Any rational person would assume a hotel lobby would be open for guests. This was very unsafe and scary as a strange man followed me into the hotel after I had to walk the street with my suitcase to find someone willing to let me use their phone. I told the owner I didn't know this man and I was very uncomfortable and to please not leave me alone. This was a TERRIBLE experience, and I felt incredibly unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone arriving after 8pm (the owner told me she closes the lobby at 8pm everyday--which makes no sense to me).

Please take action on this hotel.

The Hotel canceled my booking when we approached the counter. The staff manning the counter said the computer canceled my bookings. But immediately when I checked my phone app on Booking.com and my email it said my bookings are still present. Very disgusted that the hotel treated me and my friends this way. we are gutted and really angry.
