Reef House is refurbished to a high standard and sleeps up to 5 guests. It has 'off road' parking and high speed fibre broadband (300 Mb/s).
Its central location makes it an idea spot, with the town centre and beach a short walk away.
The property has 4 televisions, a w/machine, a dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Neff electric hob and oven. Luxury bedding/towels and hairdryers are provided.
The property’s South facing courtyard has both rattan seating and BBQ/dining areas.
The space
Reef House is one of the few houses for rent in central Bournemouth. It is newly refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, windows and with new carpets and flooring throughout. It has 'off road' parking for one medium sized car and has free ’on road' parking available. It is a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the centre of town and sought after Westbourne area. It has high speed fibre broadband (300 Mb/s).
The property has two double bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with a bed settee, a large family bathroom with dual sinks and a ground floor toilet and basin. There are Freeview televisions in the kitchen, lounge (with Netflix) and in both bedrooms (one SMART TV).
The kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Neff electric hob and oven. A dryer is also available at the property. Luxury bedding/towels and hairdryers are provided.
The extended kitchen/diner includes its own separate seating/TV area. It provides access to a private South facing courtyard/decking area with rattan seating, a BBQ area and outside dining.

Our stay was okay. The owner was very much responsive and provided us with what we asked for in a timely manner. The property was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay except for some minor items that were provided when we asked for them. The only thing that we didn’t like was the space as the property was very small and tight for us.

We had a perfect short-time stay in this lovely house. The beds were perfect and we had wonderful time. The rooms are quiet in the night and we could sleep very well. The house offers lots of room, so everyone of the family could separate as needed. Perfect all in all.

Reef House is a large two bedroom semi detached house located between Bournemouth and Westbourne. Reef House meet all our accommodation needs and we are happy to recommend it.

Caroline and Kevin have been the most wonderful hosts! We had a lovely summer staying at the property, it was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. It is in the perfect location to walk to the shops, high street, town center and beach. The backyard was lovely on summer nights to have dinner and overall a great place to stay!!!! We are looking forward returning next summer!

Good sized well maintained property in an excellent location for all amenities. Easy walk through gardens (25 minutes) to Bournemouth, easy walk to Durley chine (15 minutes) and an easy walk (10 minutes) to Westbourne. Buses to Poole, Bournemouth etc every 7 minutes, buses to Swanage every 30 minutes. Excellent stay and the hosts were always in touch at the appropriate times

I brought two friends to Bournemouth to enjoy a concert at the Pavillion, so we came 2 days early to enjoy some beach time as well. This lovely house was in a terrific neighborhood and featured super outdoor lounging!

I booked an alternative property, following which I got a call from Kevin informing there was an issue as that property was already booked and should not have been showing as available. He offered to sort out a refund or to transfer my booking to another one of their properties. I opted to transfer the booking & it turned out to be a great choice! The communication throughout the process was excellent - Kevin kept me updated at every turn on how he was working with Vrbo to resolve the booking issue. I was very impressed by the communication with the owners from the point of booking to check out.
The house is lovely and spacious. It was clean with everything we needed. It’s conveniently located a short drive away from the beach. Great parking directly outside the house. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Holiday Home
Reef House is a beautiful holiday home, very clean and modern design exactly as described and shown on the website.
Excellent location with easy walking distance to Bournemouth town centre, pier and beaches as well as Westbourne and Poole Road both of which offer a variety of places to eat and drink.
Reef House also offers excellent easy access to road links to both local and neighbouring resorts.
The owners, Caroline and Kevin are great at communicating they kindly messaged to remind us of checking in and checking out details as well as checking if all was ok.
I would highly recommend Reef House as a great place to stay and would not hesitate to rebook if we wish to visit Bournemouth again in the future.

Perfect location and home from home
Stayed 14-21 Aug with husband and teenage daughter. The check in and communication was great, a couple of text once we’d arrived to check all ok. House was missing nothing at all and was very clean.
Westbourne location is great as can walk via botanical gardens (stunning) to pier area in about 20 mins. Westbourne has lots of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk up main road. If you prefer beaches quieter than the pier area go for parking (for free) up around Alum Chine and Dursley Chine. 5 mins drive from house and free parking on roads.
Outdoor area at house is great for relaxing (no view but not a problem). No BBQ but brick built area for a disposable is good.
Parking spot on the front looked very small but was oddly deceptive and we parked our SUV easily throughout the week.
Info on area (leaflets) was useful - just check dates as some were last years.
Great stay and would happily return!

Stylish, luxury getaway
Kevin and Caroline were lovely hosts, and welcomed us to the property. The property was extremely clean, easy to access, beautiful and stylish. It had been decorated to an extremely high standard and hope to be back to stay early next year. Thank you we had a lovely time!

Fabulous little house which is a home from home and in a great location
Just come back from a lovely stay in Bournemouth. The house is in a great location 20 mins walk to Bournemouth beach and pier and 10 minutes to the nearest bars and restaurants in Westbourne. The house is decorated superbly and made being there feel like a lovely treat. The outside area is a gorgeous little sun trap and perfect for a few tea time drinks before heading out for a night out and to re charge after a day of adventures. Absolute must see is Sandbanks beach and Poole harbour both stunning well. We actually got a taxi back from sandbanks cost about £15. Taxi ‘s to and from Bournemouth station were about £10 although there was parking at the property if you come by car. Would definitely book again!

Bournemouth trip
Great location, and a fantastic house. I must admit on the Friday night we was a bit loud but Caroline and Kevin was very fair and their communication was 5*.

Birthday trip
We have had fantastic time in this property. Beds where very comfortable outdoor spaces was perfect for evening drinks and some board/card games and also for a little bbq and meals together. Owners very friendly and responsive. We have had issue with one of the fuses goin off and it got fixed in no time we even got a bottle of prosecco to make up for it with lovely note :).

Clean and comfortable
Clean and comfortable, lots of wardrobe and cupboard space in bedrooms and plenty of hangars, which makes a change from many properties. Pretty well equipped, and good to have Netflix on TV as we didn't have great weather!

We were really pleased on entering the property,everything was as we had been led to believe from the advertising.The rooms were all bright,clean and beautifully presented.The location was perfect ,Bournemouth gardens were accessible In minutes providing a delightful walk into the town centre and the beach.We really enjoyed our week at the house and would have loved to stay longer.Delightful

Beautiful property
This property was absolutely amazing. Only a 20 minute walk to bournemouth centre and beach. House was spotless and beautifully laid out. Caroline and Kevin were very helpful and nice and would definitely come back again! 100% recommend.

Bournemouth bolthole
Perfectly located on the Bournemouth/Poole border with easy access to amenities and beaches, this semi-detached house is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The furnishings are modern and the house tastefully decorated to a high standard.
The kitchen/diner, which is very spacious and contains all the essentials, leads on to the split-level decked area outside. This is a very pleasant sun trap where you can relax on rattan-style furniture on the lower level, or enjoy al fresco dining on the elevated deck. We certainly made the most of both!
Communication with the owners was friendly, clear and straightforward, and they were very helpful and responsive to any questions.
It was ideal for our family break and we will happily return! Thank you Caroline and Kevin for sharing your property with us!
