Exceptional

Cannot reccomend this place highly enough! Family-run guesthouse on the outskirts of Batumi. Exceptionally friendly hosts, we got free homemade wine and food. We were also picked up at the airport on arrival and driven to the train station when leaving at no extra charge. After one night the owners asked us if we wanted to change rooms as the room with sea-view had become available. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a common kitchen shared by the 4 or 5 rooms.

Nothing to complain about regarding the guesthouse itself, but be aware that there is a drive of about 20 minutes to and from the center of Batumi, which could be up to an hour depending on traffic. Also, the closest grocery store is 15-20 minutes walk away.

A home-away-from-home experience in Batumi, with the warmth of a caring family and exceptional servi

My experience was wonderful, as it's managed by an extremely warm and welcoming family, making you feel as though you are with your own kin. The location is serene and peaceful. The rooms are clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, always inquiring if you need anything - they are very accommodating. If you're planning to visit Batumi, I would recommend staying here without a doubt. I am certain that during my next visit to Batumi, I will be staying here again. Special greetings to Archil and his lovely family.

I truly cannot find anything to dislike about my stay. Everything was up to my expectations and beyond. From the welcoming family to the attentive service, my experience was truly flawless.

Exceptional

The location was excellent. Perfect rooms, perfectly-eqipped kitchen. The hosts were so kind and helpful.They are very open-minded people. We had such a warming welcome. They offered us home-made wine and food. They helped us with everything: transport whenever we needed it. Made reservations for us at restaurants. Gave us excellent hints what to See and visit in Batumi. Highly recommanded guest house. Thank you for everything you did for us Archil :-)

Wasn't expecting much from late October beach resort but nice house, swim and cool quirky city!

Very friendly family and lovely dog. Close to beach and a few minutes to down town Batumi. (Free high quality bottle of dry red wine from owner's vineyard - beat that!) The house is at the end of the road - turn right at the Y fork.

I wanted to take the dog home but he loves his owners too much!

Location - 7 mins to the beach; sea view from the room; the host - excellent; the food and wine (we didn’t expect it, but it was served) - excellent; friendly dog and nice neighbors

From the very begining to the very last, our stay in Iberia 2019 was great. The host are extremely friendly and communicative (russian and english). They are doing excellent job with making you feel comfortable and well informed. And this is only about the hosts! Our room and whole place is new, clean and in great standard. For a very reasonable price we had spacious, pretty room, full of daylight with both balcony and private toilet. The air conditioning was also an important factor. Common area is impressive with all of the necessery household goods. Locallization is really nice, near Batumi but away from the most crowded city parts, very quiet. We had no problem with travelling to the city center with cheap marshrutkas or also not expensive taxis. The beach which is very close to the place and also less crowded than in Batumi. We are really glad that we have found this place and we can really recommend it for all this reasons and more, that are not mentioned.

A little inconvinience that we had was quickly consulted and instantly fixed.
