Lovely views

The location is very good - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, a bus stop with frequent connections to Batumi is even closer. The house has beautiful terraces with sea view. The staff is incredible, reading your every wish from your eyes and preparing delicious food for you if you ask.

On rainy days the air in the room smells a bit musty. You share a terrace with the neighboring room and when there are guests in the neighboring room, you need to keep all your windows covered with curtains for privacy.

Fantastic place with comfortable rooms, alcoves, sea views and delicious meals.

Feride and her family are fully committed to the comfort of their guests. The rooms and amenities are well maintained, the meals are home-made of good quality products and Feride cooks fantastic hachapuri herself! The beach is literally within a stone’s throw. The city center is 15 min away by bus or a taxi and the Botanical garden can be easily reached by feet. But the place is so cozy that one can stay there and enjoy the view to the Black Sea all day long.

Perfect example for Georgian hospitality

Loved the place. Hotel host was amazing. We spent the next morning sitting and talking in the green yard with a cup of coffee. Room was simple, clean and nice.

The location is fantastic. With a breathtaking view of the sea. With a Very kind and lovely host. They love pets. Everything was memorable for us. Thank you feride لوکیشن بسیار زیبا و دید عالی با ۵ دقیقه پیاده روی تا دریا با امکانات مناسب برای خانواده ها. و بهترین اینکه فریده یک صاحبخانه بسیار مهربان و دوست داشتنی و دوستدار حیوانات هست که یک اقامت راحت و بی دلواپسی رو فراهم میکنه

BOOK THIS!

I love Feride! The location is great....just a 5 minute drive from Batumi Central Station, nestled in a small dead end road near the beach, in Makhinjauri. Feride greeted me as i arrived on the late train at 00:45 with a delicious dinner. My cast and crew later arrived the next day and we spent our meals and down time here. Feride was more than hospital and made us feel at home. The rooms are simple and very clean. I stayed one week, and am going to dearly miss this place. Their on site kitchen is the best! Mostly Georgian and Russian spoken.

I like the owners, Feride, Fatima, they are all polite and hospitable. It’s near Batumi, approximately 15 minutes from the center on a car. Also near the house are beach and Botanical Garden.

Everything was great, but it seems that the room is bigger in the picture.

Tasty homemade food, with an excellent glass of housemade chakvi. Nice green terrace with sea view. The double room was clean and spacious, and quiet, facing the opposite side of the road. Coffee on arrival, the hosts treat you like a king 🙂

Perfect stay! Better than family! You will come back 💗

Where do I start? EVERYTHING! I am so happy I came across it and booked this place. This is better than any 6 star accommodation! Don't even think twice! BOOK IT if it is available! You will thank me and return again and again! We loved the location, 2 minutes walk to the beach, we loved our big room with private bathroom, we loved that it is only 15 minutes away from Batumi center, 10 minutes away from the train station, 7 minutes from the Botanical garden. We loved that everything we needed was there. We were always offered coffee and tea. They have amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and homemade wine. Eat there. No restaurant is as good as what they cook! But most of all we loved the people! Fetide, Fati, Zurab and Natia. It was like visiting your favorite aunt who welcomes you like family and makes your stay absolutely perfect. Loving, courteous, welcoming, fun, accepting - everyone at Feride are simply beautiful souls! And they cook out of this world yummy food. All homemade from fresh organic and local farm products. Feride and Fati always making sure you have all you need. They feed you like their own children, they are fun, loving, just amazing.I can't say enough! We fell in love and didn't want to go home. We are recommending this place to all our friends and will not stay anywhere else! So happy with everything! And Zurab also helps you if you need a tour or to get around. You get all you need! Their garden and terrace where we spent most of our time is so beautiful and peaceful, overlooking the sea. You just can't wish for more! Thank you so much, Feride, Fati, Zurab, Natia, Lena💗💗💗🙏🙏🙏 We will be back!

The only thing I didn't like was going home and leaving Feride and leaving all the people we met there. Absolutely LOVED EVERYTHING about it! Coming back 100%💗💗💗
