People had smoked in the room and I couldn’t breathe. Several questionable people hanging around the parking lot. The halls of the hotel reeked of weed. Don’t stay here

It’s was clean smelled nice

I like the types of rooms. I enjoyed having a separate bedroom from the grand kids. Next year we will just get the regular room.
The prices are going up and we can no longer afford a separate bedroom. Also they nickel and dime you for a daily parking pass, deposit for room damage that gets refunded. I recommend taking pictures of the room upon departure.

The staff was friendly.
I had to switch rooms because the AC was not working, the second room I had the AC unit was in terrible shape the vent was broken up , the door did not close properly you have to slam it really hard to close it properly, and my last day there the fire alarm went off 2 times at 5:30 in the morning, causing me to loose sleep, overall it was not a good experience. The last thing I did not like is that I had to put down a $100 dollar deposit for a room that was already in bad shape, and as of today the 4th day after I checked out I still have not received my deposit back.

1.0 / 5.0
That it was affordable
The first room we was given was a used room and the second room only had a pillows and bed wasn’t made correctly
5.0 / 5.0
It was close to everything we wanted to do.
It didn’t have a pool like the details.

front door didn’t work, elevator feels like it’s falling apart, lamp shade torn and shabby, rust and dust on the bathroom light, tube not cleaned, no channels on the TV.

The size of the room and kitchenette was great
The toilet moved every time I got off of it, the maintenance crew needs to permanently fix the toilet to the ground. And the back access door work for me to get to my car.
3.0 / 5.0
Staff was very nice and the room itself was nice and clean.
The room was nice, but 2nd floor hallway had an odor. Second floor hallway had a soft spot like the floor was weak. First floor had hotel equipment scattered around every corner. The elevator was old, creepy, and dirty. Could definitely use some updated decor.
3.5 / 5.0
What I liked was the size of the bedroom and the separation of the bedroom from the main areas of the living room/workspace w/ the desk, and kitchen areas.
What I didn't like was the maintenance of the room. There was visible mold in one place in the shower, the closet door was damaged and visibly repaired, but should have been replaced, the desk had some type of physical epoxy drippings, and the sofa looked as if it needed to be discarded or reupholstered.

Price was good. Bed comfortable. Living space adequate.
It is like a mini shelter. I did not feel safe. Lots of transients. The room smelled like cigarettes. The TV was old and they did not have many channels. It was substandard. I do not recommend.

Location, facilities, staff
Dirty, run down, temperature difficult to control
4.0 / 5.0
Quiet. Big room. Great location.
They need to shampoo the carpets on every floor. Very dirty. Had to pay for early check in if though I wasn't only 1.5 hours early. Not much of anything in the room as far as menus for places to eat or places to go.
