It was perfect for my brother and me. We wanted an inexpensive place to stay in Inverness as a base for exploring Point Reyes for our annual get together. The trailer had everything we needed and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a trailer, so everything you need is there. The small size was expected as it is a trailer. If we choose the Inverness area again next year we will choose this rental again.

I enjoyed this grounded trailer. Plain and simple, but a tidy little place that worked great as a home base for exploring Point Reyes National Seashore. And at a low price for the area.

Our host had thought of all the little things that make a difference in one's visit. Everything we needed for cooking (salt, pepper, fresh eggs, butter, cooking oil, utensils, etc., etc.). Plenty of kleenex, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets, etc.. Outdoors there were many places to sit and relax in nature and it felt very private. We thank her very much.

This was a cozy place to stay near Point Reyes National Seashore on our way up the coast. We had a little trouble finding it initially but the friendly neighbor assisted. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed for a one night stay.

My boyfriend, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the property. It was a little difficult to find as we had poor signal in the area and it’s further down the tiny street than we thought but we eventually figured it out. The RV itself is small and quaint but comfy for two adults. Our only complaint would be that the hot water didn’t last long for showers but it wasn’t a big issue. This place is located perfectly if you’re interested in exploring the tomales bay and point Reyes station area. Would definitely stay again! The eggs and chocolates are a lovely touch!

The space is small but it suited our needs quite nicely. Both beds (full and sofa bed) were comfy. There were plenty of pillows and blankets available.
The table was great for game playing.
The kitchen had the equipment we needed for breakfast apart from coffee filters which I had brought. The eggs that Ewa gave us from her chickens made a great scramble.
Loved the fire pit and the outdoor lighting. That was a nice place to hang out.
It was foggy so we didn't use the chaise to try and see stars. Maybe next time.
Ewa was a great host. I'd definitely go back.

The trailer was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was warm and cozy during a cold night. The patio was lovely and we enjoyed walking into town for dinner. The area is beautiful and we would gladly have stayed longer.

The little RV was perfect for our getaway. Close to stores, restaurants, and hikes. It’s nestled in a hillside behind owners property, which made it very private. The garden added to its coziness. A great time and hope to come back soon. Oh….. and the fresh eggs☺️☺️

This is a great place to relax away from the world. You are in your own special place, tucked away from everything. Plenty of room in the trailer to cook with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and the trailer was very clean. We liked it so much we have scheduled another stay in a few weeks.

I'm on a senior budget, so the cost was reasonable. Also, I was able to bring my small doggie along. The 30 ft trailer was cosy and tidy, and the setting was beatifully green, with a babbling brook next to it. Amenities were good, with coffee maker, toaster, tv. The host provided a dozen eggs from her own chickens, also cream for coffee and butter for cooking the eggs, which were delicious.. I will come back again.

Proximity to point Reyes National park was key for me. A market was down the street for items and a deli and that was convienent.
Ewa was super responsive on questions and left
Us eggs from her chicken coop which was very thoughtful

The location is Perfect to the entire area. Not far from Napa Valley, San Francisco, Bodega Bay and best of all, you are in the heart of Point Reyes National Seashore!
The accommodations were perfect for us. We are gone most days and needed a great place to put our heads at for rest.
We did enjoy the local area and brought home fresh oysters and grilled them on the grill, wow! sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the evening.
Very quiet and peaceful location! The accommodations was perfect for just the two of us.
I recommend this location and this VRBO, the host was very accommodating and gracious.
Bed was comfortable, they had both grill and a fire pit, plenty of firewood, and it just seemed so cozy and perfect for us.
Thank you
Ewa

It was just what we wanted as a base for exploring Pt Reyes to look for wildlife. The location was perfect for doing that as well as for local shops. The garden was lovely to sit in as well. If I go back to Pt Reyes I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The setting is very tranquil and just a few minutes from Pt Reyes National Seashore. Nice sized fridge and freezer (not at all cramped). Great shower (better than my shower at home though of course smaller). Comfy bed. Really appreciated the eggs and the butter and half-and-half. This place had everything I was looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

This trailer looks like nothing from the outside and it is so cute inside--just what we could have wanted. Very well organized, comfortable and complete with fresh eggs from the owner's hens! Located in a very quiet spot only a couple blocks from stores & restaurants, and the main road. We will be going back!

I stayed here with my best friend from elementary school. It was a cozy and wonderful place, comfy beds and just right for two people. I was excited to find this affordable option in an area that's typically inaccessible to people living on normal salaries.

We had a great time. The place was as expected and I could imagine it would be even better had it not been raining. Amazing to find what we were looking for that accepted our larger dogs.

We stayed for one night at this property and it was everything we expected based on the listing. The RV was very well supplied with kitchen equipment, bathroom toiletries and bedding (so many comfy blankets!). There was even free firewood for the fire ring. There was plenty of privacy and the rooster calling in the morning is a plus. We really have no complaints. Will definitely come back! Thanks, Ewa!
