A perfect getaway, even in the busy place like Sunny Beach.

Proximity to the sea was the main reason I booked the stay. The apartment was nice and clean and the pool was exceptionally clean and inviting.

Location of the hotel was great.

The handle on the front door so very bad and hard to open, none of the bathrooms in our apartment locked.

Very good location.

The apartment was very close to the beach. The area is much quieter compared to other hotels.

The balcony view was terrible, faced to another hotel. The balcony had the aircon on so you could not use the balcony while the aircon was working in the room. The bathroom door was playing up, we were locked inside a few times and it was difficult to open. The room was very superficially cleaned, you could see the spiderweb in the corners. There was no hair dryer in the apartment, which would be useful. We only had a small rubbish bin which can be filled quickly.

The apartmen should to be ready at 2 pm, but we got the keys just at 5.30 pm. So we had to wait at the street 3.5 hours whit a small kid. The lady who should to give us the key was sitting in a nearby restaurant and drinking coffee, doing nothing to resolve our problem. It wasn't funny to wait after a 9 hours travel. :(

I don’t recommend it at all. The manager is only interested for the profit.

- We didn't have an iron in the first three days although we asked countless times from the owner who only after three days gave us the iron, but we had to call again because she forgot - it is not mentioned in the description of the property that there is no cleaning at all during the stay - the internet worked only at the pool, just with great insistence. The internet was extremely poor, barely worked. - in the rooms there was no signal at all which was a very big downgrade - no reception - not worth the price PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.

- No wireless signal in apartment ! - I have an apartment on ground floor, so it was noise everyday.

Excellent location- really close to the beach,the apartment is very spacious, great swimming pool and pool bar , the balcony is also very big , there’s a washing machine and a big refrigerator!

Poor wi-fi connection in the rooms and we’ve got only one key , not enough for 4 people, you can’t go separately to walk!
