Le meilleur hôtel de Sunny beach

Les chambres bien aménagées et les lits confortables. La qualité des mets sur le buffet. La nourriture est raffinée, on peut manger sainement (fruits légumes viandes grillées etc). Les entrées sont particulièrement réussies . Un vrai all inclusive avec toutes les boissons y compris bouteilles d'eau accessibles librement Le fait qu'il y a beaucoup de transats et parasols sur la plage privée et pas de problème de place, la qualité de la plage (sable, eau bien chaude, pente douce etc....) Efficacité et gentillesse du personnel Qualité des équipements au spa A noter qu'il existe 2 hôtels mitoyens, le Park et le Sand, avec des offres légèrement distinctes (all inclusive, accès au spa)

L'absence de terrasse non fumeur au restaurant. Il y a deux belles terrasses, il serait facile d'en réserver une seule aux fumeurs et ce n'est pas le cas. Résultat : difficile de manger dehors sans être importunée ( beaucoup de fumeurs) Le wifi pas assez puissant dans les chambres Piscine intérieure trop petite et pas assez chaude, pas un problème quand il fait beau, on est dehors mais ne pas miser dessus à la mi saison

Serviciile nu sunt de 5 *. Iar anul acesta am plecat dezamagita !

Resortul este drăguț , curat . Mâncare bună, băuturile acceptabile !

Veșnica problemă a locurilor pe plajă : insuficiente pentru numărul de turiști! Un alt minus este lipsa barului de pe plajă ! Pentru zilele ploioase nu există activități sau locuri acoperite unde să-ți petreci timpul, cu excepția restaurantului și a barurilor . Anul acesta am rămas complet dezamăgită de calitatea serviciilor în zona de restaurant: cu cel puțin o oră înainte de încheierea programului, la oricare dintre cele trei mese principale, se adunau fetele de masă , fiind nevoiți să mâncăm pe mesele goale , care de altfel , nu erau nici debarasate și nici curate ! Tacâmurile ni le luam singuri, din sertar ! În zona de snack bar , trebuie să aștepți să termine supervizorul (o doamnă mai în vârstă, foarte ofensată) de aranjat , după fiecare turist , mâncarea , la linie , în fiecare platou! Ținând cont că , 80% erau turiști români , am cam auzit anul acesta destule jigniri la adresa noastră!

Храната беше страхотна, голямо разнообразие и много вкусно! Местоположението е топ, плажа е на една крачка, широка плажна ивица!

Част от персонала не говореше добре български език и по-трудно се разбирахме.

Highly recommended

This hotel is highly recommended. The service is wonderful, the food is brilliant. The private beach is really close. We loved the pool and the vibe there.

All the staff is super nice, the waiters and waitresses are adoreable, but fire the life guard at the pool!!He is the biggest jerk I've ever met. Has nothing to do with people and the tourism. As I see I'm not the only one with this opinion.

O plajă curatā, chiar dacă sunt câteva alge când bate valul, o alee cu foarte multe buticuri de unde poți cumpăra lucruri la prețuri accesibile oricărui buzunar. Baruri și locuri de distracție. Felicitări celor care au amenajat plaja astfel. Personalul de restaurant și bar, cameriste, chiar și muncitorii de la întreținere sunt foarte respectuoși!!

Accesul la plajă un pic dificil, doar o poartă deschisă. Trebuie făcut slalom pe alei, între șezlonguri. Un nesimțit care se ocupa de prosoape, dacă nu vorbești limba și dacă ești femeie. Deși, "ultra all inclusive ",,locurile pe plajă, umbrela cu șezlonguri gratuite, sunt greu de găsit. Prea puține la liber și multe cu plată pentru atâția turiști!!

Strongly reccomend!

Very nice hotel! Great animation team! Every day was full of different activities. Wonderful meals and drinks. Very nice and clean beach!

Number of free sunchairs at the beach is very small, so you have to go there very early to get some.

Один из лучших отелей на Солнечном берегу. Прекрасный отель и прекрасный персонал. Очень подходит семьям с детьми.

Не понравилось грубое отношения сотрудника отвечающего за пляжные полотенца . Очень нервный человек. Я бы рекомендовал ему обратиться к хорошему психиатру, чтобы тот выписал ему лекарства для успокоения.

Perfect hotel

Great hotel - perfect location, far from the clubs and bars. Quality food. Nice staff.

Despite the announcements in the hotel, many guests get up while it's still dark and reserve sunbeds. If someone decides to go at a normal hour (after breakfast) it will be quite difficult to find a free spot. Need to control that.

A place where you want to come back

HELENA Park remains a model for how a good quality tourism should be done. Chapeau bas for all the team! They all are doing their best for making everybody happy. We've enjoyed everything: the restaurant, accomodation, pools, park, entertainment. It was our second vacation at Helena and we'll wait for the next one here. Very special thoughts for the manager (Mrs. Ralitsa is a wonderful lady - congrats for your activity)!!!!!

A big choice food.

The food was often not very hot. The all inclusive package of drinks and food was only limited to the hotel and not the whole complex, including no drinks at the beach bar. I had to park outside the hotel and I was blocked in by another hotel resident on leaving and had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be moved.

Good location, clean rooms, good food, friendly staff.

No parking available, uncomfortable mattress, bathtub too high, not enough beach chairs for guests, smoking everywhere including restaurant.

It was the rest I needed.

The staff were wonderful. The grounds very relaxing.

As a wine drinker, I found the fact that the wine was on tap extremely disappointing. It just is not conducive to the picture that the hotel is portraying. You had no choice I what type of wine you would prefer & frankly it is a cheap option. Another thing was the lack of toilets around the pool area.

Amazing dealing with guests!

We are extremely satisfied with the handling, the comfort and the amazing hygiene of the hotel. Especially from the main manager of the hotel Mrs. Ralitsa Kotova. You have achieved a world-class in dealing with guests. We reserved 5 rooms and everything was wonderful. With pleasure we will visit it again next year. MANY THANKS TO MRS. KOTOVA!!!

Top choice hotel in Sunny Beach

-good location in the north of the Sunny Beach Resort -sandy beach at the exit of resort -very delicious and varied food for Ultra All Inclusive -good wi-fi signal and speed -cleaning everyday and changing towels -staff is always kind and helpful :) We had a wonderful holiday at Helena Park Hotel

Location on the beach in calm place far from loud music. Delicious food. Beautiful park. Innenpool

For 5* Hotel: too slow stuff too boring animation team too small kids playground too poor Kids Club. too small and uncomfortable Restaurant no reception in the morning at "park" building. not so much motivated housekeeping. dirty baby chairs at the Restaurant too old is everything in the room

Good place

The food was good and the staff always helpful. I will probably come again. There were a variety of guests and everyone seemed pleased. Bonus, I had sea view.

Seats on the beach were limited but still we found our spot every time.

Great second stay at Helena

The food is amazing. Rooms are big and bright. Everything was great but keep in mind, dont expect 5 stars service and accomodation like in Turkey but expect services higher than in the rest of Europe.

There is nothing important that stands out in the unliked cathegory.

One of the nicest places to stay in Nessebar

We liked the location, the facilities, the fact the we had a free private beach (although not obvious at the beginning which sunbeds are free of charge). Although some people are "reserving" their sunbeds by putting towels on them very early in the morning, I always found some available ones at any time during the day. The staff was polite and helpful. On short, very good destination for families with kids.

The room. Although large and comfortable, its placement near the elevator made it noisy (all the night, you can hear the elevator door, the footsteps on the floor not covered by carpet, people enjoying the return to their rooms etc. Although we had an ultra all inclusive ticket, some of the bars (ex: beach bar, the bar near the entrance) were not included. Also, it was harder to procure bottled water than beer or cocktails. I understand the need to keep under control the PET waste, but having to search for an open bar when you want to drink some water is not comfortable.

Can't wait to go again, next year !

Everything was amazing! Even though we arrived earlier and our room was not ready yet, we've received our bracelets and were able to benefit from all the resort services. The room was cleaned everyday, including changing towels and bedsheets. The food is amazing, both fresh and delicious with great variety. Also, the snack bar availability throughout the middle of the day is also nice because this way you are not conditioned to stick to the lunch time interval if you don't feel like it. The location is close to the beach and the staff is very polite, friendly and professional. The animation team is very fun and keeps you engaged with different activities like (water gymnastics, water pollo, beach volleyball, table tennis, etc.) Great overall experience !

The only thing I didn't like was that on the beach bar you had to pay for everything even though I had an Ultra all inclusive booking. I'm not expecting to have cocktails or expensive drinks for free at the beach bar, but at least some water would be nice. Anyway, not a very big deal but I think is worth mentioning.
