bad experience

nothing, everything is old, broken bed, broken furniture, cracked walls, bad and disrespectful staff. it is a 1 star hotel.

I booked a room with a sea view and it was with a side view, they wrote that there is free parking but they asked for 25 leva per day at the hotel . I do not recommend this hotel.

Хубава гледка,но качеството лошо.

Хареса ми гледката към морето и че ме настани ха на висок етаж както поисках.

Преди години съм посещавал хотела. Странното е че няма никаква промяна. Изглежда малко като изоставен, не се поддържа и развива към по хубаво. В същото време държат висока цена за качеството което не предлагат. Стайте тясни, напълнени с кревати, няма пространство. Закуската оскъдна и малко смешна, защото трябва да казвам на персонала какво искам и те да ми слагат. Ресторанта и той малко по изоставен. Хотела има потенцял само трябва малко да се вложат средства и да се подобри. Иначе гледката от балкона е великолепна.

Rooms that scream for renovation!

The location is great, right next to the beach and the promenade, and it was still very quiet. The elevators are fast, even though the hotel is on several floors - that's not a problem. The garden (next to the restaurant) was very pleasant. It is good that the hotel has parking, but actually there are only 15-20 parking lanes and they are not enough for a hotel with many rooms.

The furniture in the rooms is desperate! I had the misfortune to sleep on a mattress with springs, which was so old and broken, that I didn’t sleep at all for 5 nights. And another 15 days after that, I had pain in my spine. Terrible! Since the mattress on the second bed was good, I assume there are new mattresses in some rooms. The breakfast was tasteless and every day the same: dry pastries, bad cheese, bad salami...

Great value for money with perfect location

Great location - sea was just 1 min from the hotel , nice staff - they speak different languages , great value for money , pretty good variety of food - we had breakfast and dinner which we liked during our stay . Unlimited coffee . Cleaning everyday of the room . We arrived earlier (5am) and they checked us in without any extra changes .

folding bed was not very conformable . It is ok for a day or two , but if you want to stay a week and more , this bed is very uncomfortable ( hello back pain) . Also a bad water drain in the bathroom. ( we had our own sea in the room ) , but we asked for a mop and the issue was resolved . Also , a club or a bar is located right after the hotel , if you want to sleep and relax be prepared to listen to music till the midnight

Superb

Friendly and flexible staff, hotel close to the beach. The front office manager kindly helped us to move to a nicer room, he was always very nice and ready to help.

Breakfast was OK, but the dinner proved to be very poor.

Exceptional

The accommodation was great, if you came here for the beach, view and good location. The staff is friendly and at your disposal. If you came here to look for five stars in a hotel of three and then leave bad reviews, then you are the problem.

There is a free parking and right next to the sea. Love the location!

Can be better for that price

The best thing in the hotel is its location - just near the sea. We had a triple room with a great sea view. We also liked the restaurant - garden with a cute pond and lovely fish inside. One more plus is free mini golf for hotel visitors.

- no hair dryer; - limited variety of dishes; - too noisy at night (music was playing till 2-3 am every day); - towels were changed only once during 11 days of our stay; - bedside wasn't changed at all within 11 days!!!

The food was good. Cakes were really reaaally tasty.

It was a problem with the parking. If it is place you cand leave your car in the parking but if you dont “have place” they will tell you to take out your car because you cant stay there so you have to look up for a parking place with fee.

The staff was very polite. Breakfast was good but that's not hard if you prefer sausages with scrambled eggs ^_^.

Confirmed a double bed before arrival, this didn't happen in the end. The food was quite tasteless / faded unfortunately (dinner). Nowhere to dry your clothes / beach "equipment", we had to improvise.

Wonderful

Wonderful location of the hotel, amazing service from parking the car to the full service at the reception by the ever-smiling and assisting receptionists Julia and Sabi, for everything a tourist needs to be happy. Attention, attitude, intellect and upbringing. I recommend to everyone who likes to communicate with educated young people. We will see friends again this summer. Be still smiling and friendly. Have fun at your wonderful work. Alex.

Great hotel with amazing view

The view is amazing! The staff are very friendly, especially the man at the front desk. Room was very clean every day. Beach is 20m from the hotel. Mini golf course is great thing for fun.

You can find much better hotel in the same orice

Location is really nice as it is actually very close to the beach and aircon works well as well

The fact that pictures shows swimming pool is really bad as this hotel hasn't got it. Yes you can use the swimming poll which is in the hotel on the oposite site but there is not a lot of sunbeds anyway. Advert says there is a private beach and there is no private beach at all. Freezone doesn't mean free sunbeds on the beach so you have to prepare 13.50leva every day. Breakfast is very limited and you have to stay on the line and point it what you want in your plate and one of the staff member will put it on your plate

Poor stay

Partial sea view. That I luckily book it for only one night

All furniture really looks super old and is peeling off including cheap laminate floor. Some furniture was semi broken. Room has CRT TV (in 2021). There is no separated shower in bathroom (or at least some curtain) so bathroom will be flooded every time you shower and there is no mop provided to clean it. We received also only 2 towels (for 2 adults and one kid) , so we had to use one to clean our feet every time we exit bathroom, which means we had only one towel for us. Room had a sand on floor from previous guests. There is basically no parking at all (hotel has approximately 150 rooms and approximately 15-20 cars can fit there, which means you need to park along the streets, which can be far (in our case) and not safe. Breakfast was just ok, but coffee was not just bad but it was really terrible. No cloth hanger on balcony to dry swim clothes and towels. Cleanliness was poor.
