We loved out stay here. Beds were comfy, showers deluxe and the pool ... so fun. Clean, quiet, cozy and the perfect amount of bright light, space & all the amenities one would need. Next time, we will book longer. We loved it.

Our family recently visited Nantucket for the first time and had an absolutely delightful experience, thanks in large part to our stay at this beautiful house. After exploring the island, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming home was truly a treat. The house exceeded all of our expectations in every way. From the thoughtful decor to the well-appointed amenities, every detail was carefully considered to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The space was perfect for our family, providing both cozy communal areas and private spaces to unwind. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily access all the wonderful attractions Nantucket has to offer. Whether we were heading out for a day of adventure or returning for a quiet evening, we always felt at ease and happy to be staying in such a lovely place. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking to experience the best of Nantucket. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to visit again!

Lovely home that has everything you need and more. Beautiful property, lovely bright rooms, great kitchen and patio. We stayed in October so unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy the pool and outdoor shower but both looked great!

This beautiful home served us well during our visit to Nantucket for a family wedding. It was a rainy weekend yet the heated pool was still utilized by the most adventurous members of our family. All five bedrooms were comfortable. The house is wonderfully equipped and had a perfect layout to accommodate us and our adult children.

LOW TIDE was a beautiful property! The house was wonderful for my group of friends, but would be great for one or two families as well. It was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is an excellent vacation home! The layout of the house is great, with plenty of bathrooms, and the outside is wonderful. We enjoyed the back patio and the pool very much. There’s lots of privacy in the backyard. We were very impressed with everything about this house!

Perfect property! The home was beautiful, new, spacious and had everything you need and more. The pool and yard was so peaceful. We felt worlds away yet all action was just a short drive away. We had all ages from infant to grandma and all in between and everyone enjoyed there stay. The pool and patio area was wonderful. It was so easy to really relax with the little ones. The Low Tide house was perfect for us. 4 women and 4 full baths. We're already looking forward to heading back to the Island and staying at the same house for the Daffidil Festival next April with our husband's. Low Tide was as described or better! We were a party of two couples & the house was just perfect. We were lucky enough to have October weather nice enough to enjoy the wonderful pool area on a few occasions throughout the week. I highly recommend this rental! We’ll be back! Thank you Karen.

110% as advertised. The house was relatively new, very clean, and the yard and pool were immaculate. I've never rented a property with some many great amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked, there were plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs to use. Will absolutely rent this property again if available. SM

Beautiful house. Spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Pool is a huge advantage. Responsive team - we requested a new grill (due to issues with existing one) and they replaced it that afternoon with a new Weber grill. Low Tide was the perfect family vacation spot, especially during COVID! Plenty of room for everyone, wonderful kitchen for cooking dinners together, great grill and, of course, the pool! The house and yard were clean and beautifully maintained. Karen was an excellent property manager and very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. We can't wait to return!

We loved staying at the Low Tide! It was spacious, clean, and modern. The kitchen amenities were perfect for cooking dinner every night and there were enough beach chairs, pool floaties and beach towels for everyone in the house. The kid's room also has a pack-n-play, so no need to bring your own. The best part was the heated pool!! Make sure to turn it on when you arrive so that you can take a warm dip when the afternoon's get cool. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome floor plan with all the amenities you would need. Bedrooms are large with king beds- common area and kitchen large and well equipped. We are a family of 7 adults and 4 worked from home for one of the weeks- everyone had their own space. The pool was lovely. Communication with the host was excellent.

The set up of the house is great with 2 'wings' (2 bedrooms on one side and 3 on the other). Loved all the king-sized beds and that everyone had their own bathrooms too. The bunk room was perfect for the kids--could fit 4 easily! Plenty of room for us and our guests. Kitchen was very functional and had all the necessary supplies. The house is very private and on a quiet street...perfect for little kids to ride bikes. And the pool was fabulous!! We spent almost all of our time in or by the pool. Karen (the property manager) was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed before and during our stay. We had a great time and will be back!

We loved our stay at the Hightide! We usually stay neared to downtown, but we really enjoyed this spot even more for a number of reasons. 1. We went all over the island from Sconset to Madaket to downtown to Tom Nevers beach easily and quickly. 2. We really enjoyed the feeling of getting away. We could see the stars at night and the bunnies greeted us everytime we came or left. We even saw a few deer this trip! Plus it was quiet with plenty of parking. 3. There was so much room to spread out in the house and all the appliances were really nice. The manager was very easy to work with too. We will for sure look for this house again for future trips.

Low Tide is a brand new, nicely appointed, light-filled house, with plenty of sleeping space (with comfortable beds) and bathrooms for our family of 3 teen boys & a couple of their friends. A central living space to gather in the evening as well as nice outdoor space to eat or to kick a soccer ball. We really found that everything had been thought of, from coolers for the beach, with ice packs, beach towels & chairs to plenty of eating & cooking utensils. Thank you for a relaxing few days!

From the moment we walked in the door, the house was amazing. Gorgeous living rm with a giant fan, was beautiful, the Sun coming in the French doors to the back. The furniture was perfect to relax and watch TV, so big, comfy & clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathrms very clean with alot of towels, which we love. The house was very well equipped, we didn't need a thing except food! Even beach towels & chairs, umbrellas, toys. The kitchen had everything needed inside and out! We sat on the patio to eat and enjoy early morning coffee, as well as wine in the evening, the stars were INCREDIBLE, we saw the Milky Way! We can't wait to return to Green Hollow LowTide! Cleanest house we've ever rented! Would recommend 100% worth every dime. Thanks Karen you made everything so easy, you're a Gem!!

The house is lovely. Very roomey . The bedding is high quality The open floor plan for the living space allowed for everyone to do their own thing. With 2 seperate dining tables there's Plenty of space to divide into your own space or hang with the group in the grand, central living room, for a game of cards. The house had all our basics needs and some extras. With a short drive to the beach where we saw seals resting. We will be back to Low Tide at Green Hollow
