Thank you, Bill and Kim, for a fabulous long weekend on Nantucket! Our trip was a special gathering for our family and it was the perfect place. The location in Tom Nevers is beautiful and private with lots of outdoor space. We spent quite a bit of time in front of the fire pit. The house has such beach charm with completely up to date high end appliances, amenities and so much room to spread out. Although, most of our time was spent in the kitchen allowing for multiple cooks, great seating and conversation.
We really enjoyed being on Nantucket in the off season as restaurants and in town parking were plentiful! Renting jeeps was a lot of fun and allowed us access to many beaches and different parts of the island.
We appreciate how our experience was turnkey, very pleasant and fun! Thanks again! We'll be back!

This property was unlike any other rental that I have seen. We noted how clean it was compared to other rentals.
It is rustic with vintage touches, yet updated with state of the art appliances and electronics. This home provided a unique and beautiful backdrop for our wedding reception. The exposed beams and vintage doors were beautiful in the background of our photos. Our family enjoyed using the patio fire pit, while the kids enjoyed the game room in the basement.
This is definitely a special house and we hope to go back in the years to come!

6 Tom Nevers is a beautiful property. The house is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including luxury linens and towels. Our kids (and adults) loved the game room equipped with Ice hockey, shuffleboard, darts, Xbox and games. The patio out back was lovely. Bill was an amazing host - orienting us to the house, giving us tips on things we could do in the area and responsive to all question. We highly recommend this property for families and friends.

Amazing property and lots of room for everyone. I've been coming to ACK for years and this is by far the best place I have stayed on the island. Close to everything and a perfect place to entertain. Also great hosts who are very accommodating.
Highly recommended.

This house exceeded all expectations. We had a large group for a bachelorette party and each of us were absolutely blown away by the house. If we didn't have so many events planned for the weekend, we would have spent a lot more time enjoying this property. From the backyard, to the game room, to the GORGEOUS dream kitchen and decor throughout the entire house, this home has everything and more. Bill and Kim were super helpful and communicative the entire period leading up to our weekend. Bill was very responsive (and informative) through text and email. We couldn't have asked for better hosts! The girls and I decided we must return. Doesn't get any better than this spot -- recommend to anyone interested!! Thank you SO much Bill and Kim for your hospitality!

We had a WONDERFUL time staying at this home. It was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable- just perfect! 6 of us came together for a reunion of friends and Bill and Kim helped us have a great trip together! The beds, linens, towels were so comfortable and they have everything we could have needed or wanted which help provide ease and comfort. Bill stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us plan a few things during the weekend. The hot tub is amazing and there is so much space, beautiful showers, gorgeous landscape and privacy. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We absolutely LOVED staying here!! The house and property is amazing! It’s decorated beautifully and the hot tub/fire pit made our stay here even more enjoyable. Bill and Kim were excellent hosts and were very accommodating and patient when I called them with annoying questions. There were so many great aspects about the house we almost never left! I would recommend staying here to anyone and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous home Bill & Kim!

I thought Cisco Brewery would be far and away the highlight of the weekend, but this house may have been the best part of our visit to the island. With all the wonderful amenties, we almost felt bad leaving it to go out for dinner and drinks. The game room was a huge hit, as was the hot tub, patio, and outdoor shower. What an amazing house and backyard; perfect set up! Loved it!
