Wonderful new year break in this lovely apartment. Very clean and incredibly warm (even when the heating was off!). The location is really special. Only comments would be to get some proper knives and forks, the ones in the property are tiny kids style things. And much more effort is needed to encourage recycling. No recycling facility within the property and I can't recall seeing any advice in the in-property folder. We had to take our bag of recycling to Cowes!

The esplanade was popular with visitors but was quiet and ideal for aan Autumn break.. he weather sunny every day apart from the day we left for home.The Esplanade has good facilities for eating out, The flat was comfotable and well maintained. We enjoyed our two weeks holiday at Culver View, the first week the weather was exceptional but the second week was not so good. Lovely views of the Culver Downs and interesting watching the ships, yachts etc. It was nice having breakfast out on the balcony on the first week!! The furnishings and kitchen equipment were of very good quality. We would come back again in the future.
