Exmouth’s main attraction is the 2 miles of beach, and there is also the Exe Estuary, home to numerous species of wildlife and a favourite with birdwatchers. There are walks close by, including the Jurassic Coast with its stunning views. From the coastal path, you can experience sheer cliff faces and strangely eroded rock formations. Golf, fishing and horse riding are available locally, and for family fun, Crealy Great Adventure Park and Go Ape Forest Adventure are close by. For a great day out, why not take a trip to Powderham Castle or the National Trust treasures of Castle Drogo and Killerton. There is first class cricket at Taunton, only a train ride away, as well as top flight rugby with the Chiefs in Exeter.
