This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed on. The pond & wildlife are spectacular. We got to see a newborn calf and meet a very precocious barn cat. The breakfast was delicious and the staff more than accommodating. The hotel is well designed & decorated.Everything was clean & orderly and beyond our expectation.
Both my husband and I found the bed uncomfortable.

Exceptionally good place!
Breakfast options - boiled eggs and porridge would make it much better.

We loved everything about this trip and this ranch. I don't think it'd be the same without Darlene and her homemade breakfasts (including her jams) hehe A must go if you need a weekend getaway. It's gorgeous and super clean and accommodations are wonderful. We loved staying here and if we could, we'd stay a few more nights. It was very comforting and calming, pretty serene. Thank you Darlene for making this stay super special for my fiancé and I :)

The ranch is beautiful and carefully curated in everybsingle aspect, the service is great and the homemade breakfast is delicious. Our kids loved the place, being in nature and the animals. We’ll def return!

We asked for the Hacienda for accommodations since we were traveling with our two teenage children. The house looks brand new and had all of the features from a 3 bedroom home including your own private patio with BBQ and parking spot. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice appliances. AC with Nest thermostat worked perfectly. Linens with robes and slippers- everything has been thought of.
We stayed a couple nights and moved our oldest into Cal Poly at the end of the trip. We hope to stay again when we come visit!
Hmmm- I'm reaching here... The pillows were too soft for me. Easy fix thou- I'm bringing mine from home next time! Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Darlene is the heart and soul of the place and the ideal host. We wish we could stay longer.

This property is breathtaking! Beauty everywhere you look. The grounds and rooms were all designed with every detail in mind…everything was beautiful. A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of life and be one with the beauty of the countryside without having to go too far away from the attractions of downtown or the coast. Darlene was amazing…she made us feel at home and her frittatas were so delicious! She even left a little champagne surprise for my wife’s birthday! We will definitely we returning.

Darlene met us at the gate to welcome us and show us to our room. Sam and Yolanda made wonderful breakfasts for us and were friendly and kind.
We loved the tranquil, bucolic setting!
An extra blanket!

Breakfast was good, but we prefer not to eat the same meal three days in a row.
Darlene was very helpful with everything we needed.
You need more places in the bathroom to hang towels. More towel bars. Our towels did not dry overnight.
Since you don't provide television your WiFi needs to be stronger. We had a major problem with the thermostat. Darlene and her husband brought us a portable heater that worked.
4.7
Darlene is an excellent host. We enjoyed her homemade frittatas for breakfast. She’s a wealth of information about the ranch.
We could have used a small table in the room and a second chair

Spectacular setting among the vineyards - gorgeous property with horse barn, pond and relaxing fountain courtyards. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Spotlessly clean and wonderful breakfast included. Owner provided a private wine tasting which revealed some spectacular wines that are among the best we sampled on this trip. First rate!
This was a true find. There was nothing to improve upon. Checkin and checkout were easy and clear.

Beautiful ranch with a beautiful scenery. Great vineyards and hiking close by. The owners did a fantastic job in creating a unique experience in a stunning setting. We loved the horses and cats and setting outside at the pond. At night you can listen to the frogs. Our stay was very relaxing and everybody was very welcoming. We would recommend doing the wine tasting with the owner. Great wines and we learned a lot about the area and vineyards.
