Carpet on staircase needed vacuuming.
Dirty, scuffed walls.
Black mould in both showers. We had to buy mould spray and treat ourselves as this was a health hazard.
Blocked basin drain in ensuite.
No toilet roll holders.
Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms.
Very uncomfortable stained sofa - had to put a sheet over it to sit on.
Bolts missing from the sofa chair that we had to repair ourselves.
Broken and water stained blind in lounge room.
Dirty, mismatched and broken cutlery, crockery, glassware, cookware and appliances. Had to wash everything prior to using.
One lamp in each bedroom not working.
Rangehood does not work.
No instruction manual provided for the apartment.
No broom or vacuum cleaner provided for use during our 16-night stay. Our request to provide this was ignored.
No instruction on where to put the rubbish. Also, had to purchase our own bin bags.
Only one set of keys provided.

We stayed here with friends over Christmas as a present to outlet children but would highly recommend you stay somewhere else.
In both our apartments there were issues….
We arrived in the evening but the street was closed so we weren’t able to get to the apartment to park until it reopened. Granted Chelsea we’re playing and this was not the owners fault.
The owner is very unreliable and does not communicate vie booking.com or answer when you call or message.
I ended up having difficulty with booking.com’s payment method and could not get this through. They weren’t able to take payment via phone and I then lost my bookings a few nights before we were meant to travel and I then had to rebook at a more expensive rate so’s not to disappoint the Children after it had already been gifted.
The owner agreed a refund and also agreed to reimburse £50 per apartment in addition for all of the other issues we raised whilst being there.
When it came to paying up he then ignored messages and contact and booking.com did not want to know either.
Here are some of the issues we endured.
We arrived to I emptied bins and a smell in one of the apartments.
The kitchen door was hanging off and mould was spreading throughout the apartment at wound the windows.
The en-suite shower only sprayed upwards to the ceiling, one en-suite door comes off in your hand, the tv aerial didn’t work, we had no WiFi, there were no spoons to make a drink, not enough dishes, heavily stained bedroom carpets, light pendants over the kitchen island were completely covered in dust and the bins were full! The sofa beds certainly were not suitable for sleeping on.
Sheets were shabby and the place is falling apart.
Considering the apartments are new they are in an extremely poor state.

It was modern and spacious and had everything we needed. Bright and modern too.
The tubes to and fro were unpredictable but we were maybe just unlucky. It was also very noisy being right under the flight path.

Apartment size was good
Weather on the 16th of September was super hot. With global warming and unpredictable weather in UK there should be air conditioning if the need arises..No extra bath towels for 4 nights stay and the towel heated rack wasn't working in the bathrooms. No hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms. Cutlery was dusty. Noisy and dusty fans in the rooms.

The bedrooms , bathrooms , kitchen facilities and the balcony to sit out with our prosecco were great . Booked for Chelsea Flower show but location excellent for tube and buses wherever you wanted to be. Plenty of restaurants in close vicinity as well as good supermarket in the tube
Some of the shower/tap fittings were broken in the bath . Shower cabinet doors wouldn't shut properly. Just little things nothing to spoil our stay though.

Very good location
No support from the host, we were asking to fix tha loose and clogged taps, but with no result. Awful wi-fi , permanently disconnecting ....The host also put misleading pictures of the property (probably from another property), and after our stay immediately changed them.

The location and parking, the apartment was the right size and the issues were resolved but they should never have occurred
The bed was broken (it was fixed the next day) but this had been broken for some time judging by the shape of the mattress. This meant a poor nights sleep and even after fixing the bed was so uncomfortable because of the mattress. Dishwasher was filthy. One of the four bath towels was dirty. All got sorted the next day but this should not happen. The sofa bed is probably the most uncomfortable ever, not really a sofa bed !!

I liked the location as it is near the stadium and the underground. The place was clean, big enough for family and modern looking. The place definitely has a luxury apartment feel into it. I would still stay here again but not during summer time.
I didn't liked that the aircon was not working despite being on the same setting for hours and despite having the windows closed. Good thing that the windows were wide and that there is a balcony. We had to get fans from tesco as it was that hot inside. (we stayed here end of June). There was also construction works being done but we were made aware of it before our stay. Still a bit noisy for the morning though.

it’s not the property we booked , it was nothing like the photos advertised, was described as a luxury apartment this was not the case , we paid a luxury apartment . needed a lick of paint on the walls , no draws or mirror in one of the bedroom . air conditioning was hit and miss

The owner met us at the property after calling him .The property was not as advertised .It was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property .We had paid for a 2 bed 2 bed .It was filthy .Walls were covered in marks and dirt , cutlery , glasses ,sink all dirty .We were and unimpressed and asked to be put in a 2 bed 2 bath as paid for .The owner implied it was Booking . Com who were advertising falsely not him but magically found us another apartment which was 2 bed/2 bath .This was also filthy .Broken windows , door knobs walls caked with marks , broken blinds ,dirty cutlery .
The whole apartment smelled like dirty cigarettes .The communication from the owner during the process was also not great. For the amount of money this property cost and the way it was advertised it was definitely misleading .

the property was in a brilliant location with great access to the district line and central London
the only issue we had which was tiny was there was three of us but only 2 mugs. but we made do.

The property was fab, location was great and Dino was the attentive host. The rooms were spacious and it was brilliant that we had safe, gated parking that was included in the price (rare for London).
If you are Chelsea FC fan, the stadium is a stone's throw, literally across the road.
It was very warm the few days we were there and could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. In hindsight, we should have called Dino.

Whilst the cleaner had done a good job cleaning, the carpets were quite grotty and needed to be professionally cleaned and there were marks all over the walls. The property needed maintenance not just surface cleaning.
The kitchen fit out was great with good appliances but lacked glasses, plates etc. There wasn’t a big saucepan for cooking pasta and no strainer. It’s not hard to fill a kitchen these days and for the price paid, we expected more. The heating didn’t work well either. Having said that the location and size of the property made up for the shortcomings.

Dino has been very helpful. Few apartments have balcony so a preferred one for smokers. Spacious flats in gated community. Parking was a plus plus specially for people who wants to travel by car.
