Prime located 2 bedroom Beach house sleeps 6 and is only two blocks to the beach, Main Street, and the famous HB pier. The house has a front porch and large front patio for relaxing and watching the beach traffic.
This house has new central heat and air and the bathroom has just been remodeled. There is one parking space on the driveway and room for an additional car in the garage.
Full cable including HBO, Showtime, Starz, and sports packages as well as 5G wifi.
Wagon and beach toys are in the garage and two bikes are available for your use.

Excellent three week stay, we will be back, for the money and location this is a great property
I have used dozens of VRBO properties over the last 15 years, and this one is one of the best that I absolutely plan to return to. My wife and I needed a three-week location for us and our pugs, and this property fit the bill perfectly.
The great things:
- Walking distance to the beach and to downtown HB shops
- Safe area (no people soliciting, no "tents" or "camps", felt totally relaxed and enjoyed saying hi to folks from the front porch); note that HB is FAR nicer than the beach communities in LA county (we visited Venice Beach where we almost stayed, and couldn't wait to get out of there, HB is such a nice community and lots of nice locals that made me feel right at home)
- Dedicated parking (a very roomy driveway)
- Great internet connection (work was seamless, never a single drop or hiccup with meetings)
- Nice TVs in living and bedrooms, Roku was able to stream all of my services so didn't even need to plug in my Firestick the whole time
- Water pressure was almost too high (seriously, it is that good!), plenty of hot water on demand, very comfy
- Great A/C and heating system
- Good beds (queen size but comfy, clean sheets and bedspreads, felt at home, we brought our own full set of bedding just in case but didn't use our own stuff at all)
- Clean, easy check-in and check-out, nicely equipped kitchen, tons of beach toys (3 bikes, didn't use them but I tested them just for this review and all worked, yes a little rust on them and you won't be winning "nicest bike" contest)
Only areas that could be improved are the furniture and covering in the back (has ripped and the owners are in the process of replacement, but weather was so nice and was enough shade that it totally was not a problem), and yes the furniture is beach furniture that could use some upgrades at some point, but fine for our use which was minimal). For the price and for what you get and considering the location and condition of the property, we were super happy. The location is so good that I was always tempted to walk one block to get ice cream, funnels cakes, and so on so do expect to put on a few pounds if you have subpar willpower like myself :-) 5 stars!

All About Location
We rented this home for it's proximity to restaurants and shops as well as to the main beach. The price is high for its size and condition, but I surmise we are paying for the central location. The beds are comfortable and the other furniture sufficient. My main concern was the lack of what I consider essentials in hotels and vacation homes. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner or soap for a shower. There was only a liquid pump soap at the sink. We had to purchase these. We also purchased a light bulb for the front door so we could see at night to enter the code to get in. (We later found bulbs in a closet.) We were disappointed in the patio furniture, which looked so nice in the pictures (especially the backyard). They were rusted and torn, looking like rejects from secondhand stores. However, these were minor annoyances in the scheme of the ambiance of Huntington Beach. We would stay there again.

Easy process in booking our stay, communication with management and ease of instructions for property were simple and easy to navigate. House is very comfy and cozy even on somewhat of a busy corner but quite’s down at night. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores. Beach chairs, toys, wagon, ice chest, bikes were all clean and in good condition to be used. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer in the house to keep up on dirty clothes even though we were on vacation. Even close enough for a 20/25 minute drive a couples of times for trips to Disneyland and California adventure.

Perfect Location
We were in town for the boat race and air show and this place was the best location for the entire weekend. 1-2 blocks from tons of restaurants and ice cream, 2-3 blocks from the beach and a really comfortable place for 4 adults to relax and enjoy the weekend. Would love to stay here again!

Dog beach getaway
Great location!! Initially had an issue getting inside home, the owner was quick responding and got us in within 5-10 minutes overall it was not a big deal. My daughter arrived first, when she couldn’t get in she simply walked half a block and had a cocktail until we arrived she and her BF had a nice time relaxing. The home is well equipped with everything you need to cook/grill or if you’d rather not cook then take a short walk and dine at one of many options on Main Street if you’d rather eat at a newer restaurant then walk 6-8 minutes to pacific city where there are nice places to eat at. Overall great location and house had everything you need to be comfortable short walk to the beach the outside patio in front and backyard were nice too lots of seating. We will definitely look up this location the next time we visit Huntington Beach!

I had an amazing vacation staying here and so my friends. I loved the house, the front and back patio was amazing and having bikes and boogie boards were great. The best part was being 2 blocks away from Main Street with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Also being 2 blocks from the beach , it was a fantastic spot . I would love to rent this house next year

BEACH PAD
Cute little beach pad very close to Main St. & beach. The location is what works for this property, otherwise expect a house that needs some extreme TLC. There is a new washer dryer, air cont. ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, streaming TV's (no cable) & wifi. We had an issue with getting the TV working & property management was quick to respond. We also had confusion on parking as the posting stated 2 driveway spots & 1 garage but it has since been updated. If you have more cars the street opens up often, & is easy at night. It is on a busy corner, but after 12 am not much noise. The fridge had no working ice machine, the blinds need replaced & added to cover all windows, the front door screen is lacking of a screen (would be nice to leave front door open for beach breeze) & the beach toys & bikes are not usable. I noticed reviews from 2019 that stated same (the online pictures are deceiving). The owners could put $500 into this place & make it nicer so not sure why the neglect. The property is for 6 guests; so you have 6 towels, 3 washcloth, 6 hand towels, 2 beach towels, & the beds are made..there are no extra linens or blankets, even for sofa bed (so bring your own). There also is no special instructions or notes everywhere which was kind of nice as some properties over do that. The communication from Laura is excellent. We did have a nice stay but the house needs a day of maintenance!

Tough on weekends for young families
Property manager was lovely, house as described and fantastic proximity to beach. Unfortunately also a block or so from bars was very noisy for us through wee hours of night. I recommend bringing a white noise machine and ear plugs otherwise it was great!

Great rental for our needs during a 13-night stay in Huntington Beach. As others have noted, you can't beat the location, so close to downtown HB and the beach. Laura was easy to work with when we had an issue with the internet/wifi service. All three of us (2 adults and 1 teenager) were very pleased with the accommodations and would return again.

Great spot, especially if you have a dog
Super location and cute little house with fenced in area front and back. Our dog could sniff around off leash while we sat outside enjoying the lawn furniture. Back space had covered are to get out of sun but still enjoy all the fresh air. Same with covered front porch.
Home had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Family room set up with long couch and TV were great for all hanging out to watch movies together. Great variety and tons of channels with the cable provided.
We had a fabulous time and will be back to stay in this same perfect spot.
PS - washer and dryer a plus as nicer than the ones I have at home!

Darling house steps from downtown and the beach!
We had a fantastic stay at this darling little house! The location to downtown and the beach couldn’t be better! Laura the owner was great to work with through the whole process! The house was stocked with all the amenities, including beach toys, wagon, boogie boards etc. The beds were comfy and clean! We will definitely rent this house again!

Location, Location, Location
This stay was exactly what we wanted during our 6 day getaway. We had a blast people watching on the front patio and grilling on the back patio. The shade in the backyard was perfect! Just enough shade for those wanting to stay out of the sun but for those wanting sun there was also plenty. I expected to be walking distance to everything and that’s exactly what we had. We loved North Shore Poke and Banzai Bowls. The time to beach and downtown is actually shorter than the time given but definitely walking distance. Laura was very prompt in all communication from start to finish. I had concerns with no feedback for 2020 to go off of but this rental was perfect and we definitely made memories enjoying the beautiful Huntington Beach weather.

Loved this little beach house and it's location! The front patio is awesome for taking in the comings and goings of HB! You are a stones throw from the beach and downtown! Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything you needed. Nice area in the living room with a great table for everyone to gather around. Awesome that you have a space in the garage and driveway for parking as that can be a challenge, especially on the weekends. BBQ didn't work and it was replaced right away. We will be back!

Perfect Property for Huntington Beach
We couldn't be happier with our stay! We booked last minute, and this house was perfect for us. The house was clean and well configured for our rather large family (6). And the location was Perfect! 2 blocks from the Pacific Coast Highway, 2 blocks north of the pier, 20 minutes from Newport Beach and Balboa. We could have spent hours watching the surfing crowd which walk by all hours of the day (starting very early in the morning!). And the front courtyard was just the place to turn our toddler loose. We'll look for this property again if we decide to spend more time in Huntington Beach.

Amazing house!
From the moment we opened the door to this little gem, we knew it was going to be a great week! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you can possibly need, outdoor patios are a plus especially with dogs, comfy bed and upgraded bathroom! The location to the beach and dog beach was awesome too. Sancho Tacos at the end of the street and Zero Zero pizza were outstanding. Don’t miss this little piece of heaven on earth for your next stay in Huntington Beach. Laura, the owner, is quick to respond to any needs and very easygoing. Look forward to coming back!

First-time renters
First time renting a house for our vacation and it was awesome. Location was perfect, lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Short convenient walk to the beach. House had everything you need to vacation comfortably. Check-in was easy and was able to communicate any questions with the owner with a rapid response. Did get a little noisy with traffic and people walking by throughout the day and more at night. Loved having a washer and dryer, super convenient. Overall, I would recommend this property and hope to rent next time!

The house was very comfortable and family friendly. Loved having a washer dryer available as well as the private back patio. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach. Only issues were the dishwasher stopped working the 2nd day and we had already purchased groceries for our stay. This meant washing a lot of dishes. Also, kind of noisy inside due proximity to the main road.
