Calm, spacious, clean.
Nice pool, private padel field!
A pity that the sanitary hot water is heated by fuel, and not by solar boiler or heatpump - especially since solar panels and battery is already installed.

Great to have hot tub, sauna and swimming pool
also good pool table and paddleboard court
so much to do at the villa we stayed there most of our holiday enjoying the view relaxing
the only sounds you hear are the waves crashing on the rocks far below and the birdsong
outside cooking area by the pool was a great bonus
cannot find fault with anything

We nicknamed the property our James Bond villa, it’s amazing. The uninterrupted view of the ocean and distant volcano can’t be surpassed. At night the sunsets are spectacular. Biggest and cleanest pool we’ve ever had and ample chill out spaces. Pool table and tennis court were both well used. Only four of us kicking around in such a huge space and we didn’t go out much as the villa had all the privacy we were after.
We loved the villa and these are only minor dislikes. We self-catered so only three cooker rings were a bit limiting, considering we have differing dietary requirements. Some trivets for hot pans would be useful. It was cloudy a great deal of the time so I imagine that’s why there was very little hot water, being solar powered.

the Villa was lovely and big and homely, really comfortable for us as a family and the view was spectacular
nothing, the furniture was a bit dated but for us it made it more comfortable and relaxing

Great Location, unobstructed sea views, lots of space.
Old house, impossible to use the sauna while running the dishwasher and the washing machine. We kept on getting power cuts. Our contact obviously knew the issue as she told us how to get the electricity back on as well as how to cancel the alarm which would start beeping every time. The sound system was from the 70s (for that price, you'd expect something better). We only got 2 keys, had to wait another day to get the third key. And the fireplace was ethanol so don't expect nice flames or heat.

This house was incredible. The hosts were gracious and helpful. We were three couples who had two one-year olds and they easily arranged high-chairs and cribs, and were really helpful in finding us someone who could do childcare. The best part about the place was that there were plenty of common areas to hang out as a group, or spaces to hang out alone to read or just get a little quiet time. The facilities were fantastic: there's a gym, a padel court, an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna, the pool (not heated) is beautiful, outdoor cooking area by the pool, really comfortable beds and pillows, great water pressure in the showers, and this one great little corner where you can sit in a hammock and look out at the sea. Besides all of this, the hosts really have their act together - the guidebook they created has great restaurant suggestions in the nearby town, and nearby towns to go visit. As well, they can arrange massages at the house, pedicure/manicure, baby sitting, personal chef (although also look up https://tenerifepersonachef.com !), cleaning services to come during the time of your stay, etc. We loved it!
There's not much. Like pretty much anywhere in the North part of Tenerife, you'll need to drive to get to most places. But, this is the price you pay for living in a more residential area that is FAR more beautiful than the south - which kinda looks like Vegas a bit.
