We are a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And we're just 6.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year!
Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, local theater, concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

The condo is spacious and the 3 bathrooms were a bonus for my family. My 84 year old mother came on the trip and she was so happy with access to the garage to enter the home. It really is an immaculate home.

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable townhome in Keystone. We found both the location and the floorplan excellent for our needs. We were close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and Dillon lake. A creek runs right behind the condo with a little trail to be enjoyed for an evening walk. Mat, our local itrip agent went over and beyond to make our stay peaceful and comfortable. Thank you, Mat. We recommend both itrip Keystone and this townhome.

This was a great property! Very accurate listing except it said .02 miles from conference center which was our reason for choosing it. Other than that, it was super easy to check in and out, very clear expectations and quite clean. The deck was nice with a great view. Rooms were spacious with nice baths. Would recommend!

Great location and spacious bedrooms
Great for our group of 6. Loved that all three bedrooms had private bathrooms. The beds were large and comfortable. It would have been nicer if the living room was slightly larger with more seating but we made it work. The big table was great for dining. The bus stop to Keystone was incredibly convenient (20ft away). Good stay overall!

Easy parking, nice layout with 2 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. It looks a little worn from many rentals but it is okay overall. Management responded quickly when we complained we only had 2 drinking glasses and no cookie sheets or pizza pans.

The Condo is nice.The cleaning product that is used is overwhelming when you first inter.If you're sensitive to smells you'll get a headache( not altitude sickness).One of the upstairs bathrooms lights didn't work,also there is a leaking sprinkler in the family room.If you're planning on cooking bring your own pots and pans.I usually bring disposable cups but forgot this time .The lack of glasses to drink out of was a problem.The location is good for skiing.It isn't too far for things to do other than ski.All in all it was a really good vacation experience.

Similar to the previous review from January 2022, the property needs some updating and is not worthy of Premiere/Premium status. We emailed the property manager about the bathroom light in the upstairs bathtub being out. They promised a handyman to come and look. They never showed up. It's extremely dangerous to have a bathtub/shower with no light!
In addition, there is a problem with the heating system. Again I complained to the property manager and was told there was a thermostat in the master bedroom. I explained its a carbon monoxide detector after several back and forth email exchanges. The townhome gets extremely hot with no way to turn the heat down to a reasonable sleeping temperature. The property manager told us to open the windows. This is absurd in 20 degree weather at night plus having three children. I didn't feel comfortable or safe doing so.
The townhome in general needs some TLC. walls were scuffed and show wear. The carpet is stained and dirty in several places. The master bedroom closet is missing a knob. We pulled out silverware and dishes to use only to find then dirty with food stuck to them. The bathroom door had toothpaste stuck to it and hadn't been cleaned.
Overall, it wasn't worth the money for us and we wouldn't recommend it. The space is big but the quality wasn't there especially for the price. The property manager also, was underwhelming. The told us there would be a blender upon arrival and it never showed up.
Overall totally disappointed with the property and manager!

We appreciate the maintenance worker coming the day after we found the broken bed and the $175 discount. However, that does not make up for the conditions of the condo or the trouble we went through trying to fix the bed so we could sleep on it.

Great location!
Nice property that was able to accommodate our entire group. Large kitchen and dining area. Very convenient location with easy access to ski areas. A few small areas within the house that needed some repair and tlc, however property manager addressed some of them immediately.
Would consider staying here again!

It is an easy walk down to the Keystone Village, and easy access to hiking and biking trails. Having two king beds was wonderful ... and the garage is awesome!! Definitely somewhere we would like to stay again!

Mat and Penni were quick to respond to our requests! Beautiful condo with lots of room for everyone. Loved the sound of the running water from the creek behind the condo. We will stay here again!

Ski Trip to Keystone
Very clean condo. Very comfortable! Short ride on shuttle to Mountain House area and slightly longer to River Run.

Keystone Getaway
Beautiful setting. Clean and well appointed condo in a great location. The whole weekend was seamless. Lovely, comfortable apartment with easy access to shuttle. We enjoyed the stay very much

Pretty condo... great location
Nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Very quiet and relaxing place to be after a day on the mountain. The silver line bus stops just steps away from the condo. Also an easy walk to the ice skating rink and Bighorn Bistro for dinner.
