It’s was in a great, quiet location right next to an amazing cafe and short walking distance to major attractions.
Nothing. It was perfect.

From beginning to the end, the host Veronica is super good. She provides all the help that everyone travel needs from A-Z. She gave all advices from where to eat , what to do and not do… the place is very clean and neat. I will give her 11 stars if I see option here!

Location close to amenities and short distance to San Marco. Away from bustle and noise. Safe.

The apartment was beautifully updated & Immaculate clean. Comfortable beds, nice linens, very well stocked with toiletries, robes, kitchenware, coffee, teas etc! Excellent location with market and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to all site seeing. Thank you Veronica for being a GREAT host, the special peach drink & cookies! You communicated well throughout the process and your efforts in arranging transportation to/from train station made this stay in Venice stress free. Would highly recommend this apartment!
Everything was great!

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to Saint Mark's Square. Within a block of the apartment there were many nice restaurants and 2 grocery stores. The apartment is new, nicely furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. Veronica, the owner, was very helpful and she answered all our questions immediately using WhatsApp. She arranged for a water taxi to take us to the airport. The pick up point was only a few yards from the apartment.
Because of the age of the building, 400 years+, there was no elevator. We managed this okay, but this could be a problem for people with mobility issues. We were able to leave our heavy luggage on the ground floor in a locked room and just take upstairs what we needed.

Lovely spacious apartment. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Lots of appliances and amenities. Access to free external laundry room. A bit far from St. Mark's and shopping but plenty of food places nearby.
The power is only on when you are in the apartment. So it is not possible to charge cell phones or keep the bathroom drying rack hot when not in the room.

the property is well located, close to St Marks Square but in a quieter area with lovely bars and restaurants close by, it’s very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a stay and clean and Veronica is so helpful and informative

The location was super, away from the most touristy area, but still very central. The apartment is very confortable and feels newly renovated. Small supermarket and a pizzaria just below the apartment, very convenient. We loved it!

The location was so close to many of Venice’s more touristy areas, yet the neighborhood around it felt more quiet and peaceful — best of both worlds! There was a small grocery store right downstairs, and numerous nearby restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, and the rain showers were lovely and so clean. Veronica was helpful and friendly from the moment we booked.
Veronica showed us the window screens, but I don’t think we realized how necessary they were. We only peeked out the window once to look down the street, and we ended up getting bitten by mosquitoes the rest of the trip — our own fault though!

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Spacious, quiet, super clean, comfortable, generously equipped with more than enough coffee pods, kitchen equipment, soaps etc. Everything is thought of. I have already recommended this to my friends and I will definitely stay here again. This is quite probably the very best place I've stayed in. Truly exceptional.

I am so fussy with cleanliness and the apartment was so clean. Our host was AMAZING. so helpful. the location was perfect for us.

The apartment is well situated between a supermarket and Pizzeria and less than a 10 minute walk from St Mark's square; however, the website describes it as a 'Luxury apartment'. It is not. It is clean, bright, modern and well equipped. The syle is more Ikea. In fact the kitchen and some of the furniture are from Ikea. This leads on to some of our issues.
The dining table is marked and chipped, the pedastel dirty and scuffed. It needs replacing. The bedroom side tables are again marked and stained especially the right one. The bedside rugs need an anti slip backing as they are dangerous on the laminate flooring. We put them away for our stay to prevent an accident. We were unable to get a signal for the TV. When we queried this the explantion was that the recent 'tornedo weather' that Venice had experienced must have dislodged the aerial ? The TV should have been checked before occupancy. The TV issue wasn't resolved for the duration of our stay. We were informed that we could access Netflix on the TV in the bedroom - we don't have a Netflix account. There are 4 flights of stairs - 36 steps - up to the apartment with no lift which is not mentioned in the description. Our main issue is possibly subjective and relates to the position of the bed. The bed itself was comfortable but its position against an angled wall meant it faced the corner of the room. This juxtaposition was very disorientating - so much so that my wife did not sleep well. Because of this and the fact that the apartment is, in our opinion, overpriced we would not consider returning.

Awesome host...totally recommend. Arranged to meet us, went through the house rules and had everything professionally laid out. Our host Veronica was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We travel frequently through Europe and are very experienced travelers.

It was spacious, clean, well-stocked, everything in good working order. nearest boat stop is S Zaccaria, very convenient for most things. Location is easy to find, good neighbourhood - laundry and supermarket next door.

Perfect communication with the host, many useful information in advance and a complete presentation at check-in, rapid responses to our questions. The appartment is very convinient located: walking distance to Teatro La Fenice or Rialto. In the appartment you can find out all you need for kitchen and bathroom. It is clean, silent, in a safe area, ideal for visiting Venice.
It was a little bit cold in the interior (for the end of March), but this is the policy in this gorgeous city.
