Love the location, that the apartment was spacious relatively. Love that the manager was prompt in messaging back and forth. Also, we were delayed by the rail strike in Rome, so though they couldn't cancel with a refund, they left us a key in the lockbox.
The cooking equipment was really insufficient. Eg. One scratched up non-stick frying pan. Only large butcher knife, one small (steaknife), no small knives to cook with. No regular bowls, just some massive soup bowls like for won ton soup or something. One drying towel for a 3 night stay. Not one bowl to mix things in, I used a pot.
No light (switch was taped off in a dark, steep stairway to access the apartment. Cod not even see where to insert key to open door without 2nd person holding a light up.
Dirty dishes in dishwasher when arrived, the .manager told me to just press the buttons to do the dishes. So no dishes ready for morning.
No dryer, but there clothes rack did not dry our clothes after 2 days. Either it's too humid or the washer wasn't properly ringing it out.
Biggest challenge was the manager's attitude. She said that they would make a 'special exception' for me by bringing another kitchen towel. (Forget any other items!) The cleaner came in with 1 towel and looked very stressed.
Manager was extremely put off that I hadn't responded to all of her messages promptly. Ofcourse I am not living on my App while stuck with 3 kids, luggage in Termini train station for 7 hours, in line for 3 of those hours, and rebooking travel, in throngs of people, during the Trenitalia strike..
Felt really 'sold to'. Don't take your kids there if you are expecting to cook for them. Maybe good as a a young couple eating out and not needing to launder your clothes.

We liked a lot the quick and efficient way of the Check-in, cozy clean and spacious apartment, good location. Rosanna was friendly and shared with us useful information.

it was very dark in the bedrooms and the shower was terrible. they really need to change the shower head

The host, Rosanna, was fantastic. She was so helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed to make our stay in Venice amazing. The apartment was in a great location. The three bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Two things you should know about this property - 1) The ceiling height in some places in the apartment is really low. My 6'2" son had to duck to avoid hitting his head. 2) The unit is not very soundproof. At about 5:00am you will hear every single word said, yelled, or sang as the garbage, delivery and shop people start their day.
Neither of these were vacation spoilers, but maybe good to know in advance.

Everyone that was involved in checking us in and making sure we arrived at the property were so lovely and very helpful! The property was in an ideal location and was very comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities in the property were perfect. We were recommended a very good place for breakfast that was about 1 minute away from the property, and we went there every morning!
It was a bit noisy around 6am when the deliveries were being taken to various establishments, but that only affected the rooms at the front and didn't last long.

It was a bit noisy due to location above tourist street. There were mosquitos in the apt. and a bunch of trash spilled in the hallway on 1st day. Host could have met us 30 min. earlier as we'd traveled 28 plus hours and just needed to drop our luggage and lay down/shower. But they wouldn't budge on check in time even though apt. was ready. No shampoo or conditioner or shower soap.

The apartment was lovely. Excellent location. Beds are comfortable. It was perfect for our family. So close to so many things! We really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend it!
Communication was non existent until just a few weeks before the trip and only then because I called. Our other booking locations contacted us and confirmed within 24 hours. I was worried the booking was a scam and the place didn't exist. It did exist and was great, but we had unnecessary worry due to poor communication.
WiFi was in & out.

Lovely apartment with more than enough room for 5 adults. Had everything you want from soaps to dishwasher and washing machine. When we arrived we were met by the owner who run through the bits with us and had even a printed folder of places they recommend to eat and visit which was helpful. The apartment was about 1 minute walk from the square and had an ice cream place opposite which was great and a place for breakfast about 3 stores down that was fairly priced
