About this villa rental

The villa has been fully remodeled since Hurricane Dorian. It has two large bedrooms with king beds in each bedroom. The villa comes completely furnished with pots, pans, linens, beach towels, grill and lawn furniture. The kitchen features microwave oven, coffee maker, small appliances , stove, and refrigerator. The living room is spacious with sliding doors that lead to a screened in porch where you can enjoying eating your dinners and just relaxing. The villa has a smart tv that as cable television, Ruko, and Netflix. There is also wifi for guest.

This was our 2nd trip to Treasure Cay as a family of five (wife, 3 yr old, 5 yr old twins). Although the villa isn’t huge, we were not there to be inside much. Our friends were in two other villas in the same complex so this was very convenient for us to be close to everyone. Renting a golf cart was a must for us to get around the island. We will be back!

Wonderful place with everything we needed available and easy to find in the home. Very clean, plenty of towels and the bed was awesome. Kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Nicely decorated to feel beachy and cozy.

Property owners answered any and all questions. Of all the VRBO properties we have stayed at this property had by far the best equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. Property was very clean, neighbors were very friendly and helpful. It was great being only minutes from an amazing beach. All the locals were extremely friendly always smiling. We (the group we were with) would definitely stay on Treasure Cay again! Thank you so much to Joni and Jeff for all there help.

We loved our stay. In this well appointed villa just a short walk from the beach. In a quiet friendly community. Any activities were just a short drive or boat ride away. The hosts were very friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful and timely in their responses. I would recommend them and will stay again in future visits. A great place to unplug.

Our stay at the villa was great, and the owners were responsive to our questions prior to coming. We called ahead of time to reserve a taxi to and from the villa instead of renting a car, and that worked out well. They took us to the grocery store prior to leaving Marsh Harbor, as the mini mart in Treasure Cay is very small. We cooked and ate in for all but two of our meals. There are very few restaurant options in the area, which we were aware of, having visited the area previously. The villa was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is a short walk to the pool and the beach, which is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay! The entire process was simple the home was stunning and white glove clean. We had 6 days in Treasure Cay 1 was sunny but we took advantage of our rental car and went all over the island. Played games in the evening on the patio with a breeze. We ended up turning the ac off, opened windows at night for the cool breeze. Donna came by to check on us she was so helpful in many ways. The home is stocked with more than you will need. Beds comfortable, towels plush, the home was beyond impressive. We will be back for sure!

House is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and updated. Check in was easy and straightforward. Free parking and wifi available. Pool is open. Treasure Cay is recovering nicely after Dorian and the beach is breathtaking. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed 2 weeks and loved it. The villa had everything you could think of. Very nicely updated. Very comfortable, short walk to heated pool, and the most beautiful uncrowded beach. Owners answered all our questions about treasure cay and were easy to get in touch with. We don't want anyone to know about this place so we can keep it to ourselves. Will definitely be back. We have been coming to treasure cay for 20 years, stayed in many different villas I would say this villa was the nicest villa we stayed in so far. Steve and Sandy

We had an amazing time in Treasure and the Tuna Hut was perfect for our stay with absolutely no complaints! Highlights: *Owner was quick to respond with questions and was great to work with *House was very well appointed; the tropical décor and style of the home was peaceful and it was immaculately clean The beds and bedding were SO comfortable – this is hit or miss at some places so what a wonderful surprise!! Loved that it was two king sized beds, this worked great for us. *Location is perfect – central location to the beach and other island treasures such as Florence’s Bakery, Bahama Beach Club. *All the extras were great – beach towels, linens, small appliances, necessities, etc We have been to TC several times in the past, but this was our first time back since Dorian. The island has suffered much devastation, but they are on the upswing, and we are so happy to see the resilience in the community. A few tips to keep in mind: *You may want to consider renting a car – you will need to get your groceries in Marsh Harbour as the mini-mart has a few essentials but not much more. *There is no ATM in Treasure Cay and some places are cash only – so you may want to bring cash or you will need to get cash in Marsh Harbour (30-40 min away). *Plan ahead for car rentals or golf cart rentals as they are in short supply during certain times of the year. If you can bring any necessities from home, it may be more cost efficient as the store has limited options and of course, hefty price tag. This villa is a GREAT find – we are so appreciative for our time here and highly recommend!

Jeff and Joni were so helpful helping us arrange rides from the airport, booking a golf cart rental and any questions we had about the property. The property was very nicely appointed and clean and had all the amenities. The beds were comfy and the beach access and pool were within walking distance. The RO you can get from the office tasted amazing better than purchased bottled water. There is a small mini mart and liquor store at the treasure cay marina area. We had the majority of our dinners at the Bahama Beach Club. The food options were different each night. We did rent a boat for 3 days so we were able to get out to the other islands each day and enjoy what the Bahamas has to offer. My only complaint is that the house didn’t have any family board games or cards - this would be nice for families with kids. Recommend this property and would stay again!

We rented the villa for 10 days. Everyone agreed that the villa was the perfect place to stay. One reason we chose this villa is that both bedrooms have king beds and are pretty much exactly the same. The photos are representative of the space. The villa is newly redone and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Smart tv with Wi-Fi. Plenty of fresh towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. for cooking your own meals, and a full size refrigerator with freezer. All of the appliances worked and were in great condition. Each bathroom had its own hair dryer which was nice. The property has a large solar heated pool with plenty of chairs and direct access to the beach. Getting to the pool and beach from the villa was easily walkable. One bonus was the screened in patio. It was perfect for sitting outside in the mornings with coffee, or in the evenings with dinner or a nightcap. When we return to Treasure we will definitely stay here again.

Property was nicely supplied and decorated. 2 minutes walk to the beach (the villa community is on the beach). This is THE BEST BEACH I’ve been on in the Caribbean. The sand was literally like powdered sugar. On this 3 mile stretch of beach there was never more than about 100 people on the entire beach. Very friendly community. Restaurants in the area are pricey though, but able to cook most meals at the villa. Only small complaints: beds not the most comfortable, cleaning fee was higher than on listing ($200), found out 2 weeks before trip that pool would be down for repairs. Also lost power and water for about 8 hours but that isn’t unusual for the Islands

This is a wonderfully furnished, full 2-bedroom cottage in a convenient beach community. The beach is spectacular! The beach is in easy walking distance, once one figures out the subdivision layout. There are a few restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, along with a well stocked grocery store. The screened porch was very comfortable in all types of weather, though did not have much of a view. The landscaping is nice and colorfully tropical. Overall, go for the beach and enjoy the comfort of your own place close to the spectacular beach.
