A paradise in the Bahamas ! Relax with family and friends in this newly rebuilt villa minutes from the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas. The Beach Villas with their quaint lanes and well-maintained walkways, contribute to the island feel and low-key atmosphere which draws people back again and again to this piece of paradise. This villa is a two minute walk to the world-famous 3.5 mile Treasure Cay Beach . A 2 minute walk in the opposite direction and you find yourself at the local hotspot Florence's Bakery where locals come for Bahamian cuisine, cinnamon buns and 'sip-sip' (vernacular for gossip). The fully renovated villa comes with 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to another king bed, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, fiber high speed internet (100 / 50), 3 SMART TV's (50"-2-40") with cable and great outdoor patio spaces with lounge chairs, tables and a BBQ. My husband and I just spent 10 days in Paradise. The villa was so well thought out with all the amenities and a kitchen that had everything you could need - even a chilled wine holder in the freezer. We had a hard time with flight delays etc. but the car rental Brian recommended was at the airport when we arrived. Brian checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and his caretaker stopped by twice. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor grill was really nice. I especially liked the water cooler. We needed a place to recharge and relax. We felt like different people after just a few days. Thank you!

Just spent 10 days here and Brian has a very nice Villa and it has about anything you could ask for in it. TC is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane so things are a bit limited in this area although there were a few restaurants ( Sunset Pizza and Ocean beach Pool Bar and Grill, we liked) but just know everything is expensive! Every night the complex has a get together and can meet on the ocean deck so you get to know so many people! The beach is breathtaking and the pool area is very nice! One thing we did find is that the water pressure is low in this area so water comes and goes, but we survived!
Another thing for newbies like us, if u r coming you may want to rent a car and we knew it was left sided driving but a lot of the cars are right sided steering. However, in order to see the island and get to the ferries you will almost need one since cabs are pricey.

We were very pleased with the property, it was as advertised. Location was excellent and the pool area was better than we expected. Of course, the beach is one of, if not the best, we have ever been to. We will definitely stay here again.

The only reason I use the word rough in my title is that the area is still recovering from the hurricane. Beach Villas was a really nice, friendly community that is very well taken care of. Every evening there is a get together by the firepit for both owners and renters. Everyone says hello and greets you both at the pool and on the beach.
The pool and the proximity to the beach is outstanding. We enjoyed all the local eateries...Cafe Florence, Happy Buds, Sunset Pizza, Creative Hands, Nish's bakery. Brian was more than prompt with any communications. We stayed for 30 days. Not only is the villa completely filled with many many things you could use, the property manager also checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Check out was the easiest I have every experienced using VRBO. While there we visited Sandy Point, Crossing Rocks, Cherokee Sound, The long dock, Marsh Harbor, Green Turtle Cay, Elbow Cay, No Name Cay. We would definitely come back!!!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here over Christmas! Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The community itself is beautifully maintained and we could always find a spot at the pool or the beach. We appreciated being able to visit/spend in the local community and felt very welcomed.
Brian is a wonderful host who answered all of my questions within minutes! He connected me with someone who was able to transport us to/from the airport and set us up with a golf cart. Hint: I would HIGHLY recommend getting a golf cart to get around TC. We are already talking about when we can go back!

This place is fantastic! The unit is very clean, kitchen well stocked, TVs in every room, and a super cute patio area. Brian was an amazing host with great communication and a lot of cool tips/details about the area. 1-2 minute walk to pool area and beach. My friends and I enjoyed a quick 4 night girl’s trip and have decided we want to make it an annual trip and stay here again. I would highly recommend.

Loved the house. Brian was so easy to communicate with and his local property manager is great. House was clean. So close to the beach. The onsite pool was very nice. Will definitely stay again next time!

Unassuming, reasonable small house, perfect distance to beach. Quiet. Do no expect nitelife and crowd surfing here. Kitchen definitely a plus as you will be cooking. Property owner fills you in to the 'T' as to what to expect/need/do on the trip. I dont think i waited 3 min for a response! Thanks Brian!

This awesome house in Treasure Cay is in the best neighborhood (Beach Villas) with friendly people, security, nice pool, best beach ever, great landscaping and security lighting around the entire area. I can't think of anything that the owner missed! He thought of everything that you would need to feel comfortable in this home. The extras are a huge plus! Water toys, floats, noodles, paddle board, kayak, beach towels, snorkle gear, out door seating and lounging area, grill, fresh drinking water and coffee to name a few extras. He even had an X-Box with games which the college students enjoyed playing every night.
My sister and I took her son and his friend to the island for vacation. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious for the four of us. We loved the information that the owner gave us before we arrived for our vacation. It was extremely helpful in planning our days, including who to call for assistance, taxis, boats, etc. The island is truely a paradise and I can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our vacation in Treasure Cay and our villa had all the comforts of home. Brian checked in with us prior to and during our trip. He was quick to respond and ensured our stay was perfect. The location of the villa was terrific, a short stroll to the beach and pool. We would highly recommend this villa! Perfect for a family. You won’t be disappointed!

If you are looking for a peaceful, private place to stay this is an incredible spot! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The beach is super close to the villa. It took us 1-2 minutes to walk to the turquoise water. It truly looks like a picture on a postcard! We stayed at the end of May for 11 nights. There were several days that the water was calm enough to lay on a raft and just float around. This is one of my favorite things to do on vacation! A couple days it rained for an hour or two so that made the water a little more choppy, which my kids loved. We swam in the ocean and the pool every day. The pool was awesome too! It was heated to just the right temperature. It was perfect when the sun was out or in the evening when the sun set. Loved the pool! Again, there were many times where I had it all to myself or my family was the only one there. When we did meet others, the people were nice and friendly. It was peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. The villa had excellent air conditioning and was able to keep the space very cool. The refrigerator worked great and so did all the other appliances and plumbing. There were 4 tv's in the villa (one outside, one in the living room and one in each bedroom) that had Netflix and worked great. We used them all! Brian was easy to work with and very flexible. He gave us lots of information about where to shop and places to visit while we stayed in Abaco. We visited Turtle Cay, No Name Cay & Hope Town during our stay. We enjoyed each trip!

Beautiful property, fully loaded with everything you need. Great location and absolutely stunning beach. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the yetis in the kitchen, spa slippers in bedroom , fanny packs, water toys and beach towels. A very warm and inviting place to call home away from home.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Treasure Cay at the Beach Villa. Brian was a great communicator and got back to us promptly when we had questions. The property manager on site was also very helpful and kind. We appreciated that there was security on site in the evenings and liked all of the solar motion lights around the paths within the villas. The villa was very comfortable and spacious for 3 of us. The little touches like the Ocean Breeze hand soap and house slippers were fantastic. We appreciated having a grill outside on our patio as well spices, dried herbs and salt and pepper. Having laundry at the villa office was nice, just make sure to check on the hours before you plan to use it and you need to purchase tokens from the office and bring your own laundry soap. Having access to some snorkel gear, lifejackets, and a paddle board was fun. The soft sided cooler also came in handy for boating trips and beach trips. The water cooler inside the villa was handy for drinking water and cooking water. At times the water pressure for the showers and the toilet were not 100%. Brian was prompt to reply when we notified him of this! We will be back! 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Quiet and peaceful! Kind people! Shop in Marsh Harbor on your way in-stay fueled up, ATM in Marsh Harbor- have cash on hand! Tiny liqueur, convince store and bakery/lunch & breakfast spot across from the villa! Enjoy!

My husband and I both celebrated our 60th birthdays in Treasure Cay. The Villa was perfect. We cooked most meals from a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy. The one minute walk to the pool and beach opened up to amazing views. My husbands family owned a couple of villa here when he was 12 and this visit brought many memories. We can’t wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your place is a little slice of heaven. I appreciated all the kitchen supplies, everything we needed and the insulated lunch bag was super handy for bringing lunch along snacks and drinks. We did bring dry goods as much as possible to save few bucks. That was handy. Loved the decorations mattress was super soft and comfy ac worked great. The shower felt nice heat could have been turned up a bit on showers but still very nice rain shower heads. Even nicer than pictures beautiful granite countertop lots of space bbq outdoor areas soso lovely.

We had an amazing time in Treasure Cay, ,Abaco. Brian’s home was perfectly equipped and maintained, as well as the grounds. It was such a spectacular view from the beach in the evening, you could see the Milky Way! The water was a beautiful blue and the sand pearly white! We checked BarometerBob.org for the tide charts each day so we could be at the sandbar down the beach at low tide. I gathered so many cool shells and sand dollars. The owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly. Great experience and a great stay. We’ll be back.

Every part of the rental exceeded our expectations! Brian is a great host, very communicative and accommodating. He has an on-site property manager to assist with anything you might need while in the area. Treasure Cay is an incredible location, pristine sand and crystal turquoise water, it’s like something out of a dream. Brian provided helpful information about where to get groceries before arriving (a must because it’s a small remote town still rebuilding after Dorian), and the house had every creature comfort we needed. Great working AC, Smart TVs in every room, filtered water, tons of beach toys/snorkeling gear, and so much more. Really looking forward to staying here again!

This villa was a perfect retreat. The home was charming and comfortable. A one minute walk lead you to a nice pool and on to an amazingly beautiful beach.
If you are looking for relaxing down time, sitting on the beach or at a pool, this is the place. There is not much else to do. The ferry ride to Green Turtle was a short ride. We rented a golf cart once there to tour the island and beach hop.
Be sure to purchase your groceries and alcohol in Marsh Harbor before going out to the villa, as there are no stores in the area. The convenience store located across the property had limited pricey items. I do recommend checking out the bakery next door to that, as they serve breakfast and lunch through the week, adding dinner on the weekend. No other restaurants are around the property.
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtfulness and communication with the owner to make sure all was well.

From start to finish the experience was incredible. Excellent location with the most beautiful beach only a 2 minute walk away. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our relaxing vacation. 5 out of 5 starts, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great house and location
Brian was very responsive anytime I had a question. The house is the perfect size for a family of 4 with a nice location close to the beach. We loved the heated pool which added a nice touch to our trip.

Brian was very helpful in getting information and his villa was topnotch and included all the amenities as shown. He was easy to get ahold of and fast reply if we needed anything along with lorraine.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the guests around were very friendly to get along with as well.
Our rental cars battery died and shaleisa was very prompt to help us out.
The beaches were beautiful and close to our villa.

This little villa was an unexpected pleasant surprise. It is nestled in a friendly little community of similar villas. The property was newly renovated and very clean. it was the perfect size for 2-4 people and located a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful with information and maps of the area before we ever arrived. The caretaker was available and friendly and took care of every request expeditiously. Overall this Villa was perfect for our short Bahamian getaway and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Brian again for a longer vacation.
