Better than we had exepcted from a B&B.

We were really wanting a hotel; having said that, the welcome from our host was exemplary, and the breakfast was excellent. Car-parking also good.

Great little guest house.

Great hosts, great location - Guests stayed for work, felt well looked after and rested for each shift when getting back on site. I'd recommend to book with the owners of the hotel directly for any upcoming visits in Dumfries :)

The house is really clean, the room is silent and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely clean. The owner is kind and super friendly 🙂

Unfortunately the woman who takes care of the breakfast is a bit stressful and oppressive. She didn't give the time to finish your food and she took away the dish. So rude 😐

A hidden gem loved it.

Lovely Hotel with good facilities, location and superb breakfast. The best part was the wonderful hosts who were attentive in providing an excellent stay. Additionally there is good secure on site parking. The Hotel is also within walking distance of the main line railway station.

Great value for money and very comfortable

first time staying at this hotel.Was greeted with a welcomed smile and shown the facilities. i had one of the best nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. liked the environmental degradible bin bags. Cracking breakfast overall very good choice.

A great find for exploring Dumfries & Galloway

A lovely guest house only 15 minute walk into town. An older style house but perfect to explore the area. The owners were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking available. Would definitely book again if returning to the area

A rather disappointing start to our venture into Scotland

The bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was adequate.

The entire place - including our bedroom - was rather gloomy. The owners were businesslike but didn't give the impression that they enjoyed what they were doing. We wouldn't want to return.

A must visit for a comfortable and friendly stay in Dumfries.

the property was clean, spacious and well equipped. the hosts were lovely, very friendly and approachable, answering all our questions regarding places to eat and the local area. excellent value for money. the breakfast was locally sourced and perfectly cooked. would highly recommend. we weee on motorcycles and there was private parking to the back of the property and out of the sight of passers by.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It will be our first choice should we return.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we arrived late but Rena our host gave us such a warm welcome. She attended to our every need and even washed my coat which was saturated in blood. This lady is heaven sent.

You cannot better perfection.

Perfect - the best B&B we have ever stayed in! Really great hosts and clean room. Breakfast was great and very friendly couple. Would definitely stay here again.
