Great location...perfect for families!
Location is everything! We were so close to the National Seashore, the bike path, nature walks, beaches, historic Provincetown, restaurants and ice-cream! The owners were very attentive to our needs and even provided us with a welcome gift that was much enjoyed.

Cozy and peaceful
My teenage daughters and I (and our dog) had a wonderful stay at this property! It's super clean, cozy and has all the comforts of home. Peaceful neighborhood right near the rail trail. We enjoyed many local restaurants, walking the beaches with our dog, and biking through the neighborhood and trails. My kids really enjoyed playing ping pong and pool in the basement. The property manager was very responsive and checked in with us before, during and after our stay. We look forward to booking our next vacation!

Great value for family of 5 with dog
We had a fantastic getaway to the Cape at Coastal Breeze. The owner was very responsive and open to communication. The location was perfect, easily accessible to beaches and the upper and lower Cape. It was such a relief to take our 18 month old Golden Retriever with us, on his first family vacation. Everyone had their own room, which my twin girls enjoyed. There’s a lovely sunny back deck for morning coffee. It was a lot of fun to play pool with my teenage son, and ping pong with my younger daughter. I hope we can go back soon!

Beautiful
What a cute peaceful property. Ample room, appliances and everything worked great. Outdoor porch quiet and comfortable. We (7) of us stayed with room to move, sit, play. Julie is quick to respond and checked with us through out our stay. House and linens were clean and ready to use unlike many hotels anymore. Very understanding and worked with our needs when flight times were crazy! We enjoyed beaches and shops of all sorts. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This home is so perfectly located between beaches, restaurants, gas stations and shopping. THANK YOU THANK YOU so much for helping to make our vacation even more memorable!

Very nice for six adults and one dog. The basement was musty smelling however.

Love this place!
Large, comfortable and clean home with a kitchen that has everything you could want. It’s central location makes it easy for bike riding, beach combing and shopping. The owners responded to any questions we had in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful peaceful home in Cape Cod area
This home is really wonderful. It served our group perfectly. We had seven adults and two children. The deck was perfect for using the grill and having dinner and the sunroom was perfect for breakfast. The kitchen is really well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. It was not overly hot when we were there but the air-conditioning kept us very comfortable.
The games downstairs were a hit with everyone. The beds were comfortable and the house is very nicely decorated with a beachy/sea theme. It is in a very peaceful/quiet area. Not that there was any erroneous information in the description, it was just not quite as close to the beach as we anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay on the Cape,

Great house close to National Seashore!
Wonderful house! It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! And so close to our favorite National Seashore Beaches!

Amazing vacation home - easily accommodates 7 people
This property is beautifully upkept. It was spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. This was important as we ate many meals at home. 7 of us stayed there: my husband and I, my son and his wife, and my daughter with her husband and 8 year old. We all had privacy and plenty of room to interact.
If you love fish and lobster, consider bringing it home from Mac's Kitchen, which is about a mile away on Route 6 heading east. It's a great way to enjoy wonderful seafood while cooking kid-friendly meals at the cottage.
The homeowners were very gracious about texting and checking with us and making sure we needed nothing when we arrived. There was a lovely gift basket waiting for us in the kitchen - small gifts that we all appreciated. We felt like we were staying in the home of friends.
We have been vacationing on this part of the Cape for 30 years, but we still found new things to do. We love the nearby beaches, restaurants, and bike trail. But we never knew that it's an Eastham tradition to go to First Encounter beach and watch the sunset. The view is amazing. Go there at least once to enjoy it.
This property will be at the top of our list for future Cape escape vacations.

Great house for Oyserfest weekend get-away
Cute cozy house, yet plenty of room. Nicely furnished with many amenities - from fully stocked kitchen, 'game room' in basement, to spacious deck with grill. Close to everything and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The gift bag the owners left for us was a very nice touch. Would definitely be interested in using one of their houses in the future.

Well maintained Cape Cod home on quiet cul de sac!
We had a great vacation at the Cape and the Coastal Breeze home was perfect for our family! The bedrooms were comfortable and having a bathroom on each floor worked out well. The open floor plan allowed for interaction whether you were preparing meals or watching television. Also, the spacious eating area in the breezeway was perfect for our family of 6! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and reading a book to pass the afternoon away. The home was well-maintained and the owners were very attentive. The location was great! We went on several bike rides on the Cape Cod Trail, which was conveniently located a few blocks away from the house. The beach was only a mile away and we enjoyed our morning walks with our four-legged family member! Looking forward to future vacations at this wonderful home!

Short drive to great ocean and bayside beaches
Our stay was fabulous. Weather was great. The house was well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the game tables in the basement..The extended porch and deck was great for family dinners. Enjoyed Sunrise and walks and yoga on Nauset Light Beach. First Encounter is a great beach for the kids and watching sunsets. Biked, visited Wiley Park on the lake. Loved Nauset Ice cream. They have a
great variety of homemade flavors and sizes for the kids. Also enjoyed Fairway Restaurant...great pizza.

Charming Cape Cod Home!
We stayed at Summer Breeze and had a wonderful time. The house is in a great central location. It is close to the local beaches and other fantastic sites along the Cape. We took a day trip to Nantucket and loved it. A very friendly and welcoming home and community. Thanks for a great stay!

Home Away from Home
Summer Breeze is a lovely home. We have rented many homes in Eastham but none are as comfortable as Summer Breeze. Beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and extra blankets provided. The decor of the house is just what you would expect in renting a beach house. Warm and inviting.
I gave 4 stars only for the fact that the kitchen is a little small for our taste. My husband and I really love to cook and there is limited space but we made it work.
The sun room and deck gives plenty of space for meals and to spread out for board games, cards or puzzles.
We have stayed at Summer Breeze twice now and look forward to a return trip!
Highly recommend!
Owner is easily available if any issues should arise during your stay.

We had an amazing vacation at Cape Cod. This charming home was a great location for exploring this beautiful part of the country. It is a quick trip to Provincetown and also many beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. We also spent a day at Martha's Vineyard which I highly recommend. The owner is welcoming and very thorough. We definitely want to return next year. Thanks for such warm and welcoming hospitality!

We have stayed at all the Summer Breeze homes for many years now and would never think of staying anywhere else. The homes are clean, well stocked, comfortable and the owners are always readily available to answer questions, or help in any way. Coastal Breeze is very convenient to the bike path, which makes it perfect for families with young children. You can relax at the cottage and listen to the wonderful songbirds. My favorite feature of these homes is the outdoor shower! It feels like a spa at the end of a beach day. You will not regret staying at a Summer Breeze home.

What a great house. We had more than enough room for 6 adults. The welcome gift was much appreciated. The home is very clean and accommodating. There wasn't a kitchen item that was not provided. Julie is very responsive if any issue occurs. And the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be booking our next vacation at Coastal Breeze! Thanks Julie and Dave.

My husband and I rented Coastal Breeze last week and throughly enjoyed the house and location. As I had read in previous reviews the house was spotless and beds comfortable. It was great being so close to the bike trail and we took advantage of that many times. Area restaurants were great as well. I would definitely recommend this home!

We just returned from spending a week at Coastal Breeze, everything was fantastic, Julie and Dave have gone out of their way to make your stay relaxing and pleasant.
The house was clean, well maintained and welcoming, the same can be said of the furnishings, everything we needed and more could be found in the house. The house is located near the end of a Cul-de-sac so it makes for a very quiet, private and safe location. The beds were extremely comfortable, featuring quality Sealy mattresses, the kitchen was well outfitted with everything you could possibly need if you choose to eat in.
We had the pleasure of seeing a Fisher not 12' from the rear deck one morning and Turkeys in the front yard the next.
From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were walking into a home, not just renting a house, that feeling was further strengthened by finding a lovely welcome Tote Bag on the kitchen table containing goodies, Cape Cod Chips, a bottle of wine and a handwritten card welcoming us, nice touch!
Our stay was absolutely perfect and we would return in a heartbeat.

Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Coastal Breeze this August. The house was very clean and had everything that was listed that would be there. It is on a dead end street which had very little traffic and the deck was so enjoyable. Coastal Breeze is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and my son road the trail every chance he could. It also close to Nauset Light and Marconi beaches and we also traveled to Provincetown a few time including going on a whale watch (we got great pictures). If you want donuts go to the Hole n One doughnut shop on Route 6 and for ice cream try Nauset Light Ice Cream. Don't forget to stop at Sam's Deli for sandwiches. If you are an adventurer stop at the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham the are all types of thing to do. If you have a few extra minutes at the Headquarters building watch the movie "Sands of Time" it is only about ten minutes long (shows how Cape Cod was formed).
Having wi-fi is a great.
Julie is a great owner and explained everything about her home. We would recommend this house to a friend.

Our extended family of 11 spent a relaxing week here in June and loved it. The house easily accommodated all of us for sleeping (one of our 11 was a 3-yr old who slept in the crib) in comfy beds, eating and hanging out. The location was close to several beaches (a quick drive), great restaurants, and fun shopping in nearby towns. We also cooked and ate at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils., etc. The weather in June was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!
