Keys were easy and we were able to get into the condo earlier as our plane arrived earlier than expected. We are very thankful to have gotten in when we did, thank you. The desk host was very nice, informative and helpful. There were plenty of hooks in the condo: two in the shower, one in the bathroom, one next to each side of the bed very high on the wall, and a rack of them in the closet. Steam shower in the master is a pleasant discovery. Guest bath is dated but clean. Garage is clean and bright, free laundry in basement, pool and spa were lovely. Location is good. Design is nice but old. Really cool rug in Living room.
Pots and pans were greasy/dirty when taken from the cabinet, it looked like many of the dishes were not clean in the cabinet as well. There was glass and debris in the dishwasher, which clearly doesn’t work very well.
THERE IS NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR CLOTHES but for a very small wire “office drawer” in a dank closet that also contained a tall fan, a humidifier, 50 wire hangers, 4 pillows, a luggage rack(that is silly because there isnt any room to put it anywhere) and a box of something… and a hanger rack on the door to hang your clothes. There are 7 closets in the unit-renters may use 2. For a unit that “sleeps” 6/7, there is simply nowhere to put your belongings, suitcases for a week. It is dark, crowded with unusable furniture, and by the end of the week downright suffocating.
The carpet is dirty, the master bath shower-unit is a large octopus contraption, that is corroded, mildewy, difficult to turn on/off, and does not work properly. There is mildew on the shower walls (master). The hair dryers are old and creepy, along with the steam thing under the sink, looking under the sink is like going back to 1982.
This property needs a complete overhaul. It is dark, no fault of its owners, due to design. Clean out some furniture, the humongous grill on patio, get a new dishwasher, clean couch and replace carpet. Get rid of some furniture and put in dressers and better lighting. New bedding and less pillows on the bed because there is nowhere to put them but walk around them.

location was perfect and the condo was amazing

location, hot tub, and parking garage.
The unit itself (#19) was dated and could use updating. it wouldn’t be very expensive to put new carpet, elongated toilets, updated shower heads, and add some lighting. Also, the patio should be clean for guests (it was really dirty).

This place was not worth the money... it was a dump. It did not come with any toiletries (soap, body wash or shampoo) and was over $1k per night. It also had not been updated or maintained in the last 20 years.

I liked: the hosts. The ski storage. The private underground parking. The location. And the amenities (hottub and pool). The size of the room (just not the quality of the room).
While the building does have newer, updated rooms - ours was very outdated. It was still clean, but not modern.
Also, the beds were okay (firm) but the pillows made it near impossible for me to sleep (like styrafoam). Had to sleep on the couch.
