About this house rental

Watch the world go by from the cozy light-filled living room, or walk out the door and be minutes from Michigan Stadium and Downtown Ann Arbor. This is the perfect place to stay for football weekends or a family visit to Ann Arbor any time of the year.

Enjoy the fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen which connects to the dining and living area with large-screen TV/sound system. A beautiful new fireplace will keep you warm and cozy! The family room in the lower level provides extra space to stretch out and includes an additional large screen TV.

Three cozy and comfortable queen beds in the three main floor bedrooms. The fourth bedroom in the lower level has 2 twins (day bed) and the adjacent family room has a queen size futon for additional sleeping space if needed. Sliding barn doors can be used when needed for privacy between family room and the lower level bedroom. The fabulous lower level bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or from the family room area for convenience. Max occupancy is eight people.

The owners of this house continuously work to perfect all of the comfort details we feel are important to guests. We stock extra towels, blankets, kitchen basics, etc. A two car attached garage with a breezeway entry into the house will keep you dry on a rainy or snowy day. Two additional parking spots are available in the driveway.

What a perfect home for VRBO travelers! The location was perfect, the house was immaculate, and the owners are great. There were many unexpected upgrades to the entire house. The kitchen has every kind of appliance imaginable. Great for baking and gourmet cooks! We’ll be back 👍

We stayed here with our adult sons while visiting our younger son at U Mich. It was spacious & clean with a central location close to the stadium. Mary had great communication as well. The house is very spacious, with comfy beds. The kitchen has every possible gadget/pot/pan as well as coffee, tea etc. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again!

Wonderful accommodations within walking distance to the campus and Stadium. Clean, comfortable and well stocked house...perfect for a tailgating weekend or visit to Ann Arbor. Highly recommend and plan on returning soon.

We could not have asked for a more perfect location, or place to stay! This house is fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need… very comfortable with multiple living spaces to hang out in which makes it perfect for multi-family and guests! We will be back for sure…!!

My family came to visit Ann Arbour for the weekend and could not be more happy with our stay!! The house was perfect and had everything we need. Mary was extremely responsive and flexible - we had an early flight in and she was so accommodating by letting us check in earlier. The stadium was a 10 min walk from the house which was perfect! Could not recommend this property more!

One of the best stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. Plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen was great. We had several family dinners and were able to cook. Glad to have enough plates so we didn’t need paper. The basement family room gave us another space for games and activities for the grandchildren. It was a perfect week.

We were all so glad to be able to finally celebrate my 2020 grad! The hosts were remarkably accommodating and available to answer last minute questions. I almost hate to leave such a positive review as we’d selfishly love to keep this home a secret. It’s a great location for a weekend in A2, especially if you have seats on the western half of the Stadium. The renovations are well done and the indoor/outdoor spaces are great. The house was ideal for our group. Four adults in town for the UW/UM game. The location is exceptional. Probably a ten minute walk from the stadium and about 15 minutes to town. The house was clean, well-equipped and very clean.
