Spacious bedrooms await, with some measuring over 200 square feet, providing ample room for your comfort and relaxation.
Take in the sights of the scenic trees that adorn the enormous 17,000 sq ft yard creating a picturesque setting perfect for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the awesome front porch or have a meal on the gravel patio in the backyard.
Stay entertained with seven high-end 4K UHD HDR Smart TVs, one located in the common room and one in each of the bedrooms. The internet connection is lightning-fast, clocking in at 900 MBPS, and cable TV is available for three of the televisions.
Stay cozy with central heating, and keep cool in the warmer months with separate wall unit A/C in each room.
Parking won't be an issue, with room in the driveway for one to four cars and access to one designated garage parking space. Free and convenient street parking is also available, with guests never experiencing any issues finding a spot. A bus stop is conveniently located just outside the property.
Please note that if all occupants are unrelated, the maximum occupancy is six. However, if guests are related, the occupancy limit can increase up to 12. We understand that this can be confusing, so please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
