Welcome to The Newly Built Loaded Custom Townhome by Granger Gardens!This tastefully decorated townhome exudes transitional/boho chic style and is located in the prestigious Water Hill neighborhood, offering picturesque views of downtown. The area has a tranquil atmosphere, and guests can enjoy nearby Hunt Park, as well as a short stroll to top-notch entertainment venues. The home boasts impressive finishes, from the bathrooms and kitchen to the luxury vinyl plank flooring, exquisite elegance can be found throughout the home. Built in 2020.

The property is outfitted with a range of high-end amenities, including Boll & Branch sheets - a favorite of two U.S. Presidents - luxury mattresses, a ping pong table, a grill, premium appliances, and over 25 board games.

There are five 4K Smart TVs. Three of the TV's are QLED. Guests can also take advantage of the fastest internet speed package offered by Xfinity, as well as the most extensive cable package available including many premium channels.

Guests can enjoy easy and convenient parking options at this property. The two-car attached garage provides secure and private parking, and there is ample space for an additional 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. The property was clean, well supplied with towels, clean linens, dishes, silverware, etc. Deck area for relaxing, but needs to be washed or rinsed since the people before us were smokers. Cigarette ashes all over and butts, not conducive to walking barefoot. Nice size garage. Accomodations were 5 star.

Stayed with family for my son’s graduation. The property is great and the process very easy. The pictures online very accurate and the home is immaculate. If comfort and cleanliness are your thing this is the place for you!!!

Pictures accurate; huge master suite with attached bathroom and 3 large guest bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs open plan living room with smart TV, kitchen, dining area & laundry. Finished basement with fun ping pong table. Large smart Vizio TVs. Great kitchen equipment/appliances a cut above most rentals. High ceilings with fans as well as central heat/air, classy modern decor. We have allergies: no issues here! Most importantly the hosts respond immediately to questions. The garage door opener stopped working & was fixed the next day on the Friday of New Year’s weekend. The only issue to mention: this house is near the train station & tracks. You can hear the trains. One night a freight train with a lot of whistles came through at 3 AM & definitely woke me up! Overall, a terrific spacious condo that is a great value. Easy access to the medical center, downtown Ann Arbor and central campus.

Needed a place to stay close to downtown Ann Arbor for a wedding and this was a wonderful place. Six of us went and we all had our own bedrooms, the house was spacious and clean. David was very responsive when I asked questions. Certainly would stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was courteous and communicated all that we needed to know to access the home and have a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed with linens, kitchen supplies and equipment, even games and gorgeous decor throughout I can highly recommend this venue without reservation. Clean, well located, parking - the works. The natural sunlight coming in every window made this a special weekend for an intimate group of our close friends and family. It just felt like home. I hope it doesn't get TOO busy - because we would definitely love to return. Thank you for everything!

This house is just 4 minutes to the U 0f M hospital so my family was able to make it a base for visiting our brother in the ICU. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed. We parked 3 cars with room to spare. The listing doesn't say it is near the train so the noise was a slight factor but not terrible.

Awesome location for an Ann Arbor stay. Very close to downtown and all it has to offer. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were adequate. Towels were plentiful and internet and cable viewing were great. Parking for many cars was a challenge, but workable and access to the garage for parking was a nice bonus given the inclement weather we experienced during our stay. We'd stay here again!

Second time staying in this building this year. July 2022- smaller unit next door; October this larger unit. Highly likely will be back next summer. Both units great. Host easy to work with. Location awesome. The units feel separate but if you had a large group, both units would flow easily.

The property is spacious and well-appointed, and its location affords easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions in downtown Ann Arbor. We were able to host a small number of family on the weekend our daughter was married in Dexter, MI, and especially appreciated the open floor plan and kitchen area for entertaining.

This home is perfectly appointed to make your stay comfortable! The home is clean, well stocked with essential needs. The living room and kitchen is spacious and modern, and the beds are comfortable. You’re also well situated in downtown Ann Arbor, close to restaurants, not far from Michigan stadium, and just a stones throw from several parks. Highly recommended and we’ll be back!

This townhome is beautifully remodeled in a wonderful neighborhood location for a trip to Ann Arbor. We gathered with our adult children and were able to walk to enjoy so many of Ann Arbor's highlights and restaurants. It's convenient to Barton Hills Country Club, campus and Zingerman's. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The house was conveniently located to downtown. It was clean, modern and the furnishings were very comfortable. The yard has a deck surrounded by beautiful big trees which made sitting outside very enjoyable. The area was very quiet which we enjoyed!

This home is very nice and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Coffee and creamer available. The cleaning crew that prepped the home missed quite a bit. Some dirty pans that weren’t cleaned well, and a dirty bathroom floor in master. Otherwise, this home was close to perfect. About a 25 min walk to campus but wouldn’t recommend walking to and from at night. We rented a car and it took us about 5-7 min to get to central campus.

My family and I had to come to Ann Arbor because I was undergoing surgery at the very nearby and conveniently located U of M Hospital (5 minute drive). The house is impeccable; very clean and stylish with beautiful bedrooms and comfortable beds. David, the owner, went above and beyond when we left several personal items at the home after we checked out. We were under a great deal of stress due to the surgery and diagnosis that accompanied it. David was so patient and went out of his way to get our items for us, even though the house was being rented at the time. He shipped the items to us and wouldn't let us reimburse him for the shipping cost! His kindness during a difficult time will not be forgotten. And the house is so beautiful that we might just come back and visit, for fun this time! Thank you, David.
