This spacious two bedroom two bath Condominium boasts hardwood floors throughout with cathedral ceilings and large beautiful windows offering great views of downtown Kennebunkport from every room. The unit is brand new and elegantly decorated with upscale appointments and amenities all just steps away from downtown Kennebunkport and just a half mile from Kennebunk’s largest Beach.

Combining a sense of style and space this home away from home has everything you will need for a memorable vacation in the heart of all that Kennebunkport has to offer.

This beautiful two bedroom unit sleeps up to seven adults featuring a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom suite with queen size bed and pull out sofa as well as a separate living room with a queen size sleep sofa allowing for up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.

The second bedroom has its own separate bath with tub and shower as well as a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and sink. The wet bar and bath area has custom cabinets and Granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a a large closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.

This Condominium has a fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops and a granite island. The living room features cathedral ceilings and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV.

The unit has a large master bath with two custom vanities featuring granite countertops and two sinks. The Bathroom features a luxurious shower, a Jacuzzi tub and a washer and dryer. The unit is furnished with our luxury collection bedding and linens featuring Egyptian cotton and feather pillows. The unit has a modern central heat and air conditioning system and ceiling fans in all rooms.

I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The owners are so accommodating and kind, it is overall the only place we will stay in Kennebunkport ever. Its right downtown and super easy to access the beach. WE LOVE IT!!!

This location can't be beat - right in the heart of Dock Square but with all the privacy you need. The place was clean, up-to-date, comfy - has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Designated parking and location toward the road made it really easy to get in and out. Will definitely stay again.

My family and I spent a 4 day weekend in Kennebunkport. The condo was very clean, up to date, and easily accommodated the 6 of us for the long weekend. The beds were all very comfortable, including the mattresses of the two pull out couches. The condo is in a great location as it's walking distance to everything in downtown Kennebunkport and right across the street from the Batson River Brewery. There is no stove or oven, but with all the restaurants in the area we we had no interest in cooking anyway. It does have a full size and mini-fridge along with a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. I would suggest a sound maker when sleeping as it can sometimes get a little noisy being next to the main road, but was a minor issue for us. Brian and Caroline were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again for another long weekend.

Highly walkable location - we walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert. Parking is easy so you can get to surrounding attractions like Ogunquit or Portland. For creature comforts there is a Keurig machine in the unit so you can get a couple quick coffees before you head out. All the needed amenities are there: hair dryer, thick towels, comfortable beds, plates/cups/silverware. The sofa is comfy and it's really nice to have a place to sit and map out the following day. It's just a great space for a vacation. The place was very clean and the decor helps you feel like this is vacation (very fresh, not fussy).

My three teen children and I stayed here and enjoyed the space. It was clean, spacious, and fit our needs. The location is perfect. The main street of Kennbunk/ and the "Port" can be a little noisy, but most everything shuts down around 9 pm so it didn't interfere with sleeping. Stairs may be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage or with elderly renters, but otherwise perfect!

The property was as described and location was great. However our air unit went out and it was never fixed and even after it was reported. They did know it wasn’t working before we arrived but never told us or made any adjustments. Communication was very slim and they stopped responding to our messages. We were not able to use one of the bedrooms because or this.

Fun stay in this quaint beach town! This condo is right in the middle of all the action. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and coffee every day. Gooch’s beach if definitely walkable and was our favorite. Bike rental was across the street and made for an easy way to see the area. The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. A few notes…if you want to cook there is not a full kitchen. And if you have children you have to be quieter while the store downstairs is open which can be difficult at times because kids are loud:) Thanks!

We loved the ease of switching from a walk, to shopping, dining, sightseeing and having a home base that was so convenient. Then place was very clean, adorable decor and very comfortable. Our hosts were available to us and it was all a great start to a long overdue vacation.

Just returned from 3 night stay at this very clean house! Location is great- walking distance to shops and restaurants…. Even the beaches if you can take a 20-25 min walk. Everything as advertised. No stove, so need to order food or eat salads, etc- plenty of space in the fridge/freezer. Well stocked with plates, cutlery, tools (eg bottle opener)- and a dishwasher/detergent. Washe/dryer as well. Sofa bed was comfortable for my 14 yo son. Nicest sofa bed that I’ve ever seen! Walls are a little on the thin side, so just needed to be mindful if I wanted to have a private conversation. Really enjoyed our stay!

2 bedroom condo was perfect for our week at Kennebunk. On the main street within a short walk to coffee shop, grocery, shopping, restaurants and dock area. Unit is larger than it appears in photos. High ceilings in main living area, good lighting. UPGRADED finishes in bedding, plumbing fixtures, flooring, towels. Air jet main tub for 2. This is 2 separate areas with 2 AC systems that work well. There is no stove (no oven or cooktop) but there is. a refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave in main unit and mini fridge in the other side. Must go up stairs to unit. 2 parking spots which are great in town.. we would return to this unit.

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, right in the town among shops and restaurants. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and extremely comfortable. Our only complaint is that the outdoor stairs to the parking area in the back need repair, it is very easy to trip and fall if not paying attention.
