Very cute apartment. Very well situated !! It was nice to be able to go back to the apartment for a little rest in between visits to the many attractions in Verona.
A kettle would have been nice. I drink a lot of tea !!

spacious, very well located, quiet, nicely air conditioned

The location is fantastic and the apartment is clean with good facilities.
The entrance hall was a bit dank & dirty when we arrived.

Great room, clean and easy to use. It was well cleaned. The kitchen is also easy to use. The air conditioner is new and we can adjust it ourselves.
Towels and sheets were all perfect.
The location is also very convenient, less than a 5 minute walk to the Arena.
You can also get to downtown and the square in about 10 minutes!
I was worried that the ground floor of the apartment was a little dark, but there is a switch on the right as you enter so you can brighten it up!

The apartment was great. The location was great. No complaints about the actual apartment.
Accessing the apartment was ridiculous. The code for the building door worked fine. The code to get into the hall didn't work so well, along with convoluted instructions. We came back from the Opera at around 11 pm and we couldn't unlock the hallway door. We called and no one answered. After the 30th time of trying, it worked. Then there is ANOTHER lock to get into the apartment that we struggled with. Honestly, I don't know why so many locks. I wouldn't rent it again for that reason.

Location was perfect. We stayed 2 days, as we were seeing the opera, so the location was ideal. Apartment was clean and well serviced. Comfy beds.

Apartment all very clean and provides everything you need. Location is great, apartment easy to find.
The apartment is accessed by a remote button, this is supposed to beep twice and then you can unlock the door. However we had trouble with this, the door would occasionally not unlock. That said we contacted Verona apartments and within 15 minutes they’d come out to sort the issue

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk to Piazza Bra or Castelveccio and a few doors to a small supermarket. The apartment was large and very clean and comfortable.
Only one PowerPoint in the kitchen so having to change plugs from microwave to coffee machine was annoying, but a very minor annoyance.

I really like the location of the property, it was central enough for what I went to Verona for. The apartment was very spacious and neat.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a perfect location. 20min walk from the train station and on the doorstep of all the sites in the old town. Stefania was fantastic with communication both before and during our stay. Could not fault this place at all. Looking to return later in the year. Could not recommend this place enough, the photos don't do it justice.

The location and the friendly staff. We were upgraded to a larger room when we arrived, which was excellent.
There could have been more facilities in the kitchen, such as a fish slice and more space to actually cook food. We thought that the host should introduce themselves and have a more personal touch, especially if you’re staying there for 10 nights. Also, there is a sportswear shop below the apartment which can be noisy in the afternoon with its music. To be fair, the host did contact them in order to reduce the noise.

Perfect apartment in Verona. Clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants as well as a convenient store close by. We requested for an iron and ironing board and this was delivered the next day and was not a hassle at all - thank you.
The light to the stairwell was not automatic so had to rely on the torch on our phones to make sure we don't fall down the stairs but don't let this stop you from booking.

great location, great bathroom, spacious.
sitting room could be more comfortable. Safe Box in bedroom in a really bad position (higher up would be better!)

I loved the location, the lady who I was in contact with was also very nice and helpful, the apartment was very nice and very clean, you can see there was great effort made as far as cleanliness, the smell was nice & fresh, the little coffee pods and toiletries where a nice touch 😊 endless towels, you name it
It just wouldn't suit long family stays, I have a toddler who is still weaning so we had to boil water for our tea in a milk jug, rather than use a kettle which I don't think would have been to troublesome to include! We had to use that same jug to boil water for the babies bottle and that took a good few minutes, we cooked veg and potatoes in it also, there was one boiling pot but I didnt like the look of it, this jug was so small and stainless steel, if there was a kettle we could have done all at once, no toaster :/ this is a major accessory for the Irish & British guests who like to toast alot saying there is no grill or oven, also our stroller didn't fit in the lift so we had to dismantle numerous times per day go down with the baby and stroller seperate, my baby can't walk yet, and this was exhausting as I had carry the pram up and down the stairs, I have an autoimmune disease that attack my joints and I only booked because of the lift, it was quit stressful as we stayed for a week!
It said I had an inner courtyard view, but it didn't bother us, I just don't think we got that room, oh and TV in bedroom but when myself and baby went to bed my mother couldn't watch TV in the living space, maybe this is a British thing too lol
Other than that, it was great, just need to be a little more thoughtful to families & especially international guests who depend on toasters and kettles for long stays 😁

Cleaning lady was super helpful - we had an early flight and she allowed our bags in the room before the room was ready, this way we were able to start our Verona experience immediately 🙃

Clean and spacious apartment.
Received a lot of emails for the check in, however this enabled a smooth contactless process. When we tried to check in about parking I never received a response. Some more information about parking options would have been useful.
