Friendly Staff, Spacious Apartment
It was an amazing stay. The apartment was spacious( definitely more space than you would ever need!). The staffs were friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. A convenience store and a laundry is located right outside. I would definitely recommend this place. They had hotwater 24x7, which is difficult to find in the city. One thing to note is as with everywhere in Cusco the nights are chilly and heating inside apartments are not efficient.

Comfy bed
This was a good place for a night or two, but kind of far from anything we really wanted to do. Comfy and clean though!

BUENA ESTADIA FAMILIAR

Spacious apartment, great views, helpful staff!
This was an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful views of Cusco from the bedroom. The communication prior to our visit was amazing (they asked for our flight information to have a taxi ready to meet us at the airport). Our flight from Lima to Cusco was over 3 hours late and we had no phone service or email to contact them but the driver was still there when we arrived! I wasn't sure if we were supposed to pay/tip the driver but I should have asked about that when reception emailed me. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning (you gave the time you wanted it to arrive) and was quite good..a little different each day for variety. We had heard the apartments were cold (yes bring socks) but the weather was nice when we were there, so we were very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the showers, but none in the kitchen. We ended up not cooking much, but be aware that there are very few dishes to prepare meals with if that is something you want to do (and no condiments of any kind, although I'm sure you could ask if you needed anything as we found everyone really helpful). The reception was incredibly helpful, calling our tours and hotels so we could ask ahead with questions and even allowed us to leave our luggage there when we went to Machupicchu (incredibly nice!). Wifi worked great in the living area of the apartments and in the reception area (but did not work in the bedrooms)..probably the best wifi we had the whole trip. One word of caution: the city of Cusco sometimes turns off the water during the day. I tried to turn on the water, not realizing it wasn't working, and must have left the faucet in the "on" position. When we returned from our afternoon, the water had been running the whole time and the bathroom and hall were flooded. I was so embarrassed and felt terrible, but they were so nice about it. Two people came up to clean it and we were moved to another apartment (they were so gracious!). Our only minor issue was the we had requested our breakfast at 7am for two of our mornings and both times, it was late. Not a big problem but the final day, we were in a big hurry to get a taxi to our tour and only had 10 minutes for breakfast. Again, not a big deal as it was a FABULOUS place. I would definitely recommend this apartment to those traveling with a bigger family or a small group.

Large Apartment! Nice Stay!
Great views from two bedrooms. This is a large 3-bedroom apartment that would suit anyone's needs. It is located about 20 minutes' walk from the center of town. Property has an elevator, complimentary breakfast and oxygen tank (this was a life-saver for me the first day.)
We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few small details that could have aided the level of service and offerings to match the price level. These have been addressed with the apartment management and they have been receptive to the suggestions.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

This is actually a hotel with apartments, not the typical Home Away residence. It is attractive and the beds are comfortable. There is a large screen television in the living room. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of hot water in the showers (there are no baths). The kitchen was woefully under-furnished; we actually had to buy a cheese grater, a large pot and a large bowl, since we like to do most of our own cooking. The stove and refrigerator were small but fine, and there is a microwave and electric kettle. We asked for a large knife and cutting board, but never received one so we had to cut on the counter with little steak knives. There is no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks.Being a hotel, there was daily maid service and a nice breakfast was offered. The front desk was always staffed, so there was an added layer of security (although Cusco is very safe). Staff was friendly and helpful, making transportation arrangements and reservations at tourist sites. The hotel is located in a nice residential area, far enough away from the plaza to offer some calm, but close enough to be within walking distance. Taxis are ubiquitous and cheap. The only real negative about the hotel is that it was freezing. We went in June, the winter, and were told that it was unseasonably cold that year, but Cusco has no indoor heating. We were supplied with a small electric heater (the one that looks like a radiator and heats internally sealed oil), but it was of little help. We enjoyed mostly sunny days and it was very pleasant walking in town after about 9:00, but the apartment never really warmed up and we were always wearing at least three layers of clothes, including coats, inside the house. We were only warm in the shower and under the covers, which were, thankfully, warm. Be prepared.

Even better than the pictures!
The staff was very polite, hospitable and helpful. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also a nice bonus. The wifi could have been stronger and more stable but at least it was functional. Overall we had a excellent stay!

Beautiful, clean, well-located with attentive friendly staff
The apartments here look just as good as - or sometimes even better than - the pictures. It's an immaculately cared-for place. The apartments are roomy and well-furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable and warm. It's maybe a 15-minute walk from the center of Cusco but not as far to San Blas. We walked there almost every evening for dinner. And walked all over town too. It's slightly elevated so has great views overlooking the city. We did not miss being closer to the center. We were able to get there easy enough by walking (or a cab ride for about $1.66) and enjoyed being in a real neighborhood not overrun with tourists. Everyone who we interacted with who works there was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple (usually fruits, juice, bread, jam, coffee) but delivered and set-up in our room every morning. We didn't locate the heater, so the apartment was cool, but ok, and as I say, the beds were quite snuggly. The bathrooms too were clean and beautiful with plenty of on-demand hot water!

Clean with friendly staff. 15 minute walk to plaza.
My only complaint is that it was a little cold at night but the extremely helpful staff and well kept apartment far outweighed the cold. I would most definitely recommend staying here while in cusco!

Great Place to stay in Cusco
We stayed here for a few nights in July. The staff couldn't be more helpful, calling restaurants for take out orders, taxis, etc. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely decorated. If you get the chance to vacation in Cusco stay here.

A nice, clean and spacious apartment
My friends and I stayed one night in the apartment and the host was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We were even provided breakfast delivered to the room!
