Fabulous views of the harbor from the deck! Two bedrooms and a loft bed comfortably sleep 6. Comfy furnishings and colorful decor are conducive to relaxing and having fun with family and friends. Steps from Beach, boat slip available for rent. Manistee Memories: Lake Michigan's beautiful sandy beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and Manistee's picturesque lighthouse are just a short walk from this luxurious condo. Located in Harbor Village which features outdoor amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzis, an exercise facility, private harbor, pirate ship playground, sand volleyball court, BBQs, and beautifully landscaped grounds. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft area has a twin bed with a trundle bed; comfortably sleeps 6. Just a short walk from Manistee beach which has its own playground and tennis courts as well as a snack bar with restrooms. It has everything you'll need to enjoy a wonderful family day at the beach! But wait! Don't forget the off-season too... We enjoy lovely fall mountain-biking, and winter skiing within 30 mins of our place! Book now and make your own wonderful Manistee Memories. Check-In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 10am PARKING There is one dedicated space immediately in front of the condo, and three shared spaces in front, closer to the road. Please limit to 2 vehicles, additional vehicles will need to park elsewhere. CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. MANAGEMENT We make it stress-free to stay with us! Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate! All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Wonderful condo on the marina, very relaxing, quiet, friendly community. Loved the fireplace in the evenings and mornings, Open the windows at night and could hear the waves crashing in Lake Michigan, We had reserved for 2 weeks and extended an additional week we liked it that much.

Beach is nice and walking distance, although there is plenty of parking at the main beach area if you’re hauling a lot of beach gear. Pool is nice but not very big. Couldn’t use workout facility because of COVID. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen appliances are not high end/modern but they get the job done.

Condo was not the cleanest when we arrived. Great location to the beach and the outdoor pool was very nice. Condo needs updating. Beds were very small and the pillows were flat as pancakes.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate but that didn't stop us from enjoying the beautiful views from the condo, the indoor pool, and the great little neighborhood. We will definitely come back some time in the warm weather months to enjoy everything Manistee has to offer.

My husband and our two children and daughter's boyfriend stayed for a long weekend at Manistee Memories. It was wonderful. It was extremely clean, had all the kitchen utensils you need, comfy beds and even cable football channels for the guys! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats. It is just a short walk to the beach where we saw the most beautiful sunsets every evening. I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back! Thank you to Unsalted Vacations for helping us when we had to make a last minute change because of a problem with the original unit we were going to rent. They were very helpful.

We spent a very relaxing week in this beautiful and very comfortable home. The décor was wonderful, everything you could possibly need was there. Beds were so comfortable, linens great. The beach was steps away and breath taking sunsets. We spent many hours at the indoor and outdoor pools plus the hot tubs were huge and well cleaned. Overall a very well cared for complex in a beautiful area on Lake Michigan.
