Parties or events are strictly prohibited, and if reported, guests may be asked to vacate the rental without a refund. Pets are not permitted inside or on the grounds, with a minimum $250 fine for violations. Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The number of guests must be disclosed at the time of reservation, and at no time can the number of persons exceed the maximum occupancy. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the rental property for the entire reservation term. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
