We wanted for nothing! Georgia and David have worked so hard. The cottage has been lovingly restored. Excellent super king-size bed provided perfect relaxation. There are no shortcuts anywhere. Wonderfully peaceful, great access to A30 (5 mins) gives you instant access to Cornwall., and Devon. We had a wonderful time, and so did Bella, our spaniel. Great value. Will return!
Genuinely nothing

Superb location with stunning views. A beautiful cottage, amazingly comfortable bed, equipped to a very high standard. Georgina's bread is to die for and David's honey is as good as it gets. We'll be back soon!
Nothing - everything was perfect, except for Devon's potholes!

What an absolute gem! The cottage is just perfect, cosy and with all the facilities/small touches you can ask for. The surroundings are stunning, peaceful countryside with stunning views and plenty of beautiful walks/places to visit. Georgina and David made us feel at home from the minute we arrived and made our stay in Higher Kellacott very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Property was fantastic with all possible creature comforts that you could require. Location was lovely and very scenic as well as calming and restful. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and offered assorted home and local produce.
Nothing to dislike.

- Everything was immaculate and modern, yet still quaint.
- Bed was like sleeping on a cartoon cloud and the shower was like bathing in a waterfall of warmth
- Every amenity was provided: Good TV, every kitchen item you could ever need (including foil etc), tissues etc.
Nothing, can't fault it.

That everything was provided you could possibly need, e.g. foil, cling film (useful for wrapping our sandwiches to go out), some spices for cooking etc. All the things you need but don't always think to bring with you. Very clean and quiet.
Nothing. Could have done with a bit more toilet roll. Everything else great.

The cottage was immaculate and in a lovely location. It was extremely well equipped, so comfortable and definitely had a wow factor. . David and Georgina were the perfect hosts. Thoroughly recommend.
Nothing to dislike.

Georgina had furnished the property with the best quality of everything, it was so comfortable and she provided lots of extras like toiletries, fruit &
chocolates. Everything was of the highest quality which is unusual in self catering properties.
Although it was lovely and quiet it was really off the beaten track and down country lanes to get there. You also had to remember to buy groceries
before you arrived as there weren’t any shops nearby.

Wonderful accommodation for a couple with lovely quiet countryside views
Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean.
Hosts very welcoming
Definitely recommend

David and Georgina were the perfect hosts and lovely genuine people! The cottage was simply amazing, they thought of absolutely everything. We'll especially miss their gorgeous doggy Misty!
Leaving.

This is an exceptional property. Georgina has thought of absolutely everything. The property is furnished to a very high spec - love those sheets! - and is lovely to simply be in, if you get slightly fatigued of all your day trips. The patio, garden and view is gorgeous and is in sun almost the whole day (but an awning is provided if you don't like that). Georgina does a good range of home produce that she can sell to you (including GF products (yay!) and some meals for two that can be in your fridge or heated for you when you arrive. It IS in the middle of nowhere, but I was quite happy to drive to pubs 15/20 mins away or more for some lovely evening meals. It is at the higher end of the price range (if travelling alone) but I did feel I got value for my money.
Nothing!

hosts were exceptional, welcoming, around if need but respectful to our privacy, home produce excellent, surroundings peaceful, great patio area, sunbeams, water feature, heater (if needed), patio table/chairs. Georgina & David have thought about everything, the cottage and outside area has everything you could wish for and more.
There was nothing we did not like, cannot fault a thing

The property was beautiful with gorgeous surroundings and views.
It was well equipped with everything you could need and more.

The location was just off the western edge of Dartmoor in a very rural location, with easy access for some of the best walking country in England. Weather can be an issue on the moor, but an up-to-date conditions report can be obtained by simply looking out of the living room window. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable - we didn't bother to go out to eat in he evenings as it was so easy to cook in the cottage (also the nearest pubs are a bit of a schlep). Hosts are charming, always helpful, and there is lots of home-produce for you to sample. As a quiet getaway it is perfect. If you are looking for the bright lights, it's probably not the thing for you. A car is essential.
Nothing.
