Overall i had a great stay

Recommended.

I liked the pool and the view, both really good. The housekeeping service and front desk staff were the best. The helped us out with some transfers and we are very grateful with the take away breakfast they arrange for us.

The breakfast and other meal portions were very small for the price. Quality is good but portions and variety not so much. Property walls are very thin and you could listen everything. Luckily, we didn't have noisy neighbours.

We didn’t have water during the mornings , very noise place, the stuff never came to clean the room, wifi is not working properly, the door doesn’t lock properly

Zero star for service and 7/10 star for the property.

Overall property and facilities are good, as expected.

I have never seen such an unprofessional staff in any hotel. No one is available to serve you after 10pm. The receptionist didn’t answer my call, even when she was there on the counter, saying her duty was over at 10pm. When asked for extra water, she told that we gave you 1 litre in at the time of check in. No water refill station in the premises. When asked for mineral water, she asked me to take by myself from 20 litres of water jar. No one understands English and when asked anything they talk in their local language and smile at each other which makes you look like a fool These hotel is not at all hospitable. Pathetic staff and service.

The resort has nothing

Bed, the pool and The view, that are amazing

the employees were not very friendly, especially at the reception and breakfast, not at all empathetic and willing to help. the only people who were nice were the room cleaning. breakfast very weak, nothing can be repeated, we asked for changes to our dish and they did not. Juices are not natural and the coffee was not even carefully filtered to avoid coffee grounds.

They tried to charge us triple the usual price for bike rental The breakfast was minimalistic at the best The WiFi in the room was not working it was as slow as it can get.

Stunning hotel with beautiful views and staff.

The rooms were really clean and beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly the whole time. The breakfasts were really good. And the gardens and pool were immaculate.

The was nothing that we didn't like.

Nice little stay 10 min from centre. Good value for money with really nice rooms and helpful staff.

Nice little hotel. Helpful staff and beautiful views (we were lucky to get the cabin with unobstructed ocean views). The room was spacious and bed super comfortable

Breakfast was a big letdown. No options at all and it was really small. No juice or bread. Just eggs and coffee

Lush green hotel with postcard views. Good base for trips around the island. The hotel is located a bit outside of town, which is good.

Very good

Was a great place to stay. Kept the room clean for us and staff were very friendly! Food was great.

Only downer was everytime we showered small centipedes would come up but that was because the shower is considered to be outside.

Nice new hotel BUT

The hotel is in a perfect position to travel trough the island and it’s very cute and new. They make amazing pancakes!

Nobody in the staff could speak English which is obviously something unacceptable considering that is one of the most expensive structures in the area. Plus, the rooms are a separate bungalows but the walls are very thin....
