The location was excellent, right on the hills the views for mainland Bali and the Nusa Penida shoreline were amazing. Would highly recommend getting a massage as its great value for money and really nice.
Unfortunately the dinner at the hotel wasn’t the greatest. I was going to boil it down to just my dinner but my partner also wasn’t a fan. It wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t great.

Great location 15 minute walk away from a harbour street. Boasting lovely hilltop views. Room sizes were very generous and offered lots of storage. Separating a living and bedroom space felt great.
Grounds including the pools were very well kept.
Bed was very large and comfy. Generally a very quiet place to stay!
Buffet breakfast was okay - plenty of options including an egg station.
Some general maintenance was in order such as the wardrobe doors being evidently broken or the other doorways around the room. For a reason beyond us, the toilet had a distinct aroma.

The bedrooms are very big, new and comfortable - you have everything you need. The swiming pool is wonderful. The breakfast is very good, it has a lot of options. The staff was very kind and they helped us organize all our day trips and transfers.
There is no restaurant closeby (apart from the one in the hotel) - but the hotel offers affordable transfer to the city center in exchange.

The hotel is on of the nicest in the island. 2 swimming pool with great views up the hill. The room was clean and the staff is helpful.
Bit overpriced but I guess that's because of the high season. Also it's far from city center, so you need a scooter or a taxi. The hotel can arrange for a pickup but with extra charge.

Great facilities. Nice view. Close to the harbour.
Staff's English wasn't that good.

The hotel is beautiful: the location, the rooms, the garden, the pools are great. The staff is very friendly. The view from the hotel to mount Agung is something I will remember
The English knowledge of the staff could be improved, I expect it much better for a 4 star hotel. Also the restaurant is a little bit overpriced for the quality they gave, tough there are dishes that are quite good, but for example the pizza for the kids were looked like a deep-frozen one.

Fantastic ocean view and on Mount Batur
Great rooms, but they didn’t aged well. Many small things to fix.

Villa was great and spacious. Amazing to have our own pool and then two massive others shared pools. The resort is definitely underrated.
The menu and food. Each occasion what we ordered off the menu wasn’t available. Taste was great

the property is big and located in a decent place…
too many things I dint like about the property… toooo expensive for nothing… when u pay so much u expect that kind of service but I dint get
drinking water facility not good, tax over food is too high, other restaurants n places charge 15-16% but they changed 21% tax
water from bathroom flows outside during bath.
no enough light in bathroom to look at ur face
the doors r very hard to lock n open not well maintained locks r broken
no door bells, service ppl come near the door and start banging the door and shouting to open the door, no fans or AC in the reception area,
many more things to write but I know it’s of no use so that’s it

Amazing location with a stunning view. We loved the swimming pool and the garden. The staff was quite nice.
About the infrastructure, the curtains of the villa are too short so you can't darken the room properly. The sliding doors of the villa vibrate with the wind outside.
We could hear laud the prayers going on (not sure where they came from exactly) untill 10pm.
However, our biggest down points are mostly related to the "extras" offered by the hotel.
The hotel's restaurant is not up to the standard of the facility. It seems that they have organization problems and the food was not well cooked (es. Grilled fish bloody). Unfortunately the reception was not up to date with the schedule of the boats to other destinations so we had to find out directly at the harbour.
We booked a snorkeling activity through the hotel and I would not necessarily recommend it. The morning activity was delayed because of lack of organization (45 min), quite a small boat for 20 People joining. Furthermore, the organisation was not clear.

The only positive experience is the view
We had the worst experience living in this hotel. We booked 3 rooms with hope we will spend amazing time in 4 star hotel. It all turned it worst services. Personal does not SPEAK ENGLISH - this is unexpected while joining 4 star hotel, but sadly that was not it. My friend broke her leg while driving in Nusa Penida, as her trip was already ruined I tried to book face treatment and head massage for her, after number of calls I agreed with receptionist that somebody will come to help her to get in to the SPA room ( it was like 600m from our room) and they used hotel car for her transfer in pass. Sadly when the time came- nobody came and receptionists acted like they don't know what is happening. I told them my friend just can't walk and we did already agree about it before, they were 3 people looking at each other and doing nothing, while spa woman was already very angry my friend decided to walk there herself, thankfully I turned her in the half way- I cant imagine what would happen if she falls. I tried to discuss this with ( he calls himself an owner but I would be surprised) but again No English.
I would also mention that breakfast quality was very poor with insects inside. My friends also had geckos in their room.

The pool is very big and has a great view. The rooms are very spacious, like and apartment. Breakfast is good.
things are getting a litle old and rusty, probably because during the pandemic it was closed and things deteriorated.
