Beautiful and charming describes this tranquil and peaceful ocean front cottage. It sits on the 1st level, beach front, of a private estate home on over 3/4 acres of manicured lawn to the ocean. A view from every room! Fall asleep to the sound the ocean waves and wake to the beautiful sunrises. Enjoy the refreshing trade winds as you lounge on your private deck. Play volleyball on your private volley ball court. Gather around the huge lava rock fire pit. In the evening, share the days adventures relaxing on your private lanai. Showering in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a refreshing experience after a swim in the warm blue Hawaiian waters. One bedroom with comfy King memory foam mattress. Stepping down three steps to the living room and kitchen. It is a full Kitchen with all new appliances and quartz counter tops. The living room has a queen sofa bed and two twin beds. Cable, Smart TV and Netflix. There are two sliding glass doors that open to a private spacious deck. The deck has table and chair dining for 4 The deck also has a love seat and chairs Located in an uncrowded piece of paradise on the North Shore of Oahu. It is great for swimming, snorkeling, surfing , kite boarding boogie boarding, fishing and kayaking. Luxurious linens and pillows provided. Ice chest and beach chairs provided Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and surf boards and paddle boards provided. There are kayaks for the adventurous. Two Championship golf courses 5 minutes away at Turtle Bay Arnold Palmer and Tom Fazzio Golf Courses, Also the local Kahuku Golf Course. Polynesian Cultural Center also 5 minutes away Many nearby local restaurants Shrimp trucks and roadside stands Please note that conditions change according to season and weather. Checking in was very easy and communication was frequent ensuring me that there would not be any issues. My wife and I enjoy exploring and this is the place to be for that. We walked the beach up and down probably a mile or so each direction and found so many cool things. We also saw a lot of turtles. We also enjoy cooking dinner and grilling. Everything we needed was there. I had to do some work and the internet worked great. The property is beautiful. I definetely recommend. Next time we visit North Shore, we will stay here. A hidden gem!

The property was exactly as listed. It was very important to my wife to hear the waves and the beach was right there. Linda was thorough and very helpful. She is a great host. Property is located about an hour north of the airport which was good with us. We didn't want the hustle and bustle of honolulu. Highly recommend this property. Money well spent.

Absolutely perfect way for wife and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Close to just about everything you could want to do/see and if you wanted to trek to Honolulu for the day (or just part of a day), it wasn't a long drive. Linda & family were one of the best hosts we're had experience with. Property was exactly as described and featured in the pictures. Right on a beach that was pretty much secluded from the busy areas & felt almost private for the most part. Plenty of "toys" provided if you wished to use them. Everything provided/stocked (short of food) that you would need for your stay. Perfect experience and would love to return in the future.

If you want a stay at a beach all your own in an out of the way location in beautiful paradise, this is the perfect beach house. We stayed here for 4 days in February and cannot have asked for a better place. The house was immaculately clean and the owners seemed to have thought of everything we might need for a stay. Plenty of soaps, towels, papers, etc was all there. Nice washer/dryer. Fully supplied Keurig coffee maker. Great shower and kitchen. It's all there. Oh yeah, and a huge stretch of beautiful beach as far as the eye can see that is all yours.

This property was perfect for our stay in Oahu. Communication with Linda was great. We arrived later at night and she was there to greet us. The ocean view from the cottage is exceptional and it's a 30-second walk to the gorgeous, private beach. We even had a sea turtle sunning itself on our beach! The cottage is clean, the kitchen well stocked, and it was a real bonus having a washer and dryer to use. We loved seeing the peacocks and chickens around the property as well. You won't be disappointed!

The three of us had a wonderful stay in Linda's cottage. The beach is just steps away and beautiful! Linda and her family are the most gracious hosts and provided everything we needed for a fun week. Linda recommended Surf-N-Salsa on the North Shore to us and they served awesome homemade Mexican food! Thank you Linda for sharing your small piece of paradise with us.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The apartment is just beautifully decorated and has wonderful amenities - everything you would want. Linda even included detergent for the washer (and there is a dryer). There is also shampoo, soap etc. The beach is stunning and largely empty. Linda was very kind and showed us around, including where to swim. The beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is. Dealing with LInda was a great pleasure. I highly recommend you stay here.

This was a perfect place for the three of us to stay: quiet, right on the beach, wonderfully set-up with everything we could want for a great vacation. Linda was friendly and accessible and ensured we had anything we needed. We would love to come back!

We spent several days at this property en route to Australia from the US. The property was tastefully decorated, modern, and clean. The major attraction, though, is the excellent location with direct access to a secluded beach. The weather was not the greatest during our stay, which was unusual apparently, but with the beach access, nobody cared, and we had a great time. Last, GO BLUE!

We stayed here for our sons wedding. The host graciously allowed us to have our extended family over for brunch. We were able to seat everyone outside on the deck and purchased shrimp and fruit from the food trucks just down the road. It couldn’t have been easier. The beach is right outside the door and so beautiful for just sitting or walking the beach or swimming. We saw turtles in the ocean and enjoyed our time here.

I traveled to Hawaii for 2 weeks to visit my cousin. This was by far the best location I stayed at. I wished I had booked more time there. If I were to go back to Hawaii I would make this location a priority to stay at again. It’s a beautiful home located right on the beach.

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. There was some confusion checking in because our flight was delayed, but after that initial stumble, everything went smoothly.
The apartment had everything we needed, including a full-sized, indoor, washer and dryer.
The setting is beautiful, right on the beach. The beach itself is practically private. You can walk for miles without seeing another person.
The bed was comfortable. Everything worked properly. It was a very relaxing end to our Hawaii visit.

I will stay here every time, hands down. Do yourself a favor and enjoy Hawaii away from the chaos of Honolulu... you won't regret it. Linda is an amazing host and her home is beautiful!

We have stayed at over rated places and it’s very frustrating when it happens. This place is underrated. Nicest beach u can have for a family. Very quite. There were times we had a half mile beach to ourselves. Very safe for children. Within a quarter mile of a small island u can walk to (or swim) during low tide and when calm. Very clean place. We saw sea turtles bobbing up and down in the water when we kayaked on the owner provided kayak. Our only regret is we only stayed four nights. Very close to north shore and 2 miles from Polynesian Cultural Center. Stars beautiful at night and we watched a beautiful thunderstorm from afar. To add insult to injury, a rainbow our final day to taunt us on our last day. Linda was a great host and her son Alan great.

This rental was perfect for us and the location was fantastic for the activities we wanted to do (Kualoa Ranch, Beaches, Polynesian Cultural Center, North Shore/Hale’iwa). The mattresses, sheets and pillows were amazing, even the twins in the common area. My 12 year old said the were super comfortable. We had an amazing time, loved the beach access, breakfast on the Lanai, and having access to boogie boards and beach chairs was great as well. Linda and Ivan are great hosts. She showed us the beach and which areas were better for swimming than others. I would recommend bringing water/reef shoes. The kitchen was great if you like to cook. Plenty of utensils, newer appliances, and containers for leftovers. The hosts are onsite and there if you need something, but otherwise you can’t hear them. Thank you Linda and Ivan for a wonderful stay.

This was perfect for our family! We wanted somewhere with a private beach. Everything about this stay was perfection. We loved every minute.
The place had everything we needed for indoors and outdoors.
My favorite part was just being able to walk out and sit on the beach or walk anytime of day. We did some North shore activities but I would have been happy to not have left at all during our 4 night stay.
My kids loved the sand volleyball in the backyard. I loved having access to washer and dryer. We loved the water hose right by the beach and the outside shower. The inside shower was very nice too. Beds were comfortable. Room for us all to eat. Great appliances.
I’d come back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights after spending 4 nights in busy Waikiki. It was such a wonderful change of scenery with the ocean just steps away. We both agreed that if we can make it back to Hawaii, we would skip Waikiki and stay here the whole time! Wonderful place to stay with everything you need and beautiful views. We watched sunrise both mornings, and the stars are so bright at night.

The two weeks of island touring that we planned made this last destination the perfect finish of the trip. It's a peaceful place for the parents and a fun, active place for the kids. Mrs. Linda greeted is with pleasure. It was a very wonderful stay in paradise.

We had an amazing 3 night stay! The beach was beautiful and almost empty. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had an wonderful view. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to feel like home. Fabulous host, and such a relaxing stay!

This is such a special property. A week stay was not long enough. Linda and her family are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. The kids had a blast playing volleyball and swimming in the ocean. We had many adventures planned during the day around the island. This beauty of a property was wonderful to come home to after a long day of exploring the island. In addition, it was the perfect place to enjoy the beach and ocean on our days with nothing planned. Overall, so happy we booked this property.

Wonderful property in the most amazing location! Linda and Ivan were most wonderful of hosts; they are the very personification of Aloha! The property is wonderfully located amongst the best areas of the North Shore, a short drive from Lai'e and the PCC, Waimea Valley, and other North Shore hot spots. The beach is clean, the water clear, and the ocean is right out the front door. Everything was smooth and peaceful, just as the island should be. Don't pack an alarm clock...the roosters will make sure you're up for the sunrise!

Wow! This lovely, clean, well-appointed home is spacious and beautifully designed. But the star of the show is that priceless floor-to-ceiling VIEW of the Pacific Ocean and the sound of the waves rolling up on the quiet beach that will serve as your background during your stay.
Linda, her son Alan, and her family were lovely, generous, kind, and very accommodating, providing surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and all the toys and towels we needed to keep our teenage boys engaged and happy. My husband and I were content to stroll on the beach each morning and enjoy the view from the beautiful deck. The lovely doodle-dogs and chickens were a welcome delight.
I hesitate to let one of North Shore’s best-kept secrets out, but Linda’s place is the one for us! We hope to return again -this stay was one of our best family trips.

Linda went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved making core memories as a family here! Watching the sunrise from the patio, swimming and playing on the basically private beach, and exploring the North Shore — everything was perfect. Can’t wait to book another trip here!

Doesn’t get better than this, access to beach, secluded and quiet, lots off beach gear to use. Some of the best food trucks on the island are a 5 min drive away. Wish we stayed longer!
