The living room, kitchen and dining room look right at the Atlantic Ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch the tide come in from the air-conditioned comfort of your recliner, or from the private balcony. Located in the Oceans of Amelia complex on Amelia Island, which only has 42 units in the building, the property faces a beach that is rarely crowded but is still just two miles from downtown Fernandina Beach.

This bright, spectacular condo is all one level with the main living space and dining area on the oceanside of the unit. The living room furniture has been recently updated and you'll enjoy the beautiful views from the large windows overlooking the dunes. The condo was recently redecorated with a fresh, light coastal theme and a touch of whimsy to keep you smiling. Two recliners ensure you get the relaxation you crave. It is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy your time away from it all! Bring your devices—there is upgraded internet, cable, and plenty of places to charge your phone or laptop.

The dining area comfortably seats six and the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware items you need for preparing meals. The equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. If you prefer dining out, downtown Fernandina Beach is two miles away and there you can partake of many unique dining options.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a second full size bathroom off the hallway. Fresh bed and bath linens are provided to guests, along with beach towels. A washer and dryer are both available in the unit for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy access to the updated Oceans of Amelia complex pool located on the ground level. Beach access is also just steps away up a flat boardwalk. Golf is available at many nice local courses. Bike rentals and kayak tours are offered through various operators.

Amelia Island offers a wide variety of fun activities, including biking, hiking, deep sea fishing, shopping, putt-putt, dinner cruises, and historic sites like Fort Clinch and the Amelia Island Lighthouse to explore. Of course, there is also fantastic shelling and plenty of sharks teeth to be found on the shoreline. Amelia Island is truly a wonderful place to vacation, and it's only about 35 minutes to the Jacksonville Airport.

**PARKING: Please note that parking is limited in this complex and this property only has one reserved spot.** Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area.

Location of condo is great. Breathtaking views. Condo is somewhat outdated , especially bathrooms. Also it would be great if bed linens were updated. Overall we had a great week.

We spent a week at this rental, and loved it. Firstly, it had a King sized bed in one room (perfect for me and my tall spouse) and in the second bedroom, two separate twin beds for our kids who refuse to share a bed. Second, it is right on the beach as advertised. So, we spent some time every day walking the beach looking for fossil shark teeth (which we found!) and watching the sky and waves. Third, the location was fantastic - we were just a couple of minutes away from Fort Clinch State Park, which is beautiful and only about 20 mins from Big Talbot Island to the South. We also visited Okeefenokee, St. Augustine, and Cumberland Island, which were between 45 mins to about an hour and 40 min drives from the condo. Lastly, we enjoyed eating out and strolling around Fernandina Beach downtown a short drive away. Overall, a great stay!

This property was perfect for our short family vacation. I traveled with my son, daughter in law and grandson. The property was in great condition and the beach was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurant and park were a huge bonus

Comfortable, convenient, on beach with sights and sounds the body craves. Beds comfortable, recliners too, with a pillow. TV easy to operate with the instructions they provided. Location was an easy access to downtown, to restruarants and the beach. Saw dolphins and a shark, and got beautiful sunrise photos. Would stay again.

We’ve been coming to Amelia Island for over 10 years. The majority of our stays have been at Coral Sands. This is our first time staying at Oceans of Amelia and we definitely prefer it over Coral Sands. The condo was perfect for our needs, and we would rent again.

This property is in a wonderful location. Steps to the ocean. The building is older and shows signs of wear. The unit was dated but reasonably clean. Bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of linens available. I would stay again

We had a fantastic sisters weekend here. What a view! It is just spectacular. The check-in was superb and they responded to any questions immediately. Fernandina is a favorite place of mine and I was excited to being my sisters. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Loved the location, the beach access, the privacy (we heard no one and there’s no one below), and, again, spectacular view. The sunrise was breathtaking. PS Eat at Timoti’s (more than once). Have a drink or lunch at the Downunder (hidden gem). Bring home a bottle of the amber rum from Marlin & Barrel Distillery. Walk the beach at Fort Clinch and look for sharks’ teeth. #Joyous

We have been staying in this complex over the last 25+years for the wonderful view. However this trip involved daily door bells to have us move our car as repairs were happening. The noise was loud with them during the day and prevented us enjoying being on the deck. Also, first morning in, the door bell rang early with a rather rude inspection person wanting to come in and inspect the unit. Also, no code for beach gate was provided leaving us stranded on beach and having to find a way to street and walking to front. Just a warning to ask what might be going on during your visit. Overall, we most likely will be back for another stay. The people in the on-site office are extremely nice! The person we called for the gate code at Amelia Properties was apologetic and got us what we needed and was also very nice.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this first-floor condo unit at Oceans of Amelia. Parking, pool, and beach access are on the ground level. Stairs or elevator are needed to access this first-floor unit. The condo building looked reasonably maintained, there was staff and contractors onsite performing routine maintenance. The condo unit had all of the furnishings we needed. Some features and fixtures are becoming worn and tired in appearance, but overall, we settled in nicely and enjoyed our stay. We shared a list of items to cure and address with the leasing company upon departure. The dunes do not obscure the view of the ocean, but do obscure sunbather, which may be a good thing!

The property was as described and a great location. On the beach and close to downtown. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise each morning. Took a short stroll on the beach and picked up some sea shells. Would stay again.

Here were the following issues. 1. We could not find a parking pass. 2. We could not find a code for the gate leading to the beach and we could not get through the gate until we called a contact number. 3. The floors were sticky and when we got out of the shower and walked around our feet got dirty. 4. There was not access to basic cable or local news broadcast.

We had a great experience at this condo. We came with our family. The owners were great to communicate with. They answered any question I had and he was very quick to answer. The condo was just like what the pictures showed. It was very clean and in a great location. We will definetly be staying here again.

Awesome location with beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was nice. Clean for the most part but could use a deep clean of the trim and crevices. Comfortable bedding and seating. Kitchen is small but ok if not planning to have more than 1 or 2 people in there at one time. Kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Overall, nice place.

We loved this beach vacation! Everything about the accommodations was wonderful. I have never stayed at a condo that was better equipped than this one. All the pots and pans we needed to cook, lots of books and games, even some beach equipment! Our favorite thing was the view! We spent so many hours in the chairs by the windows, looking out to the ocean and relaxing. Additionally, shortly before we arrived, they texted me a really well done guide to our rental and to the Amelia Island area. This information was SO handy, we used it to find out where to buy groceries, picked out a few local restaurants to try, and found out about local attractions. It was such a great bonus and made planning the little details of our trip so easy. Loved, loved, loved this place, it will forever be the standard against which I measure every other vacation rental I use in the future.

We really enjoyed this lovely rental located on the first level of a 3 story well maintained building. That makes the covered parking and beach access straightforward and quick. The balcony and living room views are exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful. We've already reserved for next year!
