I always prefer oceanfront room but the balcony did have a pretty good view. The room itself was quite nice, perhaps too much furniture. Did enjoy the stay and would stay here again.

Very cozy. View was nice very clean. Only thing there was only one sand chair & the deck chairs we didn’t use. we always bring our own beach chairs and use them. We would stay again.

The space was clean and easy to access. The host was accommodating when we needed to check out a little later and responded quickly. Location could not have been better for what we were looking for. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Great place and location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star on cleanliness is bc it has too much accessories, there is no way the cleaning staff can dust with their limited timeframe.

We loved Fernandina Beach itself! This was our first visit there! The building itself was clean, secure and nice. We had a couple maintenance issues and the owner addressed these immediately. Excellent! The kitchen was clean and adequate. The size of the unit was ok for just two of us, but very tight. The listing had very few pictures of the unit and we know why. The picture of the living room seemed very dark. We were told it was a southwest theme. Well, it was just too heavy and dark for the beach and kind of spoiled the atmosphere. There was only a very uncomfortable sofa and a wood rocker. Very uncomfortable for relaxinThe bedroom armoire was way too big and took up the whole room. There was though, a nice big closet. We were very frustrated that there was no balcony furniture to speak of. When we asked we were told it was two folding chairs and a folding table. Well, my husband is 6’3” 275 lb. A folding chair to enjoy morning coffee? Also, the picture off the balcony with coffee, again deceiving. We wanted ocean front. This was ocean view. For us, a big difference. Neither of the tvs worked well. We constantly had to mess with them. The one in the bedroom is very small way up high as it is on the big armoire. I wish the extra bath towels had been in sight. We spent the whole week with the same towels (yuck). On the day we were leaving and checking to confirm we had everything, we saw them. Please throw the throw rugs away! Nasty. No boardwalk to beach.

Easy to miss the entrance, quick turn around and got right on in. The parking spot had direct access to the door, trash cans and the beach! The room was also right infront of the elevator. Made for very easy coming and going. Condo was perfectly clean. I didnt lay on the pullout couch but my kids had no complaints. EASY access to the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant next door also. would defiantly stay again!

Nice condo for 2. Clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Location is nice, beach was a little busy since it is next to the public beach. Over all loved the area. Sherri was a great host, answered any question and responded promptly.

Sherri's place is in a great location, Sandbar restaurant and bar is directly behind the property on the beach. Nice view of the ocean, and close to restaurants. Cute, clean and very comfortable.

Overall impression is highly favorable. The location is great, it is well appointed, the kitchen is easy to cook in, the bed is very comfortable, but…. The sofa in the living room is old and extremely uncomfortable. We would not rent the unit again with that same piece of furniture in place. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Good parking, secure building, elevator and luggage cart, easy entry. Unit is small but packed with everything you could possibly want. 3 bathroom sinks and a huge closet. The view of the beach from the balcony is wonderful even though it is a side view. Beach was very close and good for shelling. We even found a large sharks tooth.

Bed was very comfortable. Balcony furniture was not. We used our beach chairs. Would suggest investing in composite Adirondack chairs and table that can be left outside.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo just perfect for two. Yes it’s perfect for two but designed well so that two more can sleep on the sleeper sofa and have good access to the bathroom. The condo was very clean and had special goodies tucked away here and there. Hats, badminton rackets, books, a table and chairs to put up on the balcony and more. We prepared our breakfast each morning in the well equipped kitchen and ate on our private balcony looking at the ocean. This is a beautiful location; very quiet and just a few steps to the beach. A nice restaurant with wine, beer etc us just next door. Also a swimming pool is available. We did not use it but it looked fine. It was a very easy check in and our owner/Mgr was a saint. I had communications with her several times prior to check in and she was most kind and accommodating. I must say this is one of the nicest vacations we have had in many years. Just peace and enjoying ice cream and seafood in the lovely and historic Town of Fernandina Beach.

The condo was exactly what we needed and wanted! The beach was perfect woth many shark's teeth and shells!! We even witness a sea turtle starting her nest! What a once in a lifetime experience. THANK YOU BOTH for openimg up your space with us! We would love to come back!!

Overall a nice place to stay. Close to beach and view from balcony was great. The furniture on the balcony is not comfortable for seating a long time to enjoy the view. The surfaces in the kitchen (top of cabinets and fridge) need a good cleaning. Too many throw rugs throughout condo. A tripping hazard for older guests.

I love the location of the Terraces. Communication with the owner was easy. The ease of access to the building is nice. The condo was nice and big enough for our family. The bathtub with sliding glass doors is not toddler/baby friendly but works for adults without issues. I love having beach access BUT the dune at the end of the walkway was way too high and difficult to climb with a child and beach things. I have stayed here before and never remember it being this high. That would be my only downfall from staying here again is getting on the beach without having to walk around the Sandbar to get to the beach in front of the condo.

This truly was the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. So many times the unit does not live up to the posted photographs. This was not the case. From the moment we walked through the door my wife could not stop talking about how clean and neat the place was. It was the first time we didnt have to clean upon arrival. From the furnishings to the decorations to the overall attention to detail, it was obvious the host cared about the condo and the people who rent it. I really cant say enough nice things about this place. You'll just have to check it out for yourself.
