PERFECTION!!

The Costa Nova house is perfection in a beautiful town! Marta has thought of every little detail and this property is absolutely fabulous! From the location, to the stunning design details of the home, we were treated to coffee and wine and even fresh cut flowers... beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to rest and relax after a lovely day of exploring.. an absolute treasure!

Exceptional home!

Marta was an amazing host. The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The house was so pretty that people would take pictures of it when walking by. Great location very close to restaurants and market. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing house in a great neighborhood.

Our host met us at the door and gave us a tour of the house and was super nice. The house is located on a row of very charming "striped" houses and about 2 blocks from the beach with free parking on the street. The interior of the house was awesome. All 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were big and very clean. The upstairs has an amazing, well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with projector and big screen with a great view of the canal. Two small patio areas in the back.

The perfect holiday home, beautifully designed with superb indoor and outdoor areas. Super well equipped - don’t need to bring anything . We really enjoyed spending time on the outdoor terrace, admiring the view and it was a pleasure to cook in the well equipped kitchen. If you like cycling you’ll love this area as the bike paths are very good. The passadiços (wooden walkways) ate extensive and you do t need to use your car,unless you want to go into Aveiro. The beaches are beautiful and there are lots of good places to eat. We loved the area. Marta is a super host and very helpful.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property. It’s worth noting that Costa Nova is a busy, lively resort during summer weekends - so if you like that,go at the weekend. If you do t,go during the week,

Loved it!

This is hands down the best accommodation we've ever had. From the outside it's so pretty and well-maintained, all the people posing for Instagram photos get jealous when they see you going in the front door. You have to get up early in the morning to see the sunrise from the small balcony on the front side, but that's easy given that you will sleep well in the comfy beds, the shades block out any light and it's super quiet! The bathrooms are very nice and clean, especially the showers are great. For us the best part was the well-equipped open kitchen (everything is new, great fridge with ice maker and water filter), the huge outside lounging area in the back and the charcoal grill. There's great restaurants around but we wanted to spend as much time at home as possible, so we went down the street to the local fish market and threw some on the grill. Unfortunately the weather was too good so we didn't have the chance to use the fireplace. The house itself is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean, has lots of space and you will find everything you need. We had some requests before arriving and Marta even bought a brand new bike for us to use. The beach is just minutes away. All in all there's nothing else I could say than it was perfect. Stay at least 4-5 days!

There's really nothing bad you could say about this place. If you find anything negative while there just tell Marta. I imagine she'll come right by and fix it.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable house

Everything, from the restored outside of the house to the inside style and its facilities. The natural light in the house is simply divine and that alone made the whole stay perfect. Marta the host was very nice and sympathetic, attentive and offered plenty of tips and advice.

Nothing really. If anything, I would say some minor decorative aspects but that’s a very personal taste. A small piece of advice would be some instructions about the multiple remote controls and how to operate the home cinema system
